Description

Embodiments of the present invention relate to a suction port body of a vacuum cleaner provided with a flocking member provided in a case body and a vacuum cleaner provided with the same.

Conventionally, a floor brush as a suction port used by connecting to an extension pipe of a vacuum cleaner or a vacuum cleaner body extends in the left-right direction, that is, a horizontally long case body and an axis with respect to the rear portion of the case body, etc. And a connecting pipe connected rotatably. In the case body, a suction port communicating with the connecting pipe is opened on the lower surface facing the floor surface as a surface to be cleaned, and the floor surface is prevented from being scratched, smoothly moved, and the dust case body that has been scraped off. A raised cloth, which is a flocking member for the purpose of preventing splashing outward, is attached by adhesion or the like.

Since this brushed cloth comes into contact with the floor surface when the floor brush is grounded to the floor surface, the raised cloth from the case body is slid by the floor surface that is in sliding contact when the floor brush is moved back and forth, left and right on the floor surface. It is required to prevent peeling.

On the other hand, in recent years, in order to reduce the weight of floor brushes, case bodies have been formed of polypropylene that is difficult to bond with an adhesive, and chemical fibers are often used as the material for the base of brushed fabrics. It is not easy to fix the raised cloth to the case body by the agent. Therefore, there is a demand for a configuration in which the raised cloth is fixed to the case body without using an adhesive.

An upper case 36 that covers the upper part of the upper part and the rear part, a plate-like front cover 37 that is pivotally supported at the front end of the upper case 36 so as to be rotatable, and that constitutes the front part. A buffer bumper 38 is provided between the case 36 and both sides of the front part from both sides. On the lower surface of the lower case 35, which is the lower part of the case body 31 that faces the surface to be cleaned, a suction port 41 having a horizontally long rectangular shape communicating with the connecting pipe 32 is opened at the front. A rotating brush 42 as a rotary cleaning body is rotatably disposed in the mouth 41. Further, attachment portions 44, 44 are provided on both sides of the front end portion of the case body 31 (lower case 35), and a raised cloth 45, which is a flocking member, is attached to these attachment portions 44, 44.

The rotating brush 42 includes a cleaning member (not shown) on the outer peripheral surface, and is driven to rotate by a motor (not shown) so that the cleaning member scrapes off dust that has entered a floor surface such as a carpet. The rotating brush 42 is not an essential configuration.

Each mounting portion 44 straddles the lower portion and the front portion of the case body 31 (lower case 35), that is, the accommodating portion 47 that is recessed over the front lower portion of the case body 31 (lower case 35), and A pair of opening portions 48 opened in the housing portion 47 are provided (FIG. 2B). The mounting portion 44 is provided with a protruding portion 49 as a locking portion for locking and fixing the raised cloth 45 on the back surface of the housing portion 47, that is, the portion located inside the case body 31. (FIG. 2 (a)). Since the mounting portions 44 and 44 are arranged so as to be reversed in the longitudinal direction (left and right direction) of the case body 31, only one (right side) mounting portion 44 will be described below, and the other (left side) mounting is described. The description of the unit 44 is omitted.

The accommodating portion 47 is a portion that accommodates the raised cloth 45, and is formed in a substantially square shape. The lower surface 51 that faces the floor surface of the case body 31 (lower case 35) and the front surface that rises from the front end portion of the lower surface 51 Over 52, it is gently curved in an L shape. Further, the outer edge portion of the housing portion 47 is surrounded by a rib portion 53 protruding from the lower surface 51 and the front surface 52 of the case body 31.

The opening 48 is formed in a horizontally long rectangular (slit) shape having a longitudinal direction along the longitudinal direction of the case body 31 (lower case 35), and communicates the outside and the inside of the case body 31. These openings 48 include a lower opening 55 that opens in the vertical direction on the lower surface 51 of the case body 31 (lower case 35), and a front surface 52 of the case body 31 (lower case 35) along the front-rear direction. An opened front opening 56 is set. Therefore, the opening 48 is opened at a position separated in the front-rear direction, the lower opening 55 is relatively located on the lower rear side, and the front opening 56 is located relatively on the upper front side.

The lower opening 55 is opened at a position closer to the rear part in the housing part 47. Further, the front opening 56 is opened at a position closer to the front in the accommodating portion 47.

The protrusion 49 is formed in a rib shape and has a horizontally long shape having a longitudinal direction along the left-right direction that is the both-side direction of the case body 31. In the present embodiment, the protrusions 49 are located between the openings 48, that is, between the lower opening 55 and the front opening 56. In other words, the protrusion 49 is positioned on the other opening 48 (front opening 56 or lower opening 55) side when viewed from one opening 48 (lower opening 55 or front opening 56). doing. Further, the protrusion 49 protrudes upward from the case body 31 (lower case 35) along the vertical vertical direction (vertical direction) that is the die-cutting direction when the case body 31 (lower case 35) is molded. Has been. The protrusions 49 are finally crushed (caulked) by heating and pressurization, so that the raised cloth 45 is firmly fixed to the case body 31.

In addition, the raised cloth 45 removes dust from the floor surface of the case body 31 where the rotary brush 42 cannot be disposed structurally, cushions the floor surface when it is tilted, and prevents damage to the floor surface. It is intended to assist the smooth movement of the floor brush 24 on the upper side and to prevent the dust that has been scraped off from scattering to the outside (front) of the floor brush 24 (case body 31). The base portion 58 is formed in a sheet shape and a large number of hairs 59 are implanted in the base portion 58.

The base 58 is, for example, a square-shaped flocked portion 61 in which hairs 59 are flocked, insertion piece portions 62 and 63 (one and the other) extending from opposite sides of the flocked portion 61, and these inserted pieces. It has openings 65 and 66 (one and the other) provided in the parts 62 and 63.

The flocked portion 61 is a portion that is located inside the accommodating portion 47 and is exposed to the outside of the case body 31 (lower case 35). The flocked portion 61 covers the entire accommodating portion 47. That is, the flocked portion 61 is a portion that is substantially used as the raised cloth 45.

The insertion pieces 62 and 63 are each formed in a quadrilateral shape narrower than the flocked portion 61, and are inserted into the openings 48, that is, the lower opening 55 and the front opening 56, respectively. Located inside 31.

In the present embodiment, the openings 65 and 66 are portions in which a common protrusion 49 is inserted and locked to the protrusion 49. These openings 65 and 66 are opened in a square shape (slit shape) having a longitudinal direction along the width direction of the insertion piece portions 62 and 63, for example.

On the other hand, the connecting pipe 32 is a cylindrical first rotary pipe 71 that is pivotally supported with respect to the case body 31 in the direction around the axis (direction around the axis), and the front end side of the first rotary pipe 71. A cylindrical second rotary tube 72 is rotatably supported on the upstream side and the rear end side (downstream side) is detachably connected to the tip of the extension tube 22 (FIG. 5). ing. The first rotary tube 71 is fixed to the case body 31 so as to communicate with the suction port 41 via a separate air passage body (not shown).

Next, the operation of the first embodiment will be described.

When fixing the brushed fabric 45 to the case body 31 (lower case 35), first, the insertion piece 62 of the base 58 is transferred to the lower opening 55 of the opening 48 from the outside of the case body 31 (lower case 35). Inserting is performed, and the opening 65 opened in the insertion piece 62 is hooked on the protrusion 49 (FIG. 4A).

Next, while pulling the base 58, the insertion piece 63 is inserted into the front opening 56 of the opening 48 from the outside of the case body 31 (lower case 35), and the opening 66 opened in the insertion piece 63 is formed. Further, the insertion piece 63 is overlapped with the insertion piece 62 by being hooked on the protrusion 49 (FIG. 4B). As a result, the raised cloth 45 is temporarily fixed to the case body 31 (the lower case 35 (mounting portion 44)) in a state where the raised cloth 45 is stretched up and down (front and rear).

After this, the protrusion 49 is pressed and crushed using a jig (not shown), and protrudes in the horizontal direction, that is, the side that intersects (orthogonal) the vertical direction (vertical direction) that is the protrusion direction of the protrusion 49. By forming a protrusion 75 that presses down the base 58 of the raised cloth 45 at the tip (FIG. 4 (c)), the overlapped insertion pieces 62 and 63 are placed on the back side of the case body 31 (lower case 35). While pressing down, the insertion piece parts 62 and 63 are prevented from coming off, and the raised cloth 45 is fixed to the case body 31 (lower case 35). In this state, the raised fabric 45 is positioned in the accommodating portion 47 in a state where the flocked portion 61 is stretched by tension, and the distal end side of the hair 59 protrudes from the accommodating portion 47.

The case body 31 is assembled to the lower case 35 with the rotating brush 42, the motor, the connecting pipe 32, and the like, and is fixed to the lower case 35 by covering the upper case 36, thereby completing the floor brush 24.

When cleaning, the user first connects the hose body 21 to the main body suction port 19 of the vacuum cleaner body 12 through the connecting pipe portion 26, and performs a hand operation on the tip side of the hose body 21. The extension pipe 22 and the floor brush 24 are sequentially connected to the section 27. Therefore, the connecting pipe 32 (suction port 41) of the floor brush 24 communicates with the suction side of the electric blower 15.

Next, the floor brush 24 is placed on the floor surface, and when the user who grips the grip portion 28 operates the predetermined setting button 29 as a state in which power can be supplied from the power source portion to the main body control portion and the electric blower 15, The main body control unit controls the input of the electric blower 15 according to the operation mode set by the setting button 29, and the electric blower 15 is driven.

Further, the user causes the floor brush 24 to run back and forth on the floor surface, and thereby sucks dust together with air from the suction port 41 on the front end side of the floor brush 24 by the action of negative pressure generated by driving the electric blower 15. . At this time, the hair 59 of the raised cloth 45 is in sliding contact with the floor surface, thereby preventing the floor surface from being scratched and reducing the contact resistance so that the floor brush 24 can run smoothly on the floor surface.

Further, the user appropriately rotates the rotating brush 42 according to the type of the floor surface. At this time, when the user operates the predetermined setting button 29, the motor is driven according to the operation of the setting button 29, and the rotating brush 42 is rotated at a high speed by driving the motor, and the dust on the floor surface is scraped. Assist cleaning such as polishing the floor.

Then, the air sucked into the suction port 41 of the floor brush 24 becomes a suction wind, and carries dust from the main body suction port 19 to the dust collection unit 18 through the extension pipe 22 and the hose body 21, and this dust collection unit 18 To collect dust.

Thereafter, the suction air from which the dust has been removed is sucked into the electric blower 15, passes through the electric blower 15 and becomes exhaust air, and the vacuum cleaner main body from an exhaust port (not shown) provided at the rear of the vacuum cleaner main body 12 or the like. Exhausted to 12 outside.

When cleaning is completed and the electric vacuum cleaner 11 is stored, the main body control unit stops the electric blower 15 by operating the setting button 29. At this time, if the rotating brush 42 is operating, the motor is also stopped.

As described above, according to the first embodiment, the insertion piece portions 62 and 63 extending from the flocked portion 61 of the base portion 58 of the raised cloth 45 are located at positions excluding the upper portion of the case body 31 (lower and front portions). A projection provided in the case body 31 with openings 65 and 66 opened in the insertion piece portions 62 and 63 inserted into the opening 48 (the lower opening 55 and the front opening 56) that are spaced apart from each other at the front and rear. Since the raised cloth 45 is fixed by being inserted into the portion 49 and locking the base 58, the raised cloth 45 can be fixed to the case body 31 easily and reliably without using an adhesive.

Next, a second embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. In addition, about the structure and effect | action similar to the said 1st Embodiment, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected and the description is abbreviate | omitted.

In the second embodiment, the brushed cloth 45 is fixed to the case body 31 (lower case 35) using a separate insert 77 in the first embodiment.

The insert 77 is made of, for example, a hard synthetic resin, and has a planar insert body 81 that is curved in an arcuate shape, and projects from both ends of the insert body 81 (one and the other). ) The insertion portions 82 and 83 are integrated.

The insert body 81 is curved so that the lower surface 51 and the front surface 52 of the case body 31 (lower case 35) are substantially parallel to the corners of the continuous front end. In addition, a rectangular (slit-shaped) engagement opening 85 having a longitudinal direction in the width direction similar to the openings 65 and 66 is formed at the center of the insert body 81.

The insertion portions 82 and 83 are bent with respect to the insert body 81, and are formed to be thinner than the opening area of the opening 48 (the lower opening 55 and the front opening 56). The lower opening 55 and the front opening 56) can be easily inserted without being press-fitted.

When fixing the raised cloth 45 to the case body 31 (lower case 35), first, the insertion piece 62 of the base 58 is moved to the lower opening 55 of the opening 48 and the case body 31 (lower case 35). Inserting from the outside, the opening 65 opened in the insertion piece 62 is hooked on the protrusion 49 (FIG. 7 (a)).

Next, while pulling the base 58, the insertion piece 63 is inserted into the front opening 56 of the opening 48 from the outside of the case body 31 (lower case 35), and the opening 66 opened in the insertion piece 63 is formed. Further, it is hooked on the protrusion 49 and the insertion piece 63 is overlapped with the insertion piece 62 (FIG. 7B). As a result, the raised cloth 45 is temporarily fixed to the case body 31 (the lower case 35 (mounting portion 44)) in a state where the raised cloth 45 is stretched up and down (front and rear).

Next, the insertion portions 82 and 83 of the insertion body 77 are inserted into the opening 48 (the lower opening 55 and the front opening 56) from the inside of the case body 31 (lower case 35), and the overlapping insertion is performed. The protrusions 49 are inserted into the engagement openings 85 so that the pieces 62 and 63 are pressed between the back surface of the case body 31 (lower case 35) and the insert body 81 (FIG. 7 (c)).

After this, the protrusion 49 is pressed and crushed using a jig (not shown), and protrudes in the horizontal direction, that is, the side that intersects (orthogonal) the vertical direction (vertical direction) that is the protrusion direction of the protrusion 49. Then, a protruding portion 75 that presses down the base portion 58 of the raised cloth 45 is formed at the distal end portion (FIG. 7 (d)). The insert piece portions 62 and 63 and the insert body 77 are prevented from coming off while being pressed down to the back side of the (lower case 35), and the brushed cloth 45 is fixed to the case body 31 (lower case 35).

As described above, the opening 48 (the lower opening 55 and the front opening) opened from the insertion piece portions 62 and 63 extending from the flocked portion 61 of the base portion 58 of the raised cloth 45 to the case body 31 in the front-rear direction. 56), and the openings 65 and 66 opened in the insertion piece portions 62 and 63 are inserted into the protrusions 49 provided in the case body 31 to lock the base 58, and are separated from the case body 31. The insertion portions 82 and 83 of the insert 77 are further inserted into the opening 48 (the lower opening 55 and the front opening 56), and the protrusion 49 is inserted into the engagement opening 85 of the insert body 81 of the insert 77. Since the insertion piece portions 62 and 63 are sandwiched between the insertion body 77 and the case body 31 and the raised cloth 45 is fixed, the raised cloth 45 can be fixed to the case body 31 easily and reliably without using an adhesive.

In each of the above embodiments, one protrusion 49 is formed between the openings 48 (the lower opening 55 and the front opening 56). For example, the opening 48 (the lower opening 55 and the front opening 56) is formed. Each may be formed in the vicinity of 56). In this case, the protrusion 49 may be on the outer side or the inner side with respect to the opening 48 (the lower opening 55 and the front opening 56). Further, the number of the engagement openings 85 of the insertion body 77 may be the same as the number of the protrusions 49.

Further, the protrusion 49 is crushed by heating and pressurization, but may be crushed by using, for example, ultrasonic waves or vibrations.

Further, the projecting portion 75 of the projecting portion 49 may be formed by, for example, covering a tip end side of the projecting portion 49 with a separate cap, or may be formed in advance on the distal end side of the projecting portion 49.

In at least one embodiment described above, the opening 48 is constituted by the lower opening 55 that opens to the lower part of the case body 31 and the front opening 56 that opens to the front part of the case body 31, and the protrusion. 49 protrudes vertically upward. For this reason, when the opening 65 of the insertion piece 62 inserted from the lower opening 55 is hooked on the projection 49 and the base 58 is pulled forward, the pulling direction of the base 58 causes the insertion piece 62 to move relative to the projection 49. Since it becomes the direction to be hooked more proximally, it is difficult to come off, the workability of attaching the raised fabric 45 is good, and the opening 66 of the insertion piece 63 inserted from the front opening 56 is hooked on the protrusion 49. The base 58 can be attached in a stretched state. Therefore, the base 58 of the raised cloth 45 attached to the case body 31 does not loosen and is more difficult to peel off. In addition, since the protruding direction of the protruding portion 49 is along the die-cutting direction when the case body 31 (lower case 35) is molded, it is easy to manufacture and can be manufactured at low cost. Further, the protrusion 49 is elongated in both sides, which is the longitudinal direction of the case body 31, that is, with respect to the front-rear direction, which is the main movement direction when the floor brush 24 (case body 31) travels on the floor surface. Therefore, the raised cloth 45 with the openings 65 and 66 hooked on the protrusion 49 is more difficult to peel off.

Further, the tip end side of the protruding portion 49 is crushed to form a protruding portion 75 that protrudes to the side of the protruding portion 49, so that when the protruding portion 75 makes the raised cloth 45 slidably contact the floor surface, Acting in the direction in which it is difficult to be removed, the insertion piece portions 62 and 63 (and the insertion body 77) can be more securely fixed to the case body 31 and the raised cloth 45 can be more securely fixed to the case body 31.

Next, a third embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. In addition, about the structure and effect | action similar to said each embodiment, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected and the description is abbreviate | omitted.

In the third embodiment, instead of the protrusion 49 and the openings 65 and 66, the insertion parts 82 and 83 of the insert 77 are press-fitted into the opening 48 (the lower opening 55 and the front opening 56). The raised cloth 45 is fixed to the case body 31 (lower case 35).

That is, the insertion portions 82 and 83 are formed to have a thickness substantially equal to the opening area of the opening 48 (the lower opening 55 and the front opening 56), and the opening 48 (the lower opening 55 and the front opening 56). It is designed to be press-fitted against.

When the brushed cloth 45 is fixed to the case body 31 (lower case 35), first, the insertion pieces 62 and 63 of the base 58 are opened from the outside of the case body 31 (lower case 35) to the opening 48 (lower opening). Part 55 and front opening 56) (FIG. 9A), folded and overlapped on the back side of case body 31 (lower case 35) (FIG. 9B).

In this state, the insertion portions 82 and 83 of the insertion body 77 are press-fitted into the opening 48 (the lower opening 55 and the front opening 56) from the inside of the case body 31 (lower case 35). 48 (the lower opening 55 and the front opening 56), the insertion pieces 62, 63 of the base 58 inserted into the opening 48 (the lower opening 55 and the front opening) of the case body 31 (lower case 35). 56) and the insertion piece portions 62, 63 sandwiched between the edge portion and the insertion portions 82, 83 are pressed between the back surface of the case body 31 (lower case 35) and the insertion body main body 81, and raised. The blanket 45 is fixed (FIG. 9 (c)).

As described above, the opening 48 (the lower opening 55 and the front opening) opened from the insertion piece portions 62 and 63 extending from the flocked portion 61 of the base portion 58 of the raised cloth 45 to the case body 31 in the front-rear direction. 56), and the insertion portions 82 and 83 of the insertion body 77 separate from the case body 31 are further press-fitted into the opening 48 (the lower opening 55 and the front opening 56) to insert the insertion piece 62. , 63 is sandwiched between the case body 31 (the edge of the opening 48 (the lower opening 55 and the front opening 56)) and the insertion portions 82 and 83 of the insertion body 77 to fix the raised fabric 45, The raised cloth 45 can be easily and reliably fixed to the case body 31 without using an adhesive.

Then, according to at least one embodiment described above, the raised cloth 45 can be fixed to the case body 31 without using an adhesive. Therefore, the case body 31 is formed of polypropylene that is particularly lightweight but has poor adhesion. In this case, since the raised fabric 45 can be fixed to the case body 31 without bonding, the case body 31 (floor brush 24) can be reduced in weight.

Further, when the floor brush 24 (case body 31) is moved on the floor surface, the insertion piece portions 62 and 63 constituting the end portion that can be a starting point of peeling of the raised cloth 45 are folded back, and the base 58 of the raised cloth 45 is folded. Since the end of each is inserted into the opening 48 (the lower opening 55 and the front opening 56), even if the floor brush 24 (case body 31) is moved, the raised cloth 45 is difficult to move, and the case body The peeling from 31 can be prevented.

Although several embodiments of the present invention have been described, these embodiments are presented by way of example and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. These novel embodiments can be implemented in various other forms, and various omissions, replacements, and changes can be made without departing from the scope of the invention. These embodiments and modifications thereof are included in the scope and gist of the invention, and are included in the invention described in the claims and the equivalents thereof.
