Claims (7)
- 無線電力受信装置に無線で電力を伝送する無線電力送信装置であって、
前記無線電力受信装置に磁場を介して電力を伝送する第1送信コイルと、
前記無線電力受信装置に磁場を介して電力を伝送し、前記第1送信コイルの内側に配置された第2送信コイルとを含み、
前記無線電力送信装置は、
前記無線電力送信装置と前記無線電力受信装置との結合状態に基づいて、前記第1送信コイル及び前記第2送信コイルのうち1つのコイルを介して前記無線電力受信装置に電力を伝送し、
前記結合状態は、
前記第1送信コイルと、前記無線電力受信装置に備えられた受信コイルとの間の結合係数、または前記第2送信コイルと、前記無線電力受信装置に備えられた受信コイルとの間の結合係数を示し、
前記第1送信コイルと前記第2送信コイルの大きさは、
前記第1送信コイルと前記無線電力受信装置の受信コイルとの間の結合係数が最小となる地点と、前記第2送信コイルと前記受信コイルとの間の結合係数が極大点になる地点とが一致するように設定された、無線電力送信装置。 - 前記無線電力送信装置は、
前記第1送信コイルと前記無線電力受信装置に備えられた受信コイルとの間の磁気的結合と、前記第2送信コイルと前記受信コイルとの間の磁気的結合とを比較して、磁気的結合がさらに良いコイルを介して前記無線電力受信装置に電力を伝送する、請求項1に記載の無線電力送信装置。 - 前記無線電力送信装置と前記無線電力受信装置との結合状態を感知する電力伝送状態感知部をさらに含み、
前記電力伝送状態感知部は、
前記無線電力送信装置の内部に流れる電流を測定して前記結合状態を確認する、請求項2に記載の無線電力送信装置。 - 前記無線電力送信装置は、
前記第1送信コイル及び前記第2送信コイルを交互に動作させ、前記無線電力送信装置の内部に流れる電流を測定する、請求項3に記載の無線電力送信装置。 - 前記無線電力送信装置は、
前記第1送信コイル及び前記第2送信コイルのうち、前記測定された電流の大きさがさらに大きい方に該当するコイルを介して前記無線電力受信装置に電力を伝送するようにする、請求項4に記載の無線電力送信装置。 - 交流信号及び直流電力を用いて交流電力を生成する交流電力生成部をさらに含み、
前記交流電力生成部は、
前記生成された交流電力を前記第1送信コイルに出力する第1増幅部、及び前記生成された交流電力を前記第2送信コイルに出力する第2増幅部を含む、請求項4に記載の無線電力送信装置。 - 前記無線電力送信装置は、
前記第1増幅部を活性化させ、前記第2増幅部を非活性化させた場合に測定された電流と、前記第1増幅部を非活性化させ、前記第2増幅部を活性化させた場合に測定された電流とを比較し、前記第1送信コイル及び前記第2送信コイルのうち1つのコイルを電力伝送のためのコイルとして決定する、請求項6に記載の無線電力送信装置。
