Description

The present invention relates to a slope device for forming a slope surface between a vehicle floor and a road surface or forming a slope surface between an upper step portion and a lower step portion of a step portion.

It has been practiced to get on and off a wheelchair on a vehicle, mount a slope device for loading / unloading of luggage, or attach a slope device to eliminate a step portion of a building.
As a slope device for a vehicle, a device that raises the slope portion when stored in the vehicle has been mainstream, but there is a problem that the raised slope portion interferes with loading and unloading of luggage and obstructs the view.
Patent Document 1 discloses a technique in which a ladder rail is housed in a recess provided in a lift of a truck bed.
However, in the ladder rail storage method disclosed in the publication, it is difficult to put in and out the ladder rail, and there is a problem in the stability of attaching the ladder rail to the vehicle.
Patent Document 2 discloses a slope device that not only can be inverted on the floor, but can also be placed on the floor by being further turned to the vehicle interior side.
However, in the slope mounting structure disclosed in the publication, there is a problem that a space sufficient for the entire length of the slope is required as the depth of the floor, and a dedicated vehicle body design is required, or other parts such as spare tires are required. There was also a risk that storage would be limited.
Therefore, the present applicant has previously proposed a slope device of a type that can be stored (stored) in a vehicle with the slope body in the horizontal direction as shown in Patent Document 3.
The present invention is intended to improve the simplification of the structure for storing the slope in the lateral direction and the elimination of the step between the floor and the slope during use.

An object of the present invention is to provide a turning slope device that is excellent in operability of storage and deployment and can be easily attached to a vehicle or a stepped portion.

A swivel slope device according to the present invention includes a base part, a flapper connected by a rotating part so as to be turnable in a horizontal direction along the upper surface of the base part, and a pivoting part pivotable in the vertical direction with respect to the flapper. And a slope portion connected with each other.
Here, the base part preferably has a flat part on which the slope part can be placed together with the flapper.
The flapper swivels horizontally along the top surface of the base part, so when the slope part is swung and the tip side of the slope part is deployed on the road surface or lower step part, it is between the top surface of the base part and the rear end of the slope part. The step becomes smaller.
In the present invention, a flapper may be provided on both sides of the base portion, and the slope portion may be provided for each flapper.
When a pair of slopes are formed on the base portion in this way, two slope surfaces can be arranged side by side, so that the width of each slope can be reduced.

The turning slope device according to the present invention can store the slope portion on the upper surface of the base portion by simply mounting or attaching the base portion to the upper side of the step portion of a vehicle floor or a building, etc. It can be developed on the road surface or the lower stage side through the turning.
For example, by mounting or attaching the base portion to the floor portion of the vehicle, the slope portion can be accommodated in the vehicle laterally along the opening of the vehicle, and when the slope portion is used, the flapper is turned by the rotating portion. The slope portion can be turned toward the outside of the vehicle, and the tip end side of the slope portion can be developed toward the road surface by rotating in the vertical direction at the pivot attachment portion.
As a result, when the vehicle has a luggage space, the turning slope device according to the present invention can be mounted so that the base portion is placed in the luggage space.
Further, since the vehicle can be stored in the lateral direction along the opening of the vehicle, the depth for storage in the vehicle can be adjusted to the width of the slope without being affected by the overall length of the slope.

In this invention, you may make it have a stopper means which controls turning of a flapper in the one or both at the time of accommodation of a slope part, and use of expansion | deployment.
This prevents unintentional turning when the slope portion is stored or / and used.

In the swing slope device according to the present invention, the rear end portion of the slope portion is pivotally attached to the flapper, and the flapper is freely turnable along the upper surface of the base portion. The level difference with the part is eliminated, and the operability of storing and unfolding is excellent.
Compared to the conventional structure disclosed in Document 3, the structure is simple and the number of parts is small.
Since the base part and the slope part are connected via the flapper, there is no danger of dropping off when using the slope.
Further, since the rear end of the slope portion is pivotally attached to the flapper, it can be stored in an inverted state.
Accordingly, two slope portions are formed opposite to both sides of the base portion, and both or one of the slopes can be stored in an inverted state, so that the width of each slope can be further reduced and the mounting space on the vehicle can be reduced. .

The first slope 21 has a pair of slide rails 21b and 21c on both sides in the width direction of the panel 21a, and the second slope 22 has a pair of slide rails 22b and 22c on both sides in the width direction of the panel 22a.
Similarly, the third slope has slide rails 23b and 23c on both sides in the width direction of the panel 23a.
The third slope 23 has a handle 23d for sliding operation.

An external perspective view of the turning slope device 10 is shown in FIG. 3, and the turning state of the flapper 12 and the slope portion 20 is shown in FIG.
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the swivel slope device 10 mainly includes a panel-like base portion 11 having a flat upper surface portion, a flapper 12, and a slope portion 20.
As shown in an enlarged view of the vicinity of the flapper 12 in FIG. 4, the base part 11 is pivotally connected by a rotating part 13 provided at the corner part on the slope part 20 side outside the flapper 12 in the housed state. .
A rear end portion of the flapper 12 and the first slope 21 of the slope portion 20 is a pivot portion 14 that is pivotally connected to each other in the vertical direction by a pivot shaft.
As shown in FIG. 5B, the flapper 12 has a hollow cross-sectional shape and an upper surface 12 c that is slightly inclined toward the rear end (outside).
Thereby, the level | step difference between the flapper 12 and the floor side of a vehicle is small.
By forming the step-shaped first stopper portion 11 a near the end of the base portion 11, when the slope portion 12 is stored in the base portion 11, it contacts the lower corner portion 12 b of the flapper 12, and the flapper 12 The above-mentioned turning is restricted.
As shown in FIG. 4A, a pin is provided at the opening side end of the base portion 11 so as to protrude upward as the second stopper portion 11b.
When the slope 20 is turned outward as it is, it interferes with the second stopper portion 11b, but when the slope portion is slightly lifted, the slope portion 20 turns without interfering with the second stopper portion 11b.
When the flapper 12 turns about 90 ° toward the outside, as shown in FIG. 6A, the pivoting portion 14 side of the flapper 12 comes into contact with the second stopper portion 11b and does not turn any further.
FIG. 7 shows the positional relationship between the first and second stopper portions 11a and 11b provided on the base portion.
FIG. 8 shows a swivel connection example between the base portion 11 and the flapper 12.
In this example, a mounting hole 12a is formed in the flapper 12, a bolt pin 13a is inserted into a connecting hole 11c formed on the base side, and the nut 13b is pivotally connected.
The slider 13c may be attached to the lower surface of the flapper 12 via the connecting hole 13d so that the flapper 12 can easily turn along the upper surface of the base portion 11.
By connecting the slope part 20 and the flapper 12 at the pivot part 14, the slope part 20 can be housed (stored) in an inverted state as shown in FIG.
FIG. 6 shows an example in which the pins constituting the second stopper portion 11b are inserted and fixed in the pin mounting holes 11d.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 11, first stopper portions 11 a are attached to both end portions of the base portion 11, and in FIG. 1, the pair of flappers 12 are opposed so that the rotating portion 13 is positioned on the front side of the base portion 11. It can be formed freely.
The slope portion 20 can be pivotally attached to the left and right flappers 12 and 12 by the pivot attachment 14.
FIG. 15 shows an example in which the slope portion 20 is stored in such a state at the rear portion of the vehicle.

FIG. 12 shows a state in which one slope portion 20 is laid flat on the upper surface of the base portion, and FIG. 16 shows an example in which the slope portion 20 is stored in the rear portion of the vehicle in such a state.
FIGS. 13, 14 and 17 show a state in which the left and right slope portions 20, 20 are sequentially turned and deployed.
It should be noted that the left and right slope portions may be provided with a difference in slope width so that the left inverted slope portion 20 shown in FIG.
Thus, if it forms in a pair of two slope parts 20 and 20, the mounting space to the vehicle of a slope part can further be made small and compact.
Wheels on both sides of the wheelchair and carts carrying luggage can also be run along the left and right slopes, respectively.
