Claims (9)
- 管理計算機と、
複数の拠点に夫々設けられ、前記管理計算機に通信ネットワークを介して接続される複数の制御装置と、
を備え、
前記管理計算機は、各拠点に対し、前記拠点に設けられエネルギーを需要する設備群の特性を示す設備特性情報と、過去の前記設備群の需要エネルギー量の実績値と、予め設定された長さの時間フレーム毎の、前記設備群の需要エネルギー量の計画値を含む需要計画と、を格納し、
前記管理計算機は、第一時間フレームにおける各拠点の計画値の合計である第一合計計画値を算出し、前記第一合計計画値が予め設定された第一目標値を超える場合、前記第一目標値に対する前記第一合計計画値の第一超過量を算出し、各拠点の設備特性情報に基づいて、前記複数の拠点のうち予め設定された候補条件を満たす候補拠点群の中から、需要計画の変更の対象である拠点を、第一拠点として選択し、前記第一時間フレームにおける前記第一拠点の第一需要計画を変更し、前記変更された第一需要計画を前記第一拠点の制御装置へ送信し、
各拠点の制御装置は、前記第一時間フレームにおける前記拠点の需要計画を格納し、前記第一時間フレーム中、前記第一時間フレームにおける前記拠点の需要計画に基づいて、前記拠点内の設備群を制御し、
前記管理計算機は、前記候補拠点群の中で、需要計画の変更による前記管理計算機の計算量が小さい拠点と、需要計画の実行精度が高い拠点との、少なくとも何れかを優先して、前記第一拠点として選択する、
エネルギー管理システム。 - 前記管理計算機は、前記変更された第一需要計画に基づいて、前記第一合計計画値及び前記第一超過量と前記候補拠点群を変更し、前記第一合計計画値が前記第一目標値を超えなくなるまで、前記変更された候補拠点群の中から別の拠点を選択し、前記別の拠点の需要計画を変更する、
請求項1に記載のエネルギー管理システム。 - 各拠点の制御装置は、前記第一時間フレーム中、前記第一時間フレームにおける前記拠点の需要エネルギー量の予測値である拠点予測値を算出し、前記拠点予測値が前記計画値を超えるか否かを判定し、前記拠点予測値が前記計画値を超えると判定された場合、前記設備群を制御することで前記拠点の需要エネルギー量の増加を抑える制御処理を実行し、前記制御処理を前記管理計算機へ通知する、
請求項2に記載のエネルギー管理システム。 - 前記管理計算機は、前記第一合計計画値が前記第一目標値を超える場合、前記複数の拠点のうち、制御処理中の拠点と、前記第一時間フレームの需要計画を変更済みである拠点とを除く候補拠点群の中から、前記第一拠点を選択する、
請求項3に記載のエネルギー管理システム。 - 前記管理計算機は、前記第一時間フレーム中に、前記第一時間フレームの次の第二時間フレームにおける各拠点の計画値の合計である第二合計計画値を算出し、前記第二合計計画値が予め設定された第二目標値を超える場合、前記第二目標値に対する前記第二合計計画値の第二超過量を算出し、各拠点の設備特性情報に基づいて、前記複数の拠点のうち前記候補条件を満たす第二候補拠点群の中から、需要計画の変更の対象である拠点を、第二拠点として選択し、前記第一時間フレームにおける前記第二拠点の第二需要計画を変更し、前記変更された第二需要計画を前記第二拠点の制御装置へ送信する、
請求項4に記載のエネルギー管理システム。 - 前記複数の拠点の中の特定拠点に設けられ、通信ネットワークを介して前記管理計算機に接続される拠点計算機を備え、
前記特定拠点の設備特性情報は、前記特定拠点が前記拠点計算機を有することを示し、
前記管理計算機は、前記第一合計計画値が前記第一目標値を超える場合、各拠点の設備特性情報に基づいて、前記特定拠点を前記第一拠点として選択し、前記第一超過量を前記拠点計算機へ送信し、
前記拠点計算機は、前記第一拠点の実績値に基づいて、前記第一時間フレームにおける前記第一拠点の需要エネルギー量の予測値である第一拠点予測値を算出し、前記第一拠点予測値と前記第一超過量に基づいて、前記第一時間フレームにおける前記第一需要計画を変更し、前記変更された第一需要計画を前記管理計算機へ送信する、
