Claims (4)
- 操作部内に回転可能に設けたプーリと挿入部を構成する湾曲部との間をワイヤで接続し、上記プーリの回転に応じて該プーリへのワイヤの巻回量を変化させて上記湾曲部の屈曲動作を行わせる内視鏡の湾曲操作機構において、
上記ワイヤが巻回される上記プーリの外周形状を、回転中心からの径が小さい小径部と、回転中心からの径が大きい大径部とを有する非円形とし、上記湾曲部の非屈曲状態からの屈曲開始段階では上記大径部に上記ワイヤを巻き取り、上記湾曲部の屈曲量が最大になる段階で上記小径部に上記ワイヤを巻き取ることを特徴とした内視鏡の湾曲操作機構。 - 請求項1記載の内視鏡の湾曲操作機構において、上記プーリは、上記小径部と上記大径部の間に、上記小径部から上記大径部に近づくにつれて徐々に上記回転中心からの径が大きくなる非定径部を有する内視鏡の湾曲操作機構。
- 請求項2記載の内視鏡の湾曲操作機構において、上記非定径部は、上記小径部と上記大径部の間を段差なく接続する径接続部を有し、上記プーリのうち上記小径部、上記大径部及び上記径接続部と異なる周方向領域に上記ワイヤの端部が固定される内視鏡の湾曲操作機構。
- 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項記載の内視鏡の湾曲操作機構において、上記プーリの上記小径部と上記大径部はそれぞれ、上記回転中心からの径が一定の定径部である内視鏡の湾曲操作機構。
