Description
The present invention relates to a rotating electrical machine capable of switching the number of poles.
As a rotating electrical machine having a stator having a coil and a rotor in which permanent magnets are arranged, for example,
This electric motor includes a rotor having four iron cores arranged at regular intervals in the circumferential direction and two permanent magnets of S and N poles arranged between the iron cores, and a plurality of coils in the circumferential direction. It has a lined stator and an inverter that supplies power to the coil. By switching the number of phases of power applied to the coil, the motor core is excited to the N or S pole, thereby increasing or decreasing the rotor magnetic pole. Specifically, it is configured to have either 12 poles or 4 poles. More specifically, in the rotor, each permanent magnet is arranged so that the magnetic poles of the permanent magnets adjacent to the iron core are the same, and the number of phases is such that the iron core has the same magnetic poles as the permanent magnets on both sides thereof. When electric power is applied to the coil, the rotor has four magnetic poles. Conversely, when electric power having the number of phases such that the iron core has different magnetic poles from the permanent magnets on both sides thereof is applied to the coil, the rotor has 12 magnetic poles. Become the pole. With this configuration, the electric motor generates a large torque with a multi-pole structure in the low speed range and reduces the number of poles in the high speed range to achieve good high speed rotation.
However, in the above-described conventional motor in which the magnetic core is formed by exciting the iron core, the amount of magnetic flux formed between two adjacent permanent magnets and the permanent magnet, particularly in the case of a large number of poles (12 poles) And the amount of magnetic flux formed over the iron core portion. Such a difference in the amount of magnetic flux is one of the causes of torque fluctuations, which in turn causes vibrations and noises, and needs to be improved.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a technique capable of suppressing the occurrence of vibration and noise due to torque fluctuations in a rotating electrical machine capable of switching the number of poles.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a rotating electrical machine according to the present invention includes a stator having a plurality of coils arranged in the circumferential direction, and a soft magnetic material arranged opposite to the stator and arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction. A rotor provided with two permanent magnets arranged in a circumferential direction between a plurality of iron core portions and adjacent iron core portions, each having a facing magnetic pole opposite to the coil and having different facing magnetic poles; A phase variable device capable of changing a phase of supplied electric power, and the two permanent magnets disposed between the plurality of iron core portions and the adjacent iron core portions are flat in the rotation axis direction and It has an axis of rotation viewed in the direction fan of the same shape, one of the core two permanent magnets adjacent to portion, mutually facing pole are the same, and the first magnet and the first magnet portion adjacent to the core portion Adjacent to the anti-iron core side of the first magnetic field Remanence and viewed including lower second magnet portion than parts, wherein the first magnet portion and the second magnet unit, provided the center of the permanent magnet in a direction of the rotation axis circumferential direction as a border The first magnet parts of the permanent magnets have the same residual magnetic flux density, and the second magnet parts of the permanent magnets have the same residual magnetic flux density .
According to this rotating electrical machine, by switching the phase of the electric power supplied to each coil by the phase variable device, the state of the low (small) magnetic pole in which the iron core is excited to the same magnetic pole as the permanent magnets on both sides thereof, and the iron core Can be switched to a state of high (multiple) magnetic poles excited by different magnetic poles from the permanent magnets on both sides thereof. Moreover, according to this rotating electrical machine, the permanent magnet includes the first magnet portion and the second magnet portion as described above, so that it can span two adjacent permanent magnets in a high (multiple) magnetic pole state. Thus, a large difference between the amount of magnetic flux formed and the amount of magnetic flux formed between the permanent magnet and the iron core is suppressed. In other words, according to the above configuration, the second magnet parts having a relatively low residual magnetic flux density are adjacent to each other of the permanent magnets adjacent to each other, and the permanent magnet adjacent to the iron core part is the first magnet part having a relatively high residual magnetic flux density. Is adjacent to the iron core, there may be a large difference between the amount of magnetic flux formed between the two adjacent permanent magnets and the amount of magnetic flux formed between the permanent magnet and the iron core. It is suppressed. Therefore, the occurrence of torque fluctuation due to an increase in the difference in the amount of magnetic flux, and hence the occurrence of vibration and noise are suppressed.
In addition, since this rotating electrical machine suppresses the amount of magnetic flux formed between two adjacent permanent magnets as described above, there is a concern about a decrease in generated torque. Therefore, the configuration of the rotating electrical machine as described above is suitable for a so-called axial gap type rotating electrical machine. That is, the rotor includes a rotating shaft and a rotor body that rotates together with the rotating shaft and includes the iron core and the permanent magnet on an axial end surface of the rotating shaft, and the plurality of coils of the stator includes the rotor It is preferable that it is disposed around the rotation axis so as to face the main body.
Such an axial gap type rotating electrical machine can make the air gap facing area larger than that of the radial gap type rotating electrical machine, which is advantageous for higher torque than the radial gap type rotating electrical machine. It is possible to reduce the substantial influence on torque reduction due to the suppression of torque. Therefore, the structure of the rotating electric machine is suitable for an axial gap type rotating electric machine.
In this case, it is preferable that the rotor includes a first rotor body and a second rotor body disposed on both sides of the stator in the axial direction as the rotor body.
Thus, according to the so-called double rotor structure provided with the first and second rotor bodies, it is advantageous to increase the torque, and it is possible to sufficiently compensate for the torque reduction due to the suppression of the magnetic flux amount as described above. Become.
The rotor preferably includes four or more even number of the iron core portions.
According to this configuration, by switching the phase of the power supplied to each coil, the number of poles in the high (many) magnetic pole state can be three times that in the low (small) magnetic pole state. It becomes.
As described above, according to the present invention, in a rotating electrical machine capable of switching the number of poles, generation of vibration and noise due to torque fluctuation can be effectively suppressed.
Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
(Overall configuration of rotating electrical machine (electric motor))
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of an electric motor that is an example of a rotating electrical machine according to the present invention. An
As shown in the figure, the
The
The

The rotating
The rotor frame 22 is interposed between the clutch device 8 and the
The
The
FIG. 2 is a plan view of the
As shown in FIG. 2, each of the
Here, as shown in FIG. 2, the N-
Here, in the rotor
The position detector 9 detects the rotational angle position of the
In FIG. 1,
Specifically, in the operating range where the rotational speed is less than the set rotational speed, the
On the other hand, in the operating range where the rotational speed is equal to or higher than the set rotational speed, as shown in FIG. 5 (b), the
Note that switching of the phase of the power supplied to each coil 18 (switching from 4 poles to 12 poles or vice versa) is performed based on the input signal from the position detector 9. This point will be briefly described. FIGS. 6A to 6C are model diagrams of the
That is, when the phase of the supplied power is switched at the timing shown in FIG. 6A, as shown in FIG. 6B, the rotor 2 (
According to the
Moreover, according to the
In addition, the
For example, the
The
