Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Note that components having the same function are denoted by the same reference symbols throughout the drawings for describing the embodiments, and the repetitive description thereof may be omitted.
First, in an automatic cleaning apparatus that performs automatic cleaning of a toilet illustrated as a male urinal, from a wall-embedded unit in which a sensor and a valve are disposed in a wall, the sensor and A refurbishment method for refurbishing an external unit in which a valve is disposed will be described.
As described above, FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 are examples of the conventional automatic cleaning apparatus 2 (2A), and a sensor for detecting a user and a valve that is opened and closed by a signal based on the sensor are arranged in the wall. The wall-embedded
First, as shown in FIG. 3, a step of removing the
Next, as shown in FIG. 3, a process of removing the
Next, as shown in FIG. 4, after closing the
Next, as shown in FIG. 5, the pressure acting on the
Next, as shown in FIG. 6, sealing
Next, as shown in FIG. 7, a step of drawing out the
At this time, as shown in FIG. 8, the
Here, in the present embodiment, a
Next, as shown in FIG. 8, the
Next, as shown in FIG. 10, after the
Next, as shown in FIG. 11, a step of fixing the
Next, as shown in FIG. 12, a step of removing the cleaning tube 76 (see FIGS. 1 and 2) provided downstream of the
Next, as shown in FIG. 13, a sensor that detects the user and a valve that opens and closes the flow path of the cleaning water by a signal based on the detection at the place where the cleaning
In addition, the execution order of step S11 and subsequent step S12 is not limited to immediately after step S10, For example, it is good also as an order of performing at the timing between step S3-step S10.
Next, as shown in FIG. 13, a step of removing the
The automatic cleaning apparatus 2 (2A shown in FIGS. 1 and 2) including the wall-embedded
At that time, the
The automatic cleaning apparatus 2 (2B) including the refurbished
Next, the
As shown in FIG. 10, the
First, the
Next, the
Further, as shown in FIG. 8, the
A configuration in which the
Next, as shown in FIG. 16 as viewed from the side, the
Further, the
Regarding the
By using the above-described
At that time, the
The automatic cleaning apparatus 2 (2B) including the refurbished
As described above, according to the disclosed refurbishment method and the disclosed refurbished apparatus, the wall in which the sensor and the valve are disposed in the wall in the automatic cleaning apparatus that performs automatic cleaning of the toilet illustrated as a male urinal The implantable unit can be retrofitted to an external type unit in which sensors and valves are arranged outside the wall and above the toilet bowl. Therefore, in the event of a failure of the sensor in the wall, it is possible to suppress large-scale refurbishment and generation of large expenses that require replacement of the toilet bowl itself, or changes or new installation of piping in the wall. Thus, an automatic cleaning apparatus having an automatic cleaning function can be realized (renovated) simply and at low cost.
Needless to say, the present invention is not limited to the embodiment described above, and various modifications can be made without departing from the present invention.
