Claims (13)
- ハンドルと端部を有するコンクリート仕上げツールと共に使用する振動機構であって
、
a.ハウジングであって、当該ハウジングの内面により形成されたチャンバを内部に有するハウジングと、
b.前記ハウジングチャンバ内に配置されたサポートであって、外面と当該サポートを貫通するボアを具えるものである、前記サポートと、
c.前記サポートの前記外面を少なくとも部分的に取り囲み、且つ前記ハウジングの内面と接触している弾性環と、
d.前記サポートの前記ボア内に配置され、前記サポ−トに対して回転するように構成されたロータであって、さらに、当該ロータから外側へ延びるシャフトと、当該ロータに連結された加重ボディと、を具えるものである、前記ロータと、
e.出力シャフトを有するモータと、
f.前記モータの前記出力シャフトを前記ロータの前記シャフトに接続する弾性リンクと、
を有することを特徴とする振動機構。 - 請求項1に記載の機構において、前記モータが前記ハウジングチャンバ内に位置することを特徴とする機構。
- 請求項1に記載の機構において、前記弾性リンクがバネを具えることを特徴とする機構。
- 請求項1に記載の機構において、前記弾性環が"O"リングを具えることを特徴とする機構。
- 請求項1に記載の機構において、当該機構がさらにマウントを具え、当該マウントが前記ハウジングチャンバ内に前記モータを支持していることを特徴とする機構。
- 請求項1に記載の機構において、当該機構がさらにベアリングを具え、当該ベアリングが前記サポートと前記ロータの間に位置することを特徴とする機構。
- 請求項6に記載の機構において、前記モータが前記ハウジングチャンバ内に位置することを特徴とする機構。
- 請求項6に記載の機構において、前記弾性リンクが、バネを具えることを特徴とする機構。
- 請求項6に記載の機構において、前記弾性環が、"O"リングを具えることを特徴とする機構。
- 請求項6に記載の機構において、当該機構がさらにマウントを具え、当該マウントが前記ハウジングチャンバ内で前記モータを支持することを特徴とする機構。
- 請求項1に記載の機構において、当該機構がさらに、前記ハウジングを前記コンクリート仕上げツールの前記ハンドルに着脱自在に固定するように構成された第1のアダプタと、前記ハウジングを前記コンクリート仕上げツールの前記端部に着脱自在に固定するように構成された第2のアダプタと、を具えることを特徴とする機構。
- 請求項6に記載の機構において、当該機構がさらに、前記ハウジングを前記コンクリート仕上げツールの前記ハンドルに着脱自在に固定するように構成された第1のアダプタと、前記ハウジングを前記コンクリート仕上げツールの前記端部に着脱自在に固定するように構成された第2のアダプタと、を具えることを特徴とする機構。
- 請求項1に記載の機構において、前記加重ボディが、前記ロータの前記シャフトから離間して前記ロータに連結されていることを特徴とする機構。
