図9は、変形例1における金型の構造を示す概略斜視図である。図9を参照して、変形例1における金型93は、基本的には上記実施の形態における金型93と同様の構造を有し、同様の効果を奏する。しかし、変形例1の金型93は、抵抗壁の形成態様において上記実施の形態の場合とは異なっている。
図10は、変形例2における金型の構造を示す概略斜視図である。図10を参照して、変形例2における金型93は、基本的には上記実施の形態における金型93と同様の構造を有し、同様の効果を奏する。しかし、変形例2の金型93は、抵抗壁の形成態様において上記実施の形態の場合とは異なっている。

Claims (4)
- 第1金属からなる第1部材と、第2金属からなる第2部材とを閉塞摩擦接合によって接合することにより金属部材を製造する金属部材の製造装置であって、
主軸と、
前記主軸に対して軸方向に間隔を置いて配置された基台部と、
前記主軸および前記基台部のうち少なくとも一方を前記主軸の軸方向に駆動する駆動部と、を備え、
前記主軸および前記基台部のうち、一方には前記第1部材を保持するための第1保持部が設けられ、他方には前記第1保持部に対向するように前記第2部材を保持するための金型が配置され、
前記金型は、
底壁と、
前記底壁から前記底壁に交差する方向に延在する側壁と、を含み、
前記側壁には、前記主軸の軸方向に平行な面に対して前記底壁側を向くように傾斜した壁面である抵抗壁が形成されている、金属部材の製造装置。 - 前記抵抗壁は、前記側壁に形成された凹部または凸部を構成する壁面である、請求項1に記載の金属部材の製造装置。
- 前記抵抗壁は、前記主軸の回転の向きにおいて前記底壁に近づくように延在する、請求項1または2に記載の金属部材の製造装置。
- 前記主軸および前記基台部の少なくともいずれか一方には、前記第1部材と前記第2部材との接触荷重を検知するための荷重センサが設置されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の金属部材の製造装置。
