Description

The present invention relates to a liquid storage bag for storing a liquid such as blood.

Conventionally, blood products such as erythrocyte preparations used for blood transfusion are prepared from whole blood collected by blood donation. Blood products containing red blood cells are stored at a low temperature of 2 ° C. to 6 ° C., thereby suppressing the activity of red blood cells and extending the effective period.
Blood products such as erythrocyte preparations are contained in a blood bag composed of a flexible sheet-like member formed of a synthetic resin material such as polyvinyl chloride mixed with a plasticizer in order to suppress hemolysis of erythrocytes. Saved. More specifically, the blood bag is formed in a flat bag shape by joining the peripheral portions of two sheet-like members by welding or the like.

Here, a blood bag made of a synthetic resin material is cured at a low temperature and its elasticity is lowered. Therefore, when the blood bag is accidentally dropped when handling the blood bag stored at a low temperature, the sheet-like member constituting the blood bag cannot be extended, and the blood bag may be damaged.
Therefore, a technique for forming a blood bag from a resin material that is not easily damaged at low temperatures has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2003-052806

By the way, the red blood cell preparation is stored in a low temperature liquid state of 2 ° C. to 6 ° C. When the blood bag containing the liquid is dropped, the force generated by the movement of the liquid accompanying the drop concentrates on the peripheral portion where the two sheet-like members are joined, and the sheet-like member is near the peripheral portion. There was a case torn. Therefore, there has been a demand for a blood bag that is not easily damaged when an impact is applied in a state where a low-temperature liquid is contained.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a liquid storage bag that is not easily damaged when an impact is applied even when a low-temperature liquid is stored.

The present invention is a liquid storage bag formed in a flat shape by joining the peripheral portions of two sheet-like members having flexibility, and is disposed in the vicinity of the joint portion of the two sheet-like members. Further, the present invention relates to a liquid storage bag including a fold portion formed by bending the sheet-like member so that a fold line extends along a direction in which the peripheral edge extends.

It is preferable that the crease portion is further disposed at a position along a pair of long sides of each of the two sheet-like members.

Moreover, it is preferable that the said crease | fold part is equipped with the said some fold line formed so that the cross section of the said sheet-like member may become a mountain-valley shape.

Moreover, it is preferable that a liquid storage bag is further provided with the weak junction part which is arrange | positioned inside the said junction part in the said sheet-like member, and can peel easily.

Moreover, it is preferable that the said weak junction part is arrange | positioned in the part in which the said crease | fold part is not arrange | positioned in the said peripheral part.

Moreover, it is preferable that the expansion allowance in the said fold part is 2 mm-6 mm.

According to the liquid storage bag of the present invention, even when a low-temperature liquid is stored, it is difficult to be damaged when an impact is applied.

It is a top view which shows the blood bag which concerns on one Embodiment of this invention. It is the XX sectional view taken on the line of FIG. It is a figure which compares and shows the fold part of a normal state, and the fold part of an expansion | extension state.

Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the liquid storage bag of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The liquid storage bag of this embodiment is used as a so-called blood bag 1 that stores blood components such as whole blood or red blood cells.
As shown in FIG. 1, the blood bag 1 includes a bag body 10, a first liquid outlet 20, a second liquid outlet 30, a liquid inlet 40, a fold 50, a weak joint 60, Is provided.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the bag body 10 has most of the peripheral portions of the two sheet-like members 11, 11 having flexibility (a first liquid outlet 20 and a second liquid outlet, which will be described later). 30 and the portion excluding the portion where the liquid inlet 40 is disposed) are joined together by welding or the like to form a flat shape. As the sheet-like members 11, 11, a synthetic resin material in which a plasticizer such as bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) is blended with polyvinyl chloride (PVC), ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), or the like is used. it can. When using a liquid storage bag as the blood bag 1, it is preferable to use polyvinyl chloride mixed with a plasticizer as the sheet-like member from the viewpoint of suppressing hemolysis of red blood cells.

In the present embodiment, the bag body 10 is formed in a vertically long shape having a pair of long sides 12 and 12 and a pair of short sides 13 and 13 in plan view.
The first liquid outlet 20, the second liquid outlet 30, and the liquid inlet 40 are disposed on one short side 13 of the pair of short sides 13, 13 of the bag body 10.

The first liquid outlet 20 is disposed at the center of the short side 13. From the first liquid outlet 20, a part of the blood component stored in the bag body 10 (for example, a plasma component separated inside the bag body 10) is led out.
Two second liquid outlets 30 are arranged so as to sandwich the first liquid outlet 20. From the second liquid outlet 30, a part of blood components contained in the bag body 10 (for example, blood cell components separated inside the bag body 10, that is, components derived from the first liquid outlet 20) Are different components).
The liquid inlet 40 is disposed between the first liquid outlet 20 and one of the second liquid outlets 30. A tube (not shown) is connected to the liquid inlet 40, and blood and blood components are introduced into the bag body 10 through this tube.

In the first liquid outlet 20, the second liquid outlet 30, and the liquid inlet 40, a cylindrical port member is sandwiched between two sheet-like members 11, 11, and the two sheet-like members 11, 11 to be welded.

The fold part 50 is disposed in the vicinity of the joint part 14 of the two sheet-like members 11 and 11. In the present embodiment, the joint portion 14 is formed on substantially the entire circumference of the vertically long bag body 10. The fold portion 50 is disposed at a position along each of the pair of long sides 12 and 12 of the bag body 10. More specifically, the fold portion 50 is disposed at a position along the pair of long sides 12 and 12 of the two sheet-like members 11 and 11. That is, in this embodiment, the crease part 50 is arrange | positioned at four places.

The fold portion 50 is formed by folding the sheet-like member 11 so that the fold line 51 extends along the direction in which the peripheral portion of the bag body 10 extends. In the present embodiment, the fold line 51 extends in the direction in which the long side 12 extends. More specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, the crease part 50 is configured to include a plurality of fold lines 51, and the plurality of fold lines 51 have a cross-sectional shape of the sheet-like member 11. Thus, the sheet-like members 11 are alternately bent in the opposite direction.

Here, the vicinity of the joint 14 refers to a pair of joints 14 disposed opposite to each other in the bag body 10 (in the present embodiment, at a position of a pair of long sides 12, 12 or a pair of short sides 13, 13). The area | region of the both ends in the case of dividing | segmenting into 3 equally between the junction parts 14) arrange | positioned is shown. The crease part 50 is preferably arranged at a position as close as possible to the joint part 14 from the viewpoint of suitably absorbing the force applied to the joint part 14. Specifically, the distance between the joint portion 14 and the crease portion 50 (fold line 51 closest to the joint portion 14) is preferably 4 mm or less, and more preferably 2 mm or less.

The elongation allowance in the fold portion 50 is preferably 2 mm to 6 mm, more preferably 4 mm to 6 mm, from the viewpoint of suitably absorbing the force applied to the joint portion 14.
In addition, as shown in FIG. 3, the expansion | extension allowance of the crease | fold part 50 is the crease | fold part 50 in the natural state (state in which the external force is not applied to the sheet-like member 11) in which the sheet-like member 11 was bent in the fold line 51. The width difference W3 between the width W1 and the width W2 of the crease portion 50 in a state where the sheet-like member 11 is stretched.

The crease 50 is formed by subjecting the sheet-like member 11 to a forming process such as vacuum forming.

The weak joint 60 is disposed inside the joint 14 in the sheet-like members 11 and 11. The weakly joined portion 60 is formed by joining two sheet-like members 11 and 11 so as to be easily peelable.
In the present embodiment, the weakly joined portion 60 is formed in a portion where the fold portion 50, the first liquid outlet port 20, the second liquid outlet port 30, and the liquid inlet port 40 are not arranged at the peripheral edge of the bag body 10. .

In the present specification, the weakly bonded portion refers to a portion bonded with such a strength as to peel when a force of 10N to 15N is applied. When the bonding strength of the weakly bonded portion 60 is less than 10 N, there is a possibility that the portion bonded in a normal usage mode such as when a blood component is introduced into the blood bag 1 is peeled off. When the bonding strength of the weakly bonded portion 60 exceeds 15N, the bonded portion is not peeled off due to the impact of dropping the blood bag 1, and the impact may not be absorbed appropriately.

The above blood bag 1 is used when storing blood components containing red blood cells such as whole blood and red blood cell preparations. Since blood components including red blood cells need to be stored at a low temperature of 2 ° C. to 6 ° C., the blood bag 1 containing the blood components is also stored at a low temperature of 2 ° C. to 6 ° C.
Under low temperature, the sheet-like member 11 constituting the blood bag 1 is hardened and has reduced stretchability. Therefore, when the blood bag 1 is accidentally dropped in this state (particularly, when the flat surface falls so as to be a horizontal surface), the force generated by the movement of the blood component accompanying the drop and the collision with the floor surface is generated. It will concentrate on the junction part 14 of two sheet-like members.
Therefore, in the present embodiment, the blood bag 1 is configured to include a fold portion 50 formed by folding the sheet-like member 11 so that the fold line 51 extends along the direction in which the peripheral edge of the bag body 10 extends. The crease part 50 is disposed in the vicinity of the joint part 14 of the two sheet-like members 11. Thereby, the force generated by the movement of the blood component accompanying the drop of the blood bag 1 can be absorbed by extending the fold 50. Therefore, the blood bag 1 can be hardly damaged when an impact is applied even in a state where a low-temperature liquid is accommodated.

In addition, the blood bag 1 is formed in a vertically long shape having a pair of long sides 12 and 12 and a pair of short sides 13 and 13 in a plan view, and the first liquid outlet 20 disposed on one short side 13, The second liquid outlet 30 and the liquid inlet 40 are included, and the fold portion 50 is arranged at a position along the pair of long sides 12 and 12 in each of the two sheet-like members 11 and 11. Thereby, it can suppress that the sheet-like member 11 is damaged in a pair of long sides 12 and 12 where the junction part 14 extends long. In addition, the direction in which the folding line 51 extends is aligned with the direction in which the blood component stored in the blood bag 1 is derived (the direction in which the stored blood component is directed toward the first liquid outlet 20 and the second liquid outlet 30). . Thereby, for example, when the blood component is separated into a plurality of components in the blood bag 1 and then a part of the components is derived, the moving direction of the blood component and the extending direction of the fold line 51 can be matched. Does not disturb the interface of the separated components. Therefore, the blood bag 1 can be hardly damaged without lowering the accuracy of blood component separation using the blood bag 1.

Moreover, the crease | fold part 50 was comprised including the several fold line 51 formed so that the cross section of the sheet-like member 11 might become a mountain-valley shape. Thereby, the expansion allowance for absorbing an impact in the fold part 50 can be enlarged. Therefore, the blood bag 1 can be hardly damaged without greatly changing the outer shape of the blood bag 1.

In addition, the blood bag 1 is configured to include a weakly joined portion 60, and the weakly joined portion 60 is disposed inside the joined portion 14 in the sheet-like member 11. Thereby, since the impact added to the junction part 14 is absorbed in the part where the crease part 50 is difficult to arrange, the blood bag 1 can be more unlikely to be damaged.

The preferred embodiment of the liquid container of the present invention has been described above, but the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be modified as appropriate.
For example, in the present embodiment, the crease portion 50 is disposed only along the pair of long sides 12, but is not limited thereto. That is, the crease portion may be arranged along the short side of the pair of short sides where the liquid inlet or the like is not provided.

Moreover, in this embodiment, although the blood bag 1 was comprised including the some liquid outlets 20 and 30, it is not restricted to this. That is, the blood bag may be configured to include one liquid outlet.

Next, the present invention will be described in more detail based on examples, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

[Production of blood bag]
As the sheet-like member, a material obtained by molding polyvinyl chloride, polyolefin or the like into a sheet shape having a thickness of 0.4 mm was used. The peripheral portions of the two sheet-like members were welded and joined to produce a blood bag having a long side length of 180 mm, a short side length of 135 mm, and a capacity of 400 ml.
A blood bag in which a fold portion (three folding lines, an extension allowance of 6 mm) is arranged in the vicinity of each of a pair of long sides (distance 2 mm from the joint portion) in the two sheet-like members was used as a blood bag of the example.
Moreover, the blood bag which did not arrange | position a crease part was made into the blood bag of a comparative example.

The blood bags of Examples, Comparative Examples 1 and 2 shown below were prepared, and a drop test was performed in a state where a liquid was contained therein, and the damaged state of the blood bag was examined.

[Blood bag breakage test]
For each blood bag of the example and the comparative example, 275 ml of water was accommodated therein, and then cooled and stored until the temperature of the blood bag reached 4 ° C. Thereafter, the blood bag was dropped from a height of 100 cm so that the flat surface was opposed to the horizontal floor surface, and the damage state was examined. The breakage test was performed by preparing 10 blood bags for each of the examples and comparative examples and dropping each blood bag once. The results are shown in Table 1.
The damaged state of the blood bag was evaluated according to the following criteria.
○: No leakage of water was confirmed ×: The blood bag was damaged and water leakage was confirmed −: Falling error
