Description
本研究は、ウノバ カンパニー リミテッドを通して、番号2104DD023で、大韓民国政府(科学省、ICT及び未来計画)により設立されたINNOPOLIS基金の交付により支援されたものである。
Claims (9)
- 下記化学式2に示すように、
温度に応じて可逆的なゾル−ゲル転移が可能な特性を有する疎水性置換基を有するグリコールキトサン誘導体:
(前記化学式2において、R 1 は、C3〜C6のアルキル基であり、x、y、zは、10乃至10000の整数であり、これらのモル%は0.1≦x≦0.6、0.1≦y≦0.2、及び0.2≦z≦0.8であり、)
前記疎水性置換基を有するグリコールキトサン誘導体は、下記化合物のうち選択された1種を含むことを特徴とする:
(i)N−プロピオニルグリコールキトサン;
(ii)N−ブチリルグリコールキトサン;
(iii)N−ペンタノイルグリコールキトサン;
(iv)N−ヘキサノイルグリコールキトサン。 - 前記化学式2のグリコールキトサン誘導体は置換度が20〜70%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の疎水性置換基を有するグリコールキトサン誘導体。
- 前記疎水性置換基を有するグリコールキトサン誘導体がN−プロピオニルグリコールキトサンの場合、置換度は20〜67%、N−ブチリルグリコールキトサンの場合、置換度は20〜55%、N−ペンタノイルグリコールキトサンの場合、置換度は20〜50%、N−ヘキサノイルグリコールキトサンの場合、置換度は20〜30%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の疎水性置換基を有するグリコールキトサン誘導体。
- 前記疎水性置換基を有するグリコールキトサン誘導体は、重量平均分子量が6,000〜5,000,000であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の疎水性置換基を有するグリコールキトサン誘導体。
- 前記疎水性置換基を有するグリコールキトサン誘導体の臨界下限温度(LCST:low critical solution temperature)は15〜70℃であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の疎水性置換基を有するグリコールキトサン誘導体。
