Description

The present invention relates to an exterior lighting device.

Conventionally, an exterior lighting device is installed in an outdoor place such as a garden for the purpose of brightening a passage at night or improving design by lighting up (for example, Patent Document 1, Patent) Reference 2). In addition, as shown in FIGS. 8 to 10, this type of lighting device A has a spike portion (installation tool) formed such that the width gradually decreases from the upper end side toward the lower end portion, and the lower end portion is sharpened. ) 1 and an illumination body part (lamp part) 2 attached to the upper end part side of the spike part 1.

For example, the illumination main body 2 includes a bracket portion 3 for removably attaching to the upper end portion of the spike portion 1 and a lamp 4 attached to the bracket portion 3.

Furthermore, the bracket part 3 is formed in a hollow shape and is provided with a wiring lead-out hole 5 on the side surface, and the illumination main body part 2 is connected to the outside of the wiring 6 connected to the lamp 4 from the inside of the bracket part 3 through the wiring lead-out hole 5. It is comprised so that it may extend. Further, a waterproof jig 7 for preventing water from entering the bracket portion 3 while inserting the wiring 6 is attached to the wiring outlet hole 5.

And in the illuminating device A comprised in this way, the illumination main body part 2 is attached to the upper end part of the spike part 1, the spike part 1 penetrates into the ground, and the wiring 6 is connected to a power source, so that any outdoor Can be easily installed in

However, in the conventional exterior lighting device A, as shown in FIGS. 8 to 10, the wiring lead hole 5 is provided in the bracket portion 3, and the wiring 6 extends outward from the wiring lead hole 5. Thus, the waterproof jig 7 is further attached to the wiring lead-out hole 5, so that the wiring 6 and the waterproof jig 7 are greatly exposed, and the appearance is deteriorated.

Further, the spike portion 1 is provided with a root stop 8 (a root stop surface 9) that abuts the ground G and regulates the amount of penetration with a space below the bracket portion 3. For this reason, a gap H is generated between the bracket portion 3 and the ground G surface (inlay stop 8) in a state where the spike portion 1 is penetrated into the ground G by a predetermined amount, and the appearance is further deteriorated.

In view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide an exterior lighting device that can be suitably installed without impairing the appearance.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following means.

The exterior lighting device of the present invention includes a lighting main body portion and an installation tool that supports the lighting main body portion, and the lighting main body portion has a substantially cylindrical fitting and fixing formed by closing an upper end portion. And a lamp integrally attached to the fitting fixing portion, the installation tool is provided on the upper end side, and the attachment portion for attaching the illumination main body portion, and the axial direction from the lower surface of the attachment portion. along a spike portion extending downwardly, the attachment portion is formed in a substantially block shape, the is fitted and inserted inside the fitting fixing portion of the illumination body part on end comprising a fitting portion, is formed with an extending portion which upper end connected to the spike portion extending from the fitted portion on the lower end side downward, and, of the fitted portion with an opening on the side surface that it is formed with a groove-like wiring conductive path penetrating from the upper surface to a lower surface of the extending portion And butterflies.

In this invention, the installation tool can be fixed by penetrating the spike part into the ground, and the illumination main body part is installed by fitting the fitting fixing part to the fitted part of the installation part of the installation tool can do. At this time, by inserting the wiring connected to the illumination main body into the wiring conduction path formed in the installation portion of the installation tool, the installation tool positioned below the fitting fixing portion of the illumination main body is extended. Wiring can be pulled out from the exit side.

Thereby, it is not necessary to provide a wiring lead-out hole in the illumination main body (bracket portion, fitting fixing portion) as in the conventional case, and the wiring does not extend from the side surface of the fitting fixing portion, so that the appearance is improved. be able to.

Furthermore, since the wiring is drawn out from below the fitting fixing portion through the wiring conduction path formed in the mounting portion, it is possible to realize a structure in which rainwater or the like does not easily enter the connection portion of the wiring to the lamp, and the waterproof treatment as in the conventional case. It is not necessary to provide a separate tool, and the appearance can be greatly improved.

Further, in the exterior lighting device according to the present invention, the bottom surface of the extension portion is used as a rooting stop surface that abuts against the ground when the spike portion penetrates into the ground and defines the amount of penetration. It is desirable.

In the present invention, when the spike part is inserted into the ground and installed, the lower surface of the mounting part of the installation tool (the lower surface of the extension part / the root stop surface) comes into contact with the ground, so that the spike part is further increased. The mounting portion can be disposed at a suitable position.

Furthermore, the lower surface of the extension part on the lower end side of the installation part of the installation tool is a rooting stop surface that comes into contact with the ground, and the upper end part side of the installation part of the installation tool is a fitted part to which the illumination main body part is attached. Thus, the extension portion of the attachment portion is disposed between the fitting fixing portion of the illumination main body portion and the ground. Thereby, a big clearance gap does not arise between the fitting fixing | fixed part of an illumination main-body part, and the ground, and appearance can be improved significantly.

Furthermore, in the exterior lighting device of the present invention, it is more preferable that the attachment portion is provided with a drain hole penetrating from the upper surface side of the fitted portion to the extension portion.

In this invention, even if water has entered between the fitting fixed part of the illumination main body part and the fitted part of the mounting part of the installation tool, the water that has entered enters the outside from the drain hole. Can be discharged. Thereby, waterproofness is securable even if it does not provide the jig | tool for waterproofing conventionally. Therefore, the appearance can be greatly improved.

In the exterior illumination device of the present invention, it is possible to suitably install the illumination device without impairing the appearance.

Hereinafter, with reference to FIG. 1 to FIG. 7, an external lighting device according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described.

The exterior lighting apparatus B of the present embodiment is an exterior illumination apparatus that can be installed at any outdoor location. As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 7, the illumination main body 10 and the illumination main body 10 And an installation tool 11 for installing in a desired location.

The illumination main body 10 includes a substantially cylindrical fitting / fixing portion 12 provided with a top plate portion 12a and closed at the upper end, and a lamp 13 attached to the top plate portion 12a of the fitting / fixing portion 12. ing. Moreover, in this embodiment, the bearing is protrudingly provided by the top-plate part 12a, and the lamp | ramp 13 is rotatably provided by attaching the axial part of the lamp | ramp 13 to this bearing. Thereby, the lamp direction can be changed freely.

The installation tool 11 is provided on the upper end side, and an attachment portion 14 for attaching the illumination main body portion 10 and a spike portion 15 extending downward along the direction of the axis O1 extending in the vertical direction from the lower surface of the attachment portion 14. And.

Mounting portion 14 of the present embodiment is formed in Ryakubu lock shape, provided with a fitted portion 16 fitted and inserted into the interior of the fit fixing part 12 of the illuminating body portion 10 at the upper end, the lower end An extension portion 17 is formed to extend downward from the fitted portion 16 and to which the upper end of the spike portion 15 is connected. Further, a groove-like wiring conduction path 18 is formed in the attachment portion 14 so as to penetrate from the upper surface 14 a of the fitted portion 16 to the lower surface 14 b of the extending portion 17 while opening on the side surface.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, the attachment portion 14 of the present embodiment is provided with a drain hole 19 penetrating from the upper surface 14 a side of the fitted portion 16 to the extending portion 17. Further, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, when the lower surface of the extension portion 17 (the lower surface 14 b of the mounting portion 14) is installed with the spike portion 15 penetrating into the ground, the abutment amount is brought into contact with the ground G. It is considered as a pre-set surface to be regulated.

The spike portion 15 has the attachment portion 14 and the central axis O1 coaxially arranged, and has an upper end connected to the lower surface 14b of the attachment portion 14 and extends downward in the direction of the axis O1. Furthermore, the spike portion 15 of the present embodiment is formed such that the width gradually decreases from the upper end side toward the lower end portion, and the lower end portion is pointed. The spike portion 15 is recessed in the direction of the central axis O1 from the side surface, and has four concave portions extending from the upper end portion to the lower end portion, and is formed in a cross shape in cross section.

And in the exterior lighting apparatus B of this embodiment which consists of the said structure, the installation tool 11 can be fixed by making the spike part 15 penetrate in the ground, and the fitting part 14 of the installation tool 11 is fitted. The illumination main body 10 can be installed by fitting the fitting fixing part 12 to the joint part 16.

At this time, by fitting (inserting) the wiring 20 connected to the lighting main body 10 into the wiring conduction path 18 formed in the mounting portion 14 of the installation tool 11, the fitting fixing portion of the lighting main body 10. The wiring 20 can be drawn out from the extending portion 17 side of the installation tool 11 located below the position 12.

Thereby, it is not necessary to provide the wiring lead-out hole 5 in the illumination main body part 10 (the bracket part 3 and the fitting fixing part 12) as in the prior art, and the wiring 20 does not extend from the side surface of the fitting fixing part 12. . For this reason, compared with the past, appearance can be improved significantly.

Furthermore, since the wiring 20 is pulled out from below the fitting fixing portion 12 through the wiring conduction path 18 formed in the mounting portion 14, a structure in which rainwater or the like is difficult to enter the connection portion of the wiring 20 to the lamp 13 can be realized. Thereby, it becomes unnecessary to separately provide the waterproof jig 7 as in the prior art, and the appearance can be greatly improved from this point.

In addition, in the exterior lighting device B of the present embodiment, in the unlikely event that water enters between the fitting fixing portion 12 of the lighting main body portion 10 and the fitted portion 16 of the mounting portion 14 of the installation tool 11. Even so, the infiltrated water can be discharged from the drain hole 19 to the outside. Thereby, waterproofness is securable even if it does not provide the jig | tool 7 for waterproofing conventionally.

In addition, in the exterior lighting device B of the present embodiment, when the spike portion 15 is installed while penetrating into the ground, the bottom surface of the attachment portion 14 of the installation tool 11 formed in a substantially block shape (intrusion prevention) The surface 14b abuts against the ground G, so that the spike portion 15 can be prevented from penetrating further, and the mounting portion 14 can be disposed at a suitable position.

At this time, the lower surface 14b of the extending portion 17 on the lower end side of the mounting portion 14 of the installation tool 11 is a rooting stop surface that contacts the ground G, and the upper end portion side of the mounting portion 14 of the installation tool 11 is the illumination main body. By being the fitted portion 16 to which the portion 10 is attached, the extending portion 17 of the attachment portion 14 is disposed between the fitting fixing portion 12 of the illumination main body portion 10 and the ground G. Thereby, the big clearance gap H does not arise between the fitting fixing | fixed part 12 of the illumination main-body part 10, and the ground G, and appearance can be improved significantly.

Further, in the exterior lighting device B of the present embodiment, the spike portion 15 is removed from the illumination main body portion 10, the fitting fixing portion 12 of the illumination main body portion 10 is fitted to the upper end portion of the support column, and installed on the support column. You can also Thereby, the versatility as an exterior of the illuminating device B can be improved.

As mentioned above, although one Embodiment of the external lighting apparatus which concerns on this invention was described, this invention is not limited to said one Embodiment, In the range which does not deviate from the meaning, it can change suitably.

For example, in this embodiment, the wiring conduction path 18 is formed in a groove shape penetrating from the upper surface 14a of the fitted portion 16 to the lower surface 14b of the extending portion 17 while opening on the side surface of the mounting portion 14. However, the wiring conduction path 18 according to the present invention only needs to be opened and communicated with the upper surface 14 a of the fitted portion 16 and the side surface of the extending portion 17. For this reason, it is not necessarily limited to the groove shape.
