Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a flush toilet apparatus having a toilet body and a functional unit for supplying washing water to the toilet body, and in particular, a mounting position of a constant flow valve that allows a constant flow of water to flow even if there is a change in water pressure. It is about.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The flush toilet device is equipped with a wash water tank (low tank) with a built-in hole tap, and a type that supplies the wash water tank water to the toilet bowl body by operating a lever or the like to allow filth to flow. As disclosed in Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 2001-81843, there is known a type that does not include a washing water tank and discharges filth by flowing tap water directly into jet water and a toilet body.
Those equipped with a washing water tank can flow a certain amount of water to the toilet body without being affected by the source pressure of tap water, but jet water types can be run directly as jet water. A large amount of water flows when the tap water pressure is high, but when the water pressure is low, the amount of jet water may be insufficient and the filth may not flow completely. Depending on the installation location of the flush toilet apparatus, even in the same house, if water is used in other places, the water pressure that the flush toilet apparatus tends to receive may drop.
[0003]
Therefore, in a flush toilet device of a jet water type, for example, as described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-108222, a constant flow valve that always flows a constant amount of water even when the source pressure of tap water changes is used. Has been.
And as shown in FIG. 7, this constant flow valve 60 is accommodated in the function part 61 provided in the upper back side of the toilet bowl main body, and the jet water and toilet bowl body which are similarly arrange | positioned in the function part 61 are included. 1 is provided immediately upstream of the toilet cleaning device 62 for supplying tap water to the rim (for example, a position a in FIG. 1). Water is supplied to the local cleaning device 64 via the branch fitting 63 on the upstream side of the constant flow valve 60, a joint 65 is provided on the upstream side of the water distribution fitting 63, and the stop cock 66 is connected via a flexible hose 67. Connected.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the constant flow valve 60 has a relatively complicated structure, and if there is dirt or rust in the tap water, the constant flow valve 60 may be caught by the constant flow valve 60 and the movement of the constant flow valve 60 may be deteriorated. It was. In this case, it is necessary to clean or replace the constant flow valve 60. However, since the constant flow valve 60 is in the function unit 61, the case of the function unit 61 is removed and the toilet bowl cleaning device is used for repair and replacement. It was necessary to disassemble and remove the piping around 62, which was extremely troublesome.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a flush toilet apparatus capable of repairing or replacing a constant flow valve relatively easily.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The flush toilet apparatus according to the first aspect of the present invention is a flush toilet apparatus having a toilet bowl main body and a functional section for supplying water for washing to the toilet bowl main body, disposed outside the functional section, and the function A replaceable constant flow valve is disposed at a joint connecting the water supply receiving port of the water supply unit and the downstream end of the water supply pipe, and piping from the water supply receiving port to the functional unit is provided downstream of the constant flow valve. And a rotary joint that protrudes to the side of the flush toilet device . Thereby, when replacing | exchanging a constant flow valve, cleaning or replacement | exchange can be performed by disassembling the coupling arrange | positioned outside from a function part.
[0007]

A flexible hose 32 is connected to the joint 22, and an upstream end portion of the flexible hose 32 is connected to a water stop cock 42.
[0012]
Therefore, when the flush toilet device 10 is used to check the constant flow valve 36 or when the constant flow valve 36 is replaced, the cap nut 30 of the joint 22 is removed and the joint element 23 and the joint element are removed. When 24 is disconnected, the constant flow valve 36 can be pulled out.
Then, a clean or new constant flow valve 36 is mounted again, and the joint element 23 and the joint element 24 are connected by tightening with the cap nut 30. These constructions can be performed outside the flush toilet apparatus 10.
[0013]
Next, a flush toilet apparatus according to the second embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 5 will be described. The same components as those in the above embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof will be omitted. .
In this embodiment, a rotary joint (rotary joint) 43 is used instead of the connection fitting 21 of the flush toilet apparatus 10 according to the first embodiment. In this embodiment, the rotary joint 43 is provided on the outer side of the functional unit 12, but may be provided on the inner side. An L-shaped bend 44 is attached to the rotary joint 43, and the joint 22 is attached to the tip thereof.
[0014]

Do. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 3, the cap nut 30 is loosened, the joint elements 22 and 23 are disassembled, the constant flow valve 36 is replaced or cleaned, and the constant flow valve 36 is again placed in the joint element 23. Then, the cylindrical guide portion 29 of the joint element 24 is inserted into the enlarged diameter insertion hole 28, and the cap nut 30 is screwed into the male screw 25 for assembly.
[0015]
Subsequently, a constant flow valve 45 used in the flush toilet apparatus according to the third embodiment shown in FIG. 6 is shown, and tapered male threads 46 and 47 which are examples of joints are provided at both ends, and the flow direction is provided inside. And a coil spring 49 that urges the seat plate 48 to the upstream side, and water flows from the first water channel 50 having a large inner diameter into the second water channel 51 having a small diameter. A water passage 52 having an effective area smaller than that of the second water channel 51 is provided on the inlet side of the second water channel 51. Reference numeral 53 denotes a guide rod, 54 denotes a cylindrical guide, and a stopper 55 is provided at the end of the guide rod 53.
When this constant flow valve 45 is used, a socket having a female thread formed therein is attached to the end of the pipe that is extended outward from the flush toilet apparatus, and a socket having a female thread is also formed at the end of the flexible hose. It will be. In this case, it is preferable that a union is once connected to the constant flow valve 45 and the union is attached to a pipe or a flexible hose exiting from the flush toilet apparatus.
The constant flow valve 45 may be attached to the water stop cock.
