Claims (4)
- ベルト案内輪の内側にボス部が設けられたプーリと、前記ボス部の内側に組み込まれた外輪回転用の軸受とを有し、前記軸受の外輪と内輪間に形成された軸受空間の両端開口のそれぞれをシール部材によりシールしたプーリユニットにおいて、
前記シール部材が、前記内輪の外径面端部に圧入される円筒部の外側端部に外向きフランジが設けられた断面L形のスリンガと、前記外輪の内径面における両端部に形成されたシール取付溝に圧入されて外周部が支持され、内周部に内向き傾斜部が設けられ、芯金によって補強された弾性シール部材とを有し、前記弾性シール部材の前記スリンガと対向する面に複数のリップを設け、これら複数のリップが、前記弾性シール部材の外側面から斜め外方に向けて延びて先端部が前記スリンガの外向きフランジに弾性接触するアキシャルリップと、前記傾斜部の内周に形成されて先端部が前記スリンガの円筒部の外径面に弾性接触又は微小間隙をおいて対向するラジアルリップとからなり、
前記アキシャルリップが、前記軸受の外輪回転時に径方向外方に向けて弾性変形して前記外向きフランジとの間にラビリンス隙間を形成する弾性変形能を有することを特徴とするプーリユニット。 - 前記ラジアルリップは、前記スリンガの円筒部の外径面に対して微小間隙をおいて対向している請求項1に記載のプーリユニット。
- 前記軸受の外側に、前記軸受の側面および前記ボス部の端部外周を覆う一対のダストカバーを設けた請求項1または2に記載のプーリユニット。
- 前記軸受の内輪内径面に、フランジを一端部に有する筒状のプーリ軸を圧入して軸受とプーリ軸とを一体化した請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のプーリユニット。
