Claims (21)
- 中間層によって隔てられた上部プレートおよび下部プレートを備えるフラットベッドプリンタ用のテーブルであって、
前記中間層は、前記上部プレートと前記下部プレートとの間の熱伝達を促進するために、前記上部プレートの近傍の位置と前記下部プレートの近傍の位置との間を交互に移動する流体の流れを促進する流体流路を内部に有するように構成され,
前記中間層は、前記プレート間を延びる薄板材料の壁から形成された複数のスペーサ部材を含み,
前記中間層は、複数のセルを含む格子構造を備え,
前記流体流路は、前記スペーサ部材の穴によって形成されている,
テーブル。 - 前記流体流路は、実質的に当該テーブルの平面内の流体の流れを促進する
請求項1に記載のフラットベッドプリンタ用のテーブル。 - 前記流体流路は、前記上部プレートの近傍の位置と前記下部プレートの近傍の位置との間の乱流を促進する
請求項1または2に記載のフラットベッドプリンタ用のテーブル。 - 前記上部プレートは、複数の負圧孔を備えており、前記流体流路は、該孔のうちの少なくとも1つからの空気流路を含む
請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のテーブル。 - 前記テーブルの少なくとも1つの辺の近傍に流体引き出し位置を有しており、
前記流体流路は、前記流体引き出し位置へと向かう経路を含んでいる
請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のテーブル。 - 前記中間層内に流体の流れを生じさせるように構成された再循環ファンを備える
請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のテーブル。 - 各セルの少なくとも1つの壁に穴が設けられている
請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のテーブル。 - 前記穴は、前記流れの方向に実質的に平行な方向において交互に前記上部および下部プレートの近傍に位置するように配置されている
請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のテーブル。 - 前記穴は、前記プレートから流体への熱伝達を促進するために、前記壁の上部および下部のそれぞれに密接して設けられている
請求項8に記載のテーブル。 - 上部および下部プレートを両者の間に配置された中間層とともに有する印刷テーブルに使用するための前記中間層を製造する方法であって、
平坦な変形可能材料からなる複数の細長い層を、各層の一部分を隣の層へと取り付け、かつ各層の一部分は取り付けずに、積み重ねて配置するステップと、
前記層の前記取り付けられた部分の間において、前記細長い層の長さに沿って間隔を開けつつ、前記層の積み重ねを貫く穴の形成を、第1の複数の穴が前記細長い層の一方の辺の近傍に形成され、第2の複数の穴が前記細長い層の他方の辺の近傍に形成されるように行うステップと、
前記材料からなる層の前記取り付けられていない部分を引き離すことで、前記層の積み重ねから複数のセルを備える格子構造体を形成するステップとを含む
方法。 - 前記格子構造体の各セルの少なくとも1つの壁に穴が形成される
請求項10に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の複数の穴は、前記第2の複数の穴と交互に配置されている
請求項10または11に記載の方法。 - 前記穴の位置は、前記層の前記取り付けられた部分に対して位置決めされている
請求項10〜12のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 上部プレートを前記格子構造体のある面へと取り付けるステップをさらに含む
請求項10〜13のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記上部プレートに複数の穴を形成するステップをさらに含み、
前記複数の穴は、前記上部プレートの表面の少なくとも一部分について配置されている
請求項10〜14のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 下部プレートを前記格子構造体の反対側の面へと取り付けるステップをさらに含む
請求項14又は15に記載の方法。 - 前記層の積み重ねにおける隣同士の層は、前記細長い層の長さに沿って周期的な間隔で位置する取り付け位置において取り付けられている
請求項10〜16のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 第1の組の層の間の前記取り付け位置は、次の組の層の間の前記取り付け位置に対してずらされている
請求項17に記載の方法。 - 前記層の積み重ねにおける隣同士の層は、前記細長い層の長さに対して垂直に配置された接着剤の帯を使用して取り付けられる
請求項10〜18のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記接着剤の帯は、規則的な縞模様にて配置され、第1の組の層の間の縞模様は、次の組の層の間の縞模様に対してずらされている
請求項19に記載の方法。 - 前記格子構造体の前記穴を通って流体を引き込むために前記格子構造体の一辺に負圧源を取り付けるステップをさらに含む
請求項10〜20のいずれかに記載の方法。
