Claims (9)
- 冷却特徴要素を有するセラミックマトリックス複合材構成要素(200)を形成する方法であって、
プリフォームテープ(120)を形成するステップと、
前記プリフォームテープを所望の形状にレイアップするステップ(122)と、
事前選択された幾何学的形状のインサート(30)の形態の前記プリフォームテープにおいて高耐熱性消失性材料を配置して、前記セラミックマトリックス複合材構成要素のレイアップを形成するステップと、
前記レイアップを圧密化しプリフォームを形成するステップ(134)と、
多孔性プリフォームを形成するため、前記プリフォームをバーンアウトすること(138)により熱分解するステップと、
前記セラミックマトリックス複合材構成要素を形成するため、前記多孔性プリフォームを溶融シリコンで溶融浸透するステップ(140)と
を含み、
前記方法は、前記熱分解ステップ又は前記溶融浸透ステップの間又はその後に、前記高耐熱性消失性材料を減少させること及び前記インサートを除去することの一方又は両方により、前記冷却特徴要素を形成するステップを含む、方法。 - 前記高耐熱性消失性材料は、窒化ホウ素、シリカ、酸化ケイ素、窒化ホウ素が被覆されたDAPポリマー、希土類酸化物、窒化ホウ素が被覆された希土類酸化物、希土類ケイ酸塩、窒化ホウ素が被覆された希土類ケイ酸塩、窒化ホウ素が被覆された酸化ケイ素、炭素が被覆された窒化ホウ素、モリブデンワイヤー、高耐火性物質、ダイアモンド粉末、及び組み合わせを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記配置ステップが、テープ成形配置、プリフォーム管配置、スプレー、スクリーンプリンティング、窒化ホウ素が被覆されたラピッドプロトタイピングポリマー配置、及び射出成形によって行われる、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記除去することが、機械的又は化学的除去のうちの一方である、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記除去することが、化学的溶解による、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記除去することは、前記インサートが酸化ケイ素から形成されている場合に前記バーンアウトする間又は前記溶融浸透ステップの間に行われる、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記インサートによって形成された前記冷却特徴要素を機械的に取り除くステップを更に含む、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記溶融浸透ステップが、前記多孔性プリフォームに少なくとも2600度の溶融シリコンを挿入するステップを含む、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 複雑な見通し外の冷却特徴要素を形成するステップを更に含む、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
