Claims (6)

前記ブレードセグメントが、
ブレード(56)と、
前記ブレードに連結され、前記ロータの前記スロット内に挿入されて継手を形成するように構成されている装着セグメント(58)と
を備えており、
前記装着セグメントが、
第1の近位端(100)及び第1の遠位端(98)を有する第1の接触面(94)と、
第2の近位端(100)及び第2の遠位端(98)を有する第2の接触面(96)と
を備え、
前記第1及び第2の近位端は前記スロット内に挿入されて前記継手を形成し、前記第1及び第2の遠位端は、該継手の形成時に前記スロットの外にあるように構成されており、
前記第1及び第2の近位端が前記スロットに挿入されて前記ブレードセグメントを備えるターボ機械が運転されるとき、該第1及び第2の近位端は、それぞれ、前記第1のディスクポストの前記第1の保持面及び前記第2のディスクポストの前記第2の保持面に当接するよう構成されており、
前記第1の接触面及び前記第2の接触面の前記第1及び第2の近位端は、前記ブレードセグメントの長手軸に対して外側に湾曲しており、
前記装着セグメントが、前記第1の接触面及び前記第2の接触面の前記第1及び第2の近位端にそれぞれ第1及び第2の角(104)で連結している下側面(102)をさらに備え、
前記下側面は、前記ブレードから半径方向に離れるように湾曲する湾曲表面を前記第1及び第2の角(104)間に備え、
前記第1の接触面は、前記第1の角まで延びる第1の湾曲表面を備え、前記第2の接触面は、前記第2の角まで延びる第2の湾曲表面を備え、
前記ブレードセグメントはセラミックスマトリックス複合材料を含み、前記装着セグメントは、複数の積層プライから形成され、
前記複数の積層プライの各々は、複数の繊維(14)が配置された母材材料を含み、
前記複数の積層プライの1以上の第1のプライは、第1の軸に沿って延びる複数の繊維を含み、前記複数の積層プライの1以上の第2のプライは、前記第1の軸と交差する第2の軸に沿って延びる複数の繊維を含む、システム - 前記複数の積層プライの各々は前記ブレードセグメントの長手方向軸(76)について前記装着セグメント内で長手方向に延び、
前記下側面の前記湾曲表面は、前記複数の積層プライの隣接する積層プライ同士の間における前記長手方向軸に交わる方向の歪み及び分裂を低減する、請求項1記載のシステム。 - 前記第1のディスクポスト及び前記第2のディスクポストの各々がロータの回転軸から半径方向外向きに延在しており、
前記スロットが、前記ロータの外側表面に形成され、前記第1及び第2保持面を連結する底面(88)を備え、
前記ブレードセグメントの長手軸が、継手の形成時に、前記底面の中央領域と実質的に整列し、該底面は、該中央領域をまたいで前記ロータの前記回転軸に向けて湾曲している、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。 - 前記底面の第1の形状は、前記装着セグメントの前記下側面の前記湾曲表面の第2の形状に実質的に一致している、請求項3記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の接触面は前記第1の近位端及び前記第1の遠位端との間で凹面をなし、前記第2の接触面は前記第2の近位端及び前記第2の遠位端との間で凹面をなし、前記底面の前記湾曲表面は前記ブレードセグメントの長手方向軸を横切って湾曲する、請求項3又は4に記載のシステム。
- 前記装着セグメント(58)の歪みを低減するため、該装着セグメントの前記第1及び第2の接触面が変化する弧度を有する、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
