Claims (13)
- 液体浸出プロセスであって、
大気圧で、所望の量の浸出材料をチャンバ内に配置することと、
所望の量の液体を前記チャンバ内に配置することと、
前記チャンバを周囲大気から密閉することと、
少なくとも1回の減圧サイクルを前記チャンバ内部に適用することと、
を含み、
前記少なくとも1回のサイクルが、前記チャンバ内部の圧力を減少させて、前記チャンバ内部に少なくとも陰圧を形成し、続いて前記チャンバをほぼ大気圧まで戻すことを含み、
前記減圧サイクルと、液体の前記チャンバ内への前記配置が、交互に行われる、液体浸出プロセス。 - 前記浸出された液体を、前記浸出材料から実質的に分離することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の液体浸出プロセス。
- 前記チャンバ内部の前記少なくとも陰圧が、約−6.77〜−67.7kPa(約−2〜−20水銀柱インチ)の範囲に維持される、請求項1に記載の液体浸出プロセス。
- 前記液体が前記チャンバ内に配置されるときに、前記液体が約79.4℃〜約100℃(約175°F〜約212°F)の範囲に加熱される、請求項1に記載の液体浸出プロセス。
- 前記液体が前記チャンバ内に配置された後に、前記液体が約85℃〜約100℃(約185°F〜約212°F)の範囲に加熱される、請求項1に記載の液体浸出プロセス。
- 前記浸出された液体の前記浸出材料からの前記分離が、ろ過を介して達成される、請求項2に記載の液体浸出プロセス。
- 前記浸出された液体の前記浸出材料からの前記分離の間に、前記チャンバに陽圧を印加することをさらに含む、請求項2に記載の液体浸出プロセス。
- 前記浸出された液体の前記浸出材料からの前記分離が、フィルタの使用をさらに含む、請求項7に記載の液体浸出プロセス。
- 前記浸出された液体の前記浸出材料からの前記分離が、自動化されている、請求項8に記載の液体浸出プロセス。
- 前記浸出材料が、果物を含む、請求項1に記載の液体浸出プロセス。
- 前記浸出材料が、ハーブまたは植物を含む、請求項1に記載の液体浸出プロセス。
- 前記減圧と液体の配置の交互に行われるサイクルが、前記浸出材料の撹拌を増進する、請求項1に記載の液体浸出プロセス。
- 減圧サイクルの後に液体を加えることが、浮遊する浸出材料をすすぐ、請求項1に記載の液体浸出プロセス。
