Description
ボルトの締結状態を検知するボルトセンサであって、
ボルトの軸が挿入される貫通孔を有するセンサ本体部と、
前記センサ本体部の外周に沿って延在する導光体と、
前記センサ本体部の出力に基づいて前記導光体に光を送出する光源とを備えるボルトセンサが提供される。

Claims (8)
- ボルトの締結状態を検知するボルトセンサであって、
ボルトの軸が挿入される貫通孔を有するセンサ本体部と、
前記センサ本体部の外周に沿って延在する導光体と、
前記センサ本体部の出力に基づいて前記導光体に光を送出する光源とを備え、
前記導光体は、前記光源からの光が入射する入射面及び前記入射面から入射した光を出射する出射面とを有する導光板を含み、
前記導光板の前記出射面と対向する対向面には前記入射面から入射した光を前記出射面に向けて反射する複数の凹部が形成されているボルトセンサ。 - 前記複数の凹部は、前記対向面の一部分において他の部分よりも密に形成されている請求項1に記載のボルトセンサ。
- 前記導光体は、前記導光板の出射面上に配置されたプリズムシート及び前記プリズムシート上に配置された拡散シートを更に含む請求項1又は2に記載のボルトセンサ。
- 前記導光体は、前記センサ本体部の外周の略全域を囲んで延在する請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のボルトセンサ。
- 前記導光体を覆うカバーを更に備える請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のボルトセンサ。
- 前記センサ本体部と前記光源との間に接続された基板であって、前記センサ本体部からの出力と所定値との比較に基づいて前記光源を点灯させる基板を更に備える請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のボルトセンサ。
- 前記センサ本体部は、前記貫通孔を有する胴部と、前記胴部に取り付けられたひずみセンサとを有する請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のボルトセンサ。
- 前記光源は、前記センサ本体部上に設けられている請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のボルトセンサ。
