筆の穂の形状を成形する製穂用具であって、
基部と,前記基部の上面から上方へ突出するとともに下方から上方に向かって縮径する正面視略逆U字状の成形部と,からなる駒と、
前記成形部を囲う略円筒状でその内径が前記成形部の最大径と略等しい筒体と、を備え、
前記成形部の周面の下方から上方に、外方から内方に向かって略水平又は下方に傾斜する複数の支持面を備えるとともに、前記複数の支持面は、それぞれ環状に一周するように形成されたことを特徴とする製穂用具。
