Claims (5)
- エンジントルクを出力するエンジンと、前記エンジンに回転連結された入力側部材と変速機を介して駆動輪に回転連結された出力側部材との間を継断可能に回転連結するクラッチと、前記クラッチを介さずに前記駆動輪にモータトルクを出力するモータと、前記エンジンおよび前記クラッチおよび前記モータを制御する制御部と、を備えたハイブリッド車両用駆動装置であって、
前記クラッチは、前記入力側部材と前記出力側部材との継合程度に関連するクラッチストローク量が、一側終端量においてトルクを伝達しない最大切断状態、スタンバイ量になるとトルクの伝達を開始するスタンバイ状態、他側終端量において完全継合する完全継合状態となる摩擦式クラッチであり、
前記制御部は、
前記クラッチが前記最大切断状態であって前記モータトルクのみで走行するモータ走行モードにおいて、加速要求を認識してから前記入力側部材と前記出力側部材との回転数差が第1所定値まで減少すると、前記クラッチを前記スタンバイ状態まで継合させる早出し制御を開始するスタンバイ制御と、
前記早出し制御の開始から所定時間内にエンジン出力回転数が変速機入力回転数に一致した後、前記回転数差が第2所定値に一致すると、前記クラッチの前記完全継合状態への制御を開始する完全継合制御と、を行うハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - 前記クラッチは、前記クラッチストローク量が前記スタンバイ量に近いスタンバイ準備量になると前記スタンバイ状態より継合程度が小さいスタンバイ準備状態となり、
前記制御部は、前記スタンバイ制御において前記加速要求を認識すると前記クラッチを前記スタンバイ準備状態まで継合させ、前記スタンバイ準備状態で前記回転数差が前記第1所定値まで減少すると、前記クラッチを前記スタンバイ状態まで継合させる請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記スタンバイ制御を開始した後に所定時間が経過しても前記回転数差が前記第2所定値以下にならない場合に、前記クラッチを前記スタンバイ状態より継合程度が小さい状態にする請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記完全継合制御において前記クラッチを前記完全継合状態にした後一定時間が経過するまでは、前記スタンバイ制御を禁止する請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記スタンバイ制御において前記エンジンが停止しているときは、前記加速要求を認識すると前記エンジンを始動する請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。
