Description

The present invention relates to a slope body that is used to bridge a stepped portion, a recessed portion or the like and eliminate a stepped portion or a gap therebetween.

It is preferable that the slope body spanned to eliminate the step or the like is as light as possible in consideration of movement such as carrying, but it must be highly rigid in consideration of traveling of a wheelchair or the like.
Patent Document 1 discloses a wheelchair bridge in which a bridge panel is framed by a frame member and a fixed slope.
However, the slope body disclosed in the publication is such that the central bridge panel and the fixed slope are individually connected by rivets, etc., and the load load tends to concentrate on the fastening parts such as rivets, and the bridge panel alone is rigid. Therefore, it is difficult to reduce the weight.

Japanese Patent No. 3689902

An object of the present invention is to provide a slope body that is effective in reducing the weight and has high rigidity.

The slope body according to the present invention includes a panel, first and second end panels provided at both ends of the panel in the slope direction, and first and second side rails provided at both sides in the side direction of the panel. The end portions of the panel are inserted and fitted between a pair of flange portions provided on the first and second end panels, respectively , and are connected by welding, screwing, or rivets fits inserted between the side edge and a pair of flange portions provided with a side end portion of the first and second end panels to the first and second side rails of the panel, and welding, screwing, The panel is reduced in weight by being connected with one of the rivets .
Here, the slope direction of the panel refers to the direction in which the wheelchair or the like travels, and the both end portions refer to the end portion on the side entering the slope surface and the end portion on the side exiting from the slope surface.
Also, the side direction of the panel refers to the left-right direction that faces the slope surface.
In the present invention, the panel is not limited to a panel structure such as a composite panel, a honeycomb structure, a hollow structure in which upper and lower plate members are connected by ribs, regardless of the material such as a resin plate, a metal plate, and a carbon plate.
Examples of weight reduction include carbon panels and honeycomb resin panels.
Moreover, what made the hollow panel shape using the extrusion material of an aluminum alloy is also mentioned as an example.

In the present invention, the first and second end panels and the first and second side rails may be formed by integrally forming a pair of flange portions with the main body portion using an extruded shape of an aluminum alloy. Good.
Further, a plurality of panels may be connected so as to be foldable by pivoting adjacent side rails to each other.
The panel according to the present invention may be formed by connecting a plurality of panels in the slope direction to form one slope surface, in which case a pair of flange portions are formed on both sides of the connection panel, and the end portions of the panels are fitted therebetween. Combine and connect.
The side of the connecting panel is also fitted and connected to the side rail.

In the slope body according to the present invention, both end portions in the slope direction of the panel are fitted and connected between the pair of flange portions of the end panel, and the side end portion in the side direction of the end panel and the panel Since the side end portion is fitted and connected between the pair of flange portions of the side rail, the central panel, the end panels of both end portions, and the side rails on both sides are integrally connected. Therefore, the load applied to the slope surface can be supported by the entire panel body.
Thereby, the weight reduction of a center panel becomes easy.
