Description
本出願は、2013年3月13日に出願された「点滴データグループ化論理を用いた点滴管理プラットフォーム」という発明の名称の米国特許出願番号第13/802,397号に対する優先権を主張する。その内容は、これにより参照によって全部が取り入れられる。
Claims (14)
- 点滴モジュールによる容器から患者への第1の流体の点滴を特徴付けるデータを受信することであって、前記第1の点滴は、関連付けられた第1の順序識別子および関連付けられた第1の点滴量を有し、
前記点滴を中断または終了させる点滴イベントを特定することと、
前記点滴モジュールによる前記患者への第2の流体の点滴を特徴付けるデータを受信することであって、前記第2の点滴は、関連付けられた第2の点滴すべき量を有し、
前記第2の点滴すべき量が前記第1の点滴量の事前規定されたパーセンテージ未満であるかを決定することと、
前記第2の点滴すべき量が前記第1の点滴量の事前規定されたパーセンテージ未満である場合、前記第1の順序識別子を前記第2の点滴へ割り当てることと、
前記第2の点滴すべき量が前記第1の点滴すべき量の事前規定されたパーセンテージよりも大きい場合、前記第1の順序識別子と異なる第2の順序識別子を前記第2の点滴へ割り当てることと、
を含む、コンピュータによって実行される方法。 - 前記第2の点滴が前記第1の点滴にマッチする特性を持つか否かを決定すること、をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記特性はプロファイル名を含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記特性は患者名を含む、請求項2または3に記載の方法。
- 前記特性は、点滴モジュール識別子を含む、請求項2〜4のうちいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記特性は、患者ケアユニット識別子を含む、請求項2〜5のうちいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記特性は、点滴種類を含む、請求項2〜6のうちいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記特性は、薬剤名を含む、請求項2〜7のうちいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記順序識別子割り当てを特徴付けるデータを提供すること、をさらに含む、請求項1〜8のうちいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記データを提供することは、前記データをグラフィカルユーザインターフェース内に表示すること、前記データをロードすること、前記データを保存すること、前記データをリモート計算システムへ送信すること、のうち少なくとも1つを含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記受信すること、前記特定すること、前記決定することおよび前記割り当てること、のうち少なくとも1つは、少なくとも1つの計算システムの一部を形成する少なくとも1つのデータプロセッサによって実行される、請求項1〜10のうちいずれかに記載の方法。
- 点滴モジュールによる容器から患者への第1の流体の点滴を特徴付ける第1のデータを受信することであって、前記第1の点滴は、関連付けられた第1の順序識別子および関連付けられた第1の点滴量を有し、前記第1のデータは、プロファイル名、患者名、点滴モジュール識別子、患者ケアユニット識別子、点滴種類および薬剤名からなる群から選択された1つ以上の特性を含み、
前記点滴を中断または終了させる点滴イベントを特定することと、
前記点滴モジュールによる前記患者への第2の流体の点滴を特徴付ける第2のデータを受信することであって、前記第2の点滴は、関連付けられた第2の点滴すべき量を有し、前記第2のデータは、プロファイル名、患者名、点滴モジュール識別子、患者ケアユニット識別子、点滴種類および薬剤名からなる群から選択された1つ以上の特性を含み、
前記第1のデータ中の特性のうち少なくとも1つが前記第2のデータ中の特性のうち少なくとも1つとマッチすることを決定することと、
前記第2の点滴すべき量が前記第1の点滴量の事前規定されたパーセンテージ未満であるかを決定することと、
前記第2の点滴すべき量が前記第1の点滴量の事前規定されたパーセンテージ未満である場合、前記第1の順序識別子を前記第2の点滴へ割り当てることと、
前記第2の点滴すべき量が前記第1の点滴すべき量の事前規定されたパーセンテージよりも大きい場合、前記第1の順序識別子と異なる第2の順序識別子を前記第2の点滴へ割り当てることと、
を含む、方法。 - 命令が少なくとも1つのデータプロセッサによって実行されると、請求項1〜12のうちいずれかに記載の方法として動作が実行される前記命令を保存する、非一時的なコンピュータプログラム製品。
- 少なくとも1つのデータプロセッサと、
命令が前記少なくとも1つのデータプロセッサによって実行されると、請求項1〜12のうちいずれかに記載の方法として動作が実行される前記命令を保存するメモリと、
を備える、システム。
