Description
Claims (14)
- 患者を治療するためのガイドワイヤーシステムであって、
ボディの壁を貫通する第1の切り欠きを有する当該ボディを含む内部センサマウントハウジングと、
前記内部センサマウントハウジングに固定された心線と、
前記内部センサマウントハウジングに固定され、当該内部センサマウントハウジング内に配置された、患者の生理学的特性を検出するためのセンサアセンブリであって、前記内部センサマウントハウジングの前記第1の切り欠きによって定められる第1のレール上に取り付けられる、センサアセンブリと、
前記内部センサマウントハウジングの周囲に配置された外部ハウジングであって、前記内部センサマウントハウジングの前記第1の切り欠きと連結する第1の開口部を含む、外部ハウジングと、
前記内部センサマウントハウジング及び前記外部ハウジングのうちの少なくとも1つに固定された近位フレキシブル部材と、
前記内部センサマウントハウジング及び前記外部ハウジングのうちの少なくとも1つに固定された第1の遠位フレキシブル部材と、
前記センサアセンブリに電気結合された少なくとも1つの導体であって、前記内部センサマウントハウジングを越えて近位に伸び、前記近位フレキシブル部材を貫通する、少なくとも1つの導体と
を含む、ガイドワイヤーシステム。 - 前記内部センサマウントハウジングは、前記ボディの前記壁を貫通する第2の切り欠きを含む、請求項1に記載のガイドワイヤーシステム。
- 前記内部センサマウントハウジングは、前記第1及び第2の切り欠きの間に配置された支持部材を含む、請求項2に記載のガイドワイヤーシステム。
- 前記センサアセンブリはさらに、前記内部センサマウントハウジングの前記第2の切り欠きによって定められる第2のレール上に取り付けられる、請求項2に記載のガイドワイヤーシステム。
- 前記内部センサマウントハウジングの内部は、半田、接着剤、又はこれらの組み合わせによって定められる取り付け面を含み、前記センサアセンブリは前記取り付け面上に取り付けられる、請求項1に記載のガイドワイヤーシステム。
- 前記外部ハウジングは、前記センサアセンブリと前記外部ハウジングの外側の環境との間の流体連結を提供する複数の開口部を含む、請求項1に記載のガイドワイヤーシステム。
- 前記内部センサマウントハウジングは、ステンレス鋼から形成される、請求項1に記載のガイドワイヤーシステム。
- 前記内部センサマウントハウジング、前記外部ハウジング、及び前記第1の遠位フレキシブル部材のうちの少なくとも1つに固定された第2の遠位フレキシブル部材をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のガイドワイヤーシステム。
- 前記近位フレキシブル部材、前記外部ハウジング、前記第1の遠位フレキシブル部材、及び前記第2の遠位フレキシブル部材のうちの少なくとも1つが放射線不透過性材料から形成される、請求項8に記載のガイドワイヤーシステム。
- 前記外部ハウジング及び前記第1の遠位フレキシブル部材は放射線不透過性材料から形成され、前記第2の遠位フレキシブル部材は放射線透過性材料から形成され、前記第2の遠位フレキシブル部材は前記外部ハウジングと前記第1の遠位フレキシブル部材との間に配置される、請求項9に記載のガイドワイヤーシステム。
- 前記外部ハウジングは放射線不透過性材料から形成され、前記近位フレキシブル部材は第1のセグメント及び第2のセグメントを含み、前記第2のセグメントは放射線不透過性材料から形成され、前記第1のセグメントは放射線透過性材料から形成され、前記第1のセグメントは前記外部ハウジングと前記第2のセグメントとの間に配置される、請求項9に記載のガイドワイヤーシステム。
- 前記内部センサマウントハウジングは円筒状である、請求項1に記載のガイドワイヤーシステム。
- 前記外部ハウジングは、前記内部センサマウントハウジングの前記第2の切り欠きと連結する第2の開口部をさらに含む、請求項2に記載のガイドワイヤーシステム。
- 前記第1及び第2の開口部は、前記センサアセンブリに対して側方に配置される、請求項13に記載のガイドワイヤーシステム。
