- 前記締結具のうちの少なくとも一つの外面が、前記第一の方向においては前記締結具アタッチメントを自由に通過するが、通過後に前記第二の方向における移動には抵抗するように前記締結具アタッチメントに係合するように構成されたかかりを備える、請求項1に記載の骨プレートアセンブリ。
- 前記アセンブリが、前記スロットのうちの少なくとも一つの上に配置されるように構成され、前記締結具の先行端部が前記第一の方向において自由に通過する中空コアを有する少なくとも一つのロックナットをさらに備え、前記締結具が、前記中空コアの内面に係合し、それにより、前記第二の方向における前記締結具の移動に抵抗するように構成されたリブを備える、請求項1に記載の骨プレートアセンブリ。
- 前記締結具のリブに係合し、前記第二の方向における前記締結具の移動に抵抗するように構成された少なくとも一つのロックタブをさらに備える、請求項6に記載の骨プレートアセンブリ。
- 前記アセンブリが、前記締結具の先行端部が前記第一の方向において自由に通過することを可能とする歯付きロックタブをさらに備え、前記歯付きロックタブが、前記締結具の一部を前記プレートの表面に押し付け、前記第二の方向における前記締結具の移動に抵抗するように構成される歯を備える、請求項1に記載の骨プレートアセンブリ。
- 前記アセンブリが、第一の回転方向で回転する一方で、第二の回転方向における回転には抵抗するように構成されたカムをさらに備え、前記第一の回転方向における回転が、前記締結具の先行端部が前記出口スロットを通過することを可能とする一方で、前記第二の回転方向における回転に対する抵抗が、前記締結具の先行端部が前記第二の方向において移動することを妨げる、請求項1に記載の骨プレートアセンブリ。
- 骨プレートアセンブリであって、前記アセンブリは、
相補的形状の少なくとも二つの非平面プレートであって、前記プレートのうちの少なくとも一つは、前記プレートの全厚を通して形成された複数のスロットを有し、前記スロットのうちの少なくとも二つは前記プレートの向かい合う側面上にある外側縁の近くに配置される、プレート
を備え、
前記プレートのうちの少なくとも一つは、リブを付けられた輪郭を有する先行端部と、前記先行端部の反対側の第二端部とを有する少なくとも一つの締結具を備え、前記締結具は、前記プレートが骨の周囲に配置されるときに、調整可能な張力をもって圧迫を確立するための他方のプレートの締結具アタッチメントとのロック係合のために、前記先行端部が前記骨の一部の周囲を通り、前記スロットのうちの少なくとも一つを通過するように構成され、
前記締結具アタッチメントは、前記スロットのうちの一つと共に組み込まれ、ある締結具の先行端部が第一の方向において前記スロットを通過することを可能として、前記締結具の先行端部が前記スロットを通過した時点で前記締結具の先行端部のリブを付けられた輪郭の周囲を固定し、前記第一の方向と反対の第二の方向における前記締結具の移動に抵抗するように構成され、
前記締結具アタッチメントは、前記締結具アタッチメント内への前記締結具の先行端部の進入に対応する基部スロットと、それを通じて前記締結具の先行端部が前記締結具アタッチメントから抜け出る出口スロットとをさらに備え、

- 前記アセンブリが、胸骨柄の下の胸骨体に向かって配置されるように構成された第一のセクションと、前記第一のセクションに対して角度をつけられている第二のセクションとを備え、それにより、前記第二のセクションが、前記胸骨と前記胸骨柄との合流点に見られる解剖学的隆起部と対応するように適合され、前記プレートが、前記第一のセクションと前記第二のセクションとを分離し、前記胸骨と前記胸骨柄との境界に沿う前記プレートの屈曲を可能とする減少された厚みの領域をさらに備える、請求項11に記載の骨プレートアセンブリ。
- 前記先行端部の反対側にある前記締結具の端部が、前記スロットのうちの一つに近接する前記プレートの表面内の空洞上に配置された保持ボタンにより前記プレートに固定され、前記保持ボタンおよび前記締結具の反対端部が前記プレートの空洞内で回転可能であり、それにより、肋間間隙に対する前記締結具の位置の調整を可能とするように構成される、請求項11に記載の骨プレートアセンブリ。
- 前記保持ボタンが、前記空洞内に配置されたプレートタブと結合し、それにより、前記保持ボタンの回転を許容するが、前記空洞からの前記保持ボタンの脱出を制限するように構成された溝を備える、請求項14に記載の骨プレートアセンブリ。
- 前記プレートが、第一部品および第二部品を備え、前記部品の一方が、前記部品の他方の上にある開口部に結合可能に嵌まり、前記締結具の先行端部を受容するように構成され、前記先行端部が通過するスロットを有する少なくとも一つのボス部材を備える、請求項11に記載の骨プレートアセンブリ。
- 前記アセンブリが、前記締結具の一部を前記プレートの表面に押し付けるように構成された歯付きロックタブと、前記スロットのうちの少なくとも一つの上に配置されるように構成され、前記締結具の先行端部が前記第一の方向において自由に通過する中空コアを有する少なくとも一つのロックナットと、をさらに備え、前記締結具が、前記中空コアの内面に係合するように構成されたリブを備え、前記締結具が、前記締結具の張力付与を促進するための有穴ハンドルと係合するようにさらに構成される、請求項11に記載の骨プレートアセンブリ。
