Description

The present invention relates to a chemical liquid impregnated sheet comprising a nonwoven fabric containing 70 wt% or more of regenerated cellulose short fibers having a single yarn fineness of 2.0 dtex or less, and a product using the same. More specifically, even when the sheet weight (g / m 2 ) is small, the sheet has both the handleability and adhesion when mounted on a face mask, and even when used as a wiping product. The present invention relates to a sheet for impregnating a chemical solution that is less likely to be twisted during wiping.

Face masks in which a nonwoven fabric is impregnated with a cosmetic liquid are expanding as anti-aging products for particularly busy modern women in recent years, along with an increase in health and beauty awareness.
Conventional non-woven fabrics used in face masks include cupra continuous long-fiber non-woven fabric (Benlyse (registered trademark) manufactured by Asahi Kasei Fibers Co., Ltd.), cotton, and cellulose-based short-fiber non-woven fabric represented by rayon. It is used as a representative example. The reason why these cellulose-based nonwoven fabrics are preferably used as cosmetic sheets and wiping sheets is that they are more hydrophilic than synthetic fiber-based nonwoven fabrics. It has a long liquid retention time and can maintain a moist state when worn, and can easily permeate the skin surface with a cosmetic liquid or wiping chemical liquid, and can also be given to the skin due to softness when wet.

In order to obtain high adhesiveness and high handleability so far, as an improvement from the beauty sheet, a face using a non-woven fabric layer composed of nanofibers made of a thermoplastic resin having a single yarn diameter of 1 to 500 nm as a sticking surface A pack has been proposed (see Patent Document 1 below). Since the nanofiber described in Patent Document 1 is composed of a thermoplastic resin (hydrophobic fiber), the handling property when wet is good, but from the viewpoint of adhesion due to poor flexibility when wet, The level is not satisfactory enough and the transparency is inferior.
In Patent Document 2 below, an ultrafine fiber layer containing 10% by mass or more of ultrafine fibers having a fineness of 0.5 dtex or less is formed on one or both surfaces of a hydrophilic fiber layer containing 50% by mass or more of hydrophilic fibers. There are proposed a skin covering sheet for impregnating cosmetics and a face mask impregnated with liquid cosmetics, which are positioned and have a microfiber layer as a contact surface with the skin. As the hydrophilic fiber described in Patent Document 2, cellulosic fibers such as rayon and pulp are used, but in the specification and examples, the ultrafine fiber having a fineness of 0.5 dtex or less is a split type made of a thermoplastic resin. Since a composite fiber is used, it is inferior in flexibility when wet like Patent Document 1, and has not reached a sufficiently satisfactory level from the viewpoint of adhesion and transparency.

The problem of the present invention is that the chemical solution has excellent liquid retention performance and flexibility when wet, high adhesion to the skin when worn, and high transparency, and excellent handling properties when wet even with low-weight products. The object is to provide a sheet for impregnation and a product using the same.

As a result of intensive research to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present inventors are a nonwoven fabric containing 70 wt% or more of regenerated cellulosic short fibers having a single yarn fiber diameter of 2.0 dtex or less, in a water-containing state. A sheet for impregnating a chemical solution according to the sheet for impregnating a chemical solution, wherein the elongation in the weft direction under a stress of 100 g / cm is in the range of 5% to 25% and the transparency ΔL when containing water is 30 or less. Has found that the above problem can be solved, and has completed the present invention. That is, the present invention has the following configuration.

[1] A chemical-impregnated sheet comprising a nonwoven fabric having a basis weight of 60 g / m 2 or less and containing 70 wt% or more of copper ammonia rayon short fibers having a single yarn fineness of 2.0 dtex or less, under a stress of 100 g / cm in a water-containing state The chemical impregnation sheet is characterized in that the elongation in the weft direction is in the range of 5% or more and 20 % or less, and the transparency ΔL when containing water is 30 or less.

[2] The sheet for chemical liquid impregnation according to [1], wherein the non-woven fabric has an adhesion index of 20 ° to 70 °.

[3] A: B = 1: 0.7 or more and 0.9 or less, which is the ratio of the tensile strength (A) in the weft direction of the nonwoven fabric and the tensile strength (B) in the wet state in the nonwoven fabric [1] ] Or the chemical liquid impregnation sheet according to [2].

[4] With respect to 100 parts by weight of the chemical liquid-impregnated sheet according to any one of [1] to [3], the liquid cosmetic or the wiping chemical liquid is in a range of 100 parts by weight to 2000 parts by weight. Impregnated face mask.

The sheet for impregnating the chemical solution according to the present invention is excellent in the liquid retention performance of the chemical solution and the flexibility when wet, has high adhesion to the skin and high transparency when worn, and has a low basis weight (30 g / m 2 to 60 g). / M 2 ), it is excellent in handling when wet.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail.
The regenerated cellulose short fibers are not particularly limited, and regenerated cellulose fibers such as copper ammonia rayon, viscose rayon, tencel (lyocell), polynosic and the like can be mentioned. Copper ammonia rayon is preferred. The single yarn fineness of the short fiber needs to be 2.0 dtex or less. When short fibers having a single yarn fineness greater than 2.0 dtex are used, the flexibility when wet is deteriorated and the adhesion of the face mask after impregnation with a chemical solution is deteriorated. From the viewpoint of adhesion, it is preferably 1.5 dtex or less, more preferably 1.1 dtex or less, but it is difficult to industrially produce short fibers having a single yarn fineness of 0.6 dtex or less, If an attempt is made to obtain a nonwoven fabric using short fibers having a single yarn fineness of 0.6 dtex or less, nep due to spread spots occurs frequently at the time of opening, and the appearance of the resulting nonwoven fabric will be remarkably deteriorated.

The chemical solution impregnated sheet of this embodiment needs to contain 70% wt or more of regenerated cellulose short fibers having a single yarn fineness of 2.0 dtex or less. When the amount is less than 70 wt%, it is impossible to obtain adhesion or high transparency when the face mask is mounted. Preferably it is 90 wt% or more, More preferably, it is 100 wt%. The fiber length of the short fiber is not limited and may be appropriately selected within the range of 30 mm or more and 100 mm or less, but is preferably 35 mm or more and 90 mm or less from the viewpoint of the strength and appearance of the nonwoven fabric.

The sheet for impregnating a chemical solution of the present embodiment needs to have an elongation rate in a weft direction under a water content of 100 gf / cm stress within a range of 5% to 25%. When the wet elongation rate in the weft direction is less than 5%, when a face mask impregnated with a cosmetic chemical is attached, the face mask is easy to handle, but the elongation rate is small. It will not follow, and will have poor adhesion. Moreover, when the elongation rate in the weft direction in a water-containing state exceeds 25%, it follows the unevenness of the face and the adhesion is excellent, but the handleability at the time of wearing becomes poor. In particular, when the viscosity of the cosmetic liquid is high, the handleability is particularly poor. The elongation in the water-containing state is preferably 8% or more and 20% or less.

In addition to the above, the chemical liquid-impregnated sheet according to the present embodiment needs to have ΔL, which is one of the indexes representing transparency in a water-containing state, of 30 or less. The greater the ΔL value, the worse the transparency when wet, but the ΔL value is preferably 0 or more and 25 or less in order to obtain a high transparency when wearing a face mask. When ΔL is greater than 30, the feeling of close contact, the appearance of coolness, and the moist feeling are deteriorated, which is not practical.

The adhesion index of the nonwoven fabric of this embodiment is preferably 20 ° or more and 70 ° or less. More preferably, it is 20 ° or more and 60 ° or less. When the adhesion index is less than 20 °, peeling is likely to occur during wearing of the face mask, which is not preferable. Further, when the adhesion index is larger than 70 °, it is not preferable because there is a feeling of tightening when wearing a face mask.

The ratio A: B = 1: 0.7 or more and 0.9 or less of the dry state tensile strength (A) and the wet state tensile strength (B) of the nonwoven fabric of this embodiment is preferable. When A: B is less than 1: 0.7, the flexibility when wet is good, but the handleability when wearing a face mask is deteriorated, which is not preferable. On the other hand, when A: B = 1: 0.9, the handleability is good, but the wettability of the chemical liquid impregnated sheet is inferior. A more preferable range of A: B that satisfies both handleability and adhesion is a range of 1: 0.72 to 0.90.

Basis weight of the nonwoven fabric of the present embodiment is preferably 30g / m 2 ~60g / m 2 .

The chemical liquid impregnated sheet of the present embodiment can be produced through the following steps (1) and (2).
(1) Process for producing a short fiber web Web forming by a card method is used. The card web can be obtained by a parallel web, a cross web, a semi-random web, or the like.
(2) Process of entanglement of web The needle punch method or the hydroentanglement method is used for the entanglement of the fiber in the finished fiber web. The hydroentanglement method is preferable. In the hydroentanglement process, a fiber web is placed on a 10-100 mesh net-like support, and a water pressure of 1 MPa or more and 20 MPa or less is sprayed at least once on one or both sides of the web.
The sheet for impregnating a chemical solution of the present embodiment can be produced by a combination of the conditions of the manufacturing process of the nonwoven fabric and the hydroentanglement speed.

The face mask of this embodiment is a face mask in which the liquid cosmetic is impregnated at a ratio of 100 parts by weight or more and 2000 parts by weight or less with respect to 100 parts by weight of the chemical liquid impregnated sheet. The face mask is punched into a shape suitable for covering the face, and, for example, holes or cuts are made in portions corresponding to eyes, nose and mouth. The face mask is divided into a plurality of sheets, and the plurality of sheets may be combined to cover the entire face, or as a point sheet shape such as a sheet covering only the periphery of the eyes or a sheet covering the periphery of the mouth. It may be used. As the chemical solution component, known components are applied and not limited at all. For example, a moisturizing component, a scent component, a whitening component, a blood circulation promoting component, an ultraviolet ray preventing component, a thickening component and the like can be mentioned.
