Description
The present invention relates to an antenna positioner for an antenna used for measuring unnecessary radiation of electromagnetic waves generated from electronic equipment.
Conventionally, unnecessary radiation of electromagnetic waves generated from an electronic device has an effect on other electronic devices and causes malfunction. For this reason, electronic devices are obliged to measure unnecessary radiation of electromagnetic waves, and a legal system for these measurements is also in place.
Usually, unnecessary radiation of electromagnetic waves generated from an electronic device is measured by an antenna in an outdoor facility called an anechoic chamber or an open site. This measurement uses the height of the antenna (the height from the floor of the antenna), the polarization angle of the antenna (the angle that rotates about the front and rear of the antenna), and the orientation of the antenna ( Multiple measurements are performed while changing the angle of rotation about the left and right of the antenna.
For example, a horn antenna is often used for measurement of unnecessary radiation of GHz band electromagnetic waves, and since this horn antenna has high directivity, it is necessary to point the antenna toward the object to be measured.
On the other hand, in order to know the maximum level of unwanted radiation, it is also necessary to change the height of the antenna. Various changes are made such as changing the angle of the antenna at each height and changing the polarization angle of the antenna. It is required to perform multiple measurements under various conditions. For this reason, the operation of changing the measurement conditions is very complicated, and the setting accuracy of the antenna is required. Therefore, an antenna positioner that can set the antenna more easily and accurately is required.
However, such a mechanism for setting the antenna causes the electromagnetic wave to be reflected from the antenna and causes the measurement accuracy of unnecessary radiation to deteriorate.
As an antenna positioner used for measurement of such unnecessary radiation, techniques such as
According to
According to
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an antenna positioner that can adjust the height of the antenna, the polarization angle of the antenna, and the direction of the antenna, and that has little influence on the measurement of unwanted radiation.
In order to achieve the above object, the structure of the present invention includes a first pillar member, a lifting body attached to the first pillar member, and a cylinder having a second pillar member attached to the lifting body. A cam, an antenna holder attached to the tip of the second pillar member, a cam groove provided on a side surface of the cylindrical cam, and the cam groove engaging with the cam groove and moving along the second pillar member A cam pin provided in a possible manner, and when the cam pin moves along the second pillar material, the second pillar material rotates around the second pillar material as a rotation axis, The second column member, the elevating body, the cylindrical cam, the antenna holder, and the cam pin are made of resin.
According to the present invention, the projection area of the cam mechanism as viewed from the antenna can be made smaller than before by attaching the antenna holder to the tip of the second pillar member that serves as the rotating shaft of the cylindrical cam. Thereby, the electromagnetic waves reflected by the cam mechanism can be reduced. Further, since each member is made of resin, electromagnetic waves reflected by each member can be reduced. For these reasons, it is possible to realize an antenna positioner that has a small influence on the measurement of unwanted radiation.
Furthermore, the first air cylinder provided along the second pillar material is provided, and the cam pin is formed to move along the second pillar material by a linear motion of the first air cylinder, The first air cylinder is made of resin.
The first air cylinder for moving the cam pin is provided along the second column member, and the first air cylinder is made of resin, so that reflection of electromagnetic waves by the air cylinder can be reduced.
A rod that moves perpendicularly to the side surface of the cylindrical cam; a second air cylinder that moves the rod perpendicular to the cylindrical cam; and a recess that is provided in the cylindrical cam and engages with the rod. And the rod and the second air cylinder are made of resin.
Since the rod is configured to fit into the hollow of the cylindrical cam, the rotation angle of the second column member can be reliably fixed, and the measurement accuracy of unnecessary radiation can be improved.
Further, since the rod and the second air cylinder are formed of resin, reflection of electromagnetic waves by them can be reduced.
A rod that moves along the side surface of the cylindrical cam; and a recess that is provided in the cylindrical cam and engages with the rod; and the first air cylinder moves the rod along the side surface of the cylindrical cam. The rod is made of resin.
Since the rod is configured to fit into the hollow of the cylindrical cam, the rotation angle of the second column member can be reliably fixed, and the measurement accuracy of unnecessary radiation can be improved. Further, since the rod is made of resin, the reflection of radio waves by these can be reduced.
Further, the tip of the rod and the recess have a conical shape.
Since the recess and the rod have a conical shape, even if the positions of the recess and the rod are misaligned, the sides of the conical shape slide, so that the vertices overlap each other at the end. To fit. For this reason, the reproducibility of the position of the said hollow and the said rod at the time of a fitting improves. Therefore, the switching accuracy of the antenna polarization angle is improved.
According to the configuration of the invention, it is possible to provide an antenna positioner that can adjust the height of the antenna, the polarization angle of the antenna, and the direction of the antenna, and that has little influence on the measurement of unnecessary radiation.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a third pillar member according to the first embodiment (the third pillar member corresponds to the second pillar member in the claims). FIG. 4 is a side view of the third pillar member according to the first embodiment. FIG. 5 is an enlarged view (side view) of the cam grooves and cam pins according to the first embodiment.
The
The
The third column member includes an
The
The
In
On the other hand, in the first embodiment, the

The

In addition to the first embodiment, the side surface of the
A gap is provided between the

Next, a third embodiment for carrying out the present invention will be described. FIG. 13 is a side view of a third pillar material according to the third embodiment. In addition to the first embodiment, the
FIG. 14 and FIG. 15 are explanatory diagrams of operation states in the third embodiment. The
A gap is provided between the
In the second embodiment, an
