Claims (17)
- 行および列で配列された複数のピクセルのマトリックスを有し、表示領域を形成している表示パネルと、
前記マトリックスを照明するためのバックライトと、
前記複数のピクセルの第1の部分を駆動するための行ドライバおよび列ドライバを有する第1のビデオチャネルと、
前記複数のピクセルの第2の部分を駆動するための行ドライバおよび列ドライバを有する第2のビデオチャネルと
を備え、
前記複数のピクセルの前記第1の部分と前記複数のピクセルの前記第2の部分が交互に配置され、
前記マトリックス内の個々のピクセルが複数の色グループの配置を含み、個々の色グループが異なる色を有するサブピクセルからなり、前記複数の色グループが前記複数のピクセルの前記第1および第2の部分を形成し、
前記複数の色グループのうちの半分は、前記第1のビデオチャネルによって駆動され、また、前記複数の色グループのうちの残りの半分は、前記第2のビデオチャネルによって駆動される、航空機操縦室ディスプレイ。 - ビデオ信号を前記表示パネル上に表示するために、前記第1のビデオチャネルと前記第2のビデオチャネルの間を選択するためのスイッチをさらに備える、請求項1記載の航空機操縦室ディスプレイ。
- 前記スイッチが自動スイッチである、請求項2記載の航空機操縦室ディスプレイ。
- 前記自動スイッチが、前記第1および第2のビデオチャネルのうちのいずれか一方の故障に応答して、前記第1のビデオチャネルと前記第2のビデオチャネルの間を切り換える、請求項3記載の航空機操縦室ディスプレイ。
- 前記スイッチが手動スイッチである、請求項2記載の航空機操縦室ディスプレイ。
- 前記手動スイッチが操縦室内の操縦士の手の届く位置に配置される、請求項5記載の航空機操縦室ディスプレイ。
- 前記手動スイッチが前記ディスプレイと統合される、請求項5または6のいずれか記載の航空機操縦室ディスプレイ。
- 前記第1および第2のビデオチャネルの各々が独立電源をさらに備える、請求項2乃至7のいずれか記載の航空機操縦室ディスプレイ。
- 前記第1または第2のビデオチャネルが前記スイッチを介して選択解除されると、その選択解除された前記第1または第2のビデオチャネルに対する前記電源を遮断することができる、請求項8記載の航空機操縦室ディスプレイ。
- 前記第1または第2のビデオチャネルが選択解除されると、前記行ドライバおよび列ドライバをトライステート状態に設定することができる、請求項9記載の航空機操縦室ディスプレイ。
- 前記第1または第2のビデオチャネルが選択解除されると、前記行ドライバおよび列ドライバをトライステート状態に設定することができる、請求項2記載の航空機操縦室ディスプレイ。
- 前記第1および第2のビデオチャネルの各々がタイミングコントローラをさらに備える、請求項1乃至11のいずれか記載の航空機操縦室ディスプレイ。
- 前記第1および第2のビデオチャネルの各々が、バックライトドライバに動作可能に結合されたバックライトコントローラをさらに備える、請求項12記載の航空機操縦室ディスプレイ。
- 前記第1および第2のビデオチャネルのうちの少なくとも一方の前記タイミングコントローラおよびバックライトコントローラが単一のデバイス内に実施される、請求項13記載の航空機操縦室ディスプレイ。
- 前記複数のピクセルの前記第1の部分および前記複数のピクセルの前記第2の部分が互いに交互に配置される、請求項1記載の航空機操縦室ディスプレイ。
- 前記第1および第2のビデオチャネルが、前記複数のピクセルの前記第1および第2の部分を並列に動作させるように構成される、請求項15記載の航空機操縦室ディスプレイ。
- 前記第1および第2のビデオチャネルのうちの一方のビデオチャネルが故障すると、前記ディスプレイの輝度が通常の輝度の半分になる、請求項16記載の航空機操縦室ディスプレイ。
