Description
Claims (14)
- 板状のバッテリーセル、
前記バッテリーセルの側面に電気的に連結された保護回路モジュール、
前記バッテリーセルと前記保護回路モジュールを収容する枠形のフレームであって、前記バッテリーセルと前記保護回路モジュールを前記フレームの内側に固定する前記フレームと、および
前記バッテリーセル、前記保護回路モジュールおよび前記フレームを囲むテープ形態のラベルを含み、
前記ラベルには前記フレームの長さ方向と垂直な方向に形成された切開部を含む騒音防止部が形成されたことを特徴とするバッテリーパック。 - 前記切開部は前記フレームと前記バッテリーセルとの間に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記騒音防止部は織物タイプのラベルを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記織物タイプのラベルはアセテート素材のラベルであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーセルは、
一側に突出した電極タップを有し、板状の第1バッテリーセルおよび第2バッテリーセルを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記第1バッテリーセルの電極タップと前記第2バッテリーセルの電極タップは相互に向き合い、前記保護回路モジュールを中心に両側で前記保護回路モジュールと接続したことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記フレームは、
前記保護回路モジュールに接続した前記第1バッテリーセルと前記第2バッテリーセルの外側面を囲む四角枠状の第1フレーム、および
前記第1フレームと一体形で前記保護回路モジュールの第1面を覆う板状の第2フレームを含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記ラベルは第1バッテリーセルの第1面、前記第2バッテリーセルの第1面および前記第2フレームを覆い、前記騒音防止部を備える第1ラベル、および
前記第1バッテリーセルの第1面の反対面である第2面、前記第2バッテリーセルの第1面の反対面である第2面、および前記保護回路モジュールの第1面の反対面である第2面を覆う第2ラベルを含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記第1ラベルは前記第1フレームの一部に接着され、前記第1ラベルを固定させるための固定部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記騒音防止部は前記第1バッテリーセルと前記第2フレームとの間に形成された第1切開部と、前記第2バッテリーセルと前記第2フレームとの間に形成された第2切開部とを含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記ラベルは第1バッテリーセルの第1面の一部と、前記第2バッテリーセルの第1面の一部をそれぞれ覆う第1ラベル、
前記第1バッテリーセルの第1面の反対面である第2面と、前記第2バッテリーセルの第1面の反対面である第2面と、前記保護回路モジュールの第1面の反対面である第2面とを覆う第2ラベル、および
前記第2フレームを覆う織物タイプの騒音防止部である第3ラベルを含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記第3ラベルは、
前記第2フレームと隣接した前記第1バッテリーセルの第1面の一部および前記第2バッテリーセルの第1面の一部を覆うことを特徴とする請求項11に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記第3ラベルは縦糸と横糸が交差するアセテート織物からなり、
前記第3ラベルの枠は前記縦糸および前記横糸に垂直でなく、一定角を有することを特徴とする請求項12に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記第3ラベルは前記第1フレームの一部に接着され、前記第3ラベルを固定させるための固定部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載のバッテリーパック。
