照明装置上に提供される本発明の光学構造体と、
を含み、
光学構造体のアンテナとPCB上の回路構成要素との間に電気接続が設けられる、
照明ユニットを提供する。
各照明ユニットからの光出力を光学的に処理するための第1のビーム処理構造を画定するために光学層を成形し、第1のビーム処理構造からずれた少なくとも1つの領域を画定するために光学層(23)を成形するステップと、
少なくとも1つの領域上又は内にアンテナを形成するステップと、
を含む。
成形するステップが、光学層をプラスチック材料として設けるステップと、少なくとも1つの領域を第1のビーム処理構造からずれた突出部として成形するステップと、を含むことができ、
前記形成するステップが、突出部の表面にアンテナを印刷するステップを含み得る、照明ユニットによって光出力を処理するための光学構造体の製造方法を提供する。
Claims (15)
- 光出力を光学的に処理するための第1のビーム処理構造を画定するように形状化された光学層であって、前記第1のビーム処理構造からずれた少なくとも1つの領域を備える、光学層と、
前記少なくとも1つの領域上に又は前記少なくとも1つの領域内に形成された回路又はICチップと、
を含む、照明ユニットによる光出力を処理するための光学構造体。 - 前記回路は無線受信及び/又は送信回路を含む、請求項1に記載の光学構造体。
- 前記回路はRF回路又はRFチップの少なくとも一部を含む、請求項1に記載の光学構造体。
- 前記光学構造体は、更に、前記少なくとも1つの領域上に又は前記少なくとも1つの領域内に形成されたアンテナを含む、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の光学構造体。
- 前記第1のビーム処理構造はレンズを含む、請求項1に記載の光学構造体。
- 前記第1のビーム処理構造は反射器又は拡散体を含む、請求項1に記載の光学構造体。
- 前記光学層は、プラスチック材料で形成される、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の光学構造体。
- 前記アンテナは、前記光学層の前記少なくとも1つの領域に印刷される、請求項4に記載の光学構造体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの領域は平坦であるか又は湾曲している、請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載の光学構造体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの領域は、下にある基部の上に突起物を含み、前記突起物及び前記基部は単一形状の光学層から形成される、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の光学構造体。
- 回路構成要素を担持するプリント回路基板と、
前記プリント回路基板上に少なくとも1つの照明ユニットを含む照明装置と、
前記照明装置上に提供される請求項1乃至10の何れか一項に記載の光学構造体と、
を含み、
前記光学構造体の前記回路又は前記ICチップと前記プリント回路基板上の前記回路構成要素との間に電気接続が設けられている、照明ユニット。 - 前記プリント回路基板上の少なくとも1つのはんだ付けされたスプリングコンタクトとの接触を前記回路又は前記ICチップが行う当該スプリングコンタクトを有し、前記照明ユニットはLEDユニットを含む、請求項11に記載の照明ユニット。
- 前記プリント回路基板上の前記回路構成要素は、前記アンテナに接続された、無線照明制御信号を受信する及び/又は送信するための無線受信及び/又は送信回路を含む、請求項4に従属する請求項11又は12に記載の照明ユニット。
- 前記光学構造体は、前記少なくとも1つの領域上又は前記少なくとも1つの領域内に形成された、無線照明制御信号を受信する及び/又は送信するための無線受信及び/又は送信回路を更に含む、請求項11又は12に記載の照明ユニット。
- 各照明ユニットからの光出力を光学的に処理するための第1のビーム処理構造を画定するために光学層を成形し、前記第1のビーム処理構造からずれた少なくとも1つの領域を画定するために前記光学層を成形するステップと、
前記少なくとも1つの領域上に又は前記少なくとも1つの領域内に回路又はICチップを形成するステップと、
を含む、照明ユニットによる光出力を処理するための光学構造体を製造するための方法。
