吸音材を内装した吸音空間を内部に形成すると共に、音源とその音源の周囲とを隔てる隔壁を形成自在な外枠体を設け、
前記吸音空間とその外方とにわたる音の出入りを可能にする音透過面を、前記外枠体の音源側表面部及び、背面部、並びに天井部に形成してある吸音パネルであって、
前記外枠体を構成するのに、
前記吸音材に対する音源側、背面側、天井側の音透過機能を阻害しない状態で、前記吸音材に対する底部、左右両側部、天井部、を取り囲む主枠体を設けると共に、
前記吸音材の音源側表面部、背面部、並びに天井部を外側から覆う多孔板状体を設け、
前記吸音材を前記主枠体で支持した状態で、
前記多孔板状体を前記主枠体に対して挟み込んで着脱自在に固定する挟み込み固定部材を設けてある吸音パネル。
