Description

例19は、リード本体を含む植込みリード。リード本体は1つ以上のループへと巻き取られるように構成されている。リードは、少なくとも1つの電極及びリード本体内に延びる少なくとも1つの伝導体を更に含みうる。少なくとも1つの伝導体は、少なくとも1つの電極にそれぞれ電気的に接続されている。リードは、RFシールドを更に含みうる。RFシールドはリード本体上において移動可能及びリード本体から取り外し可能であり、RFシールドは、1つ以上のループを取り囲み、1つ以上のループに沿った少なくとも1つの伝導体へのRF信号結合を低減するように構成されている。

Claims (9)
- 先端側領域と、基端側領域と、前記先端側領域と前記基端側領域との間の中間領域と、を有する植込みリードであって、
前記リードの前記先端側領域に配置された少なくとも1つの電極と、
前記基端側領域から前記先端側領域まで延びる少なくとも1つの伝導体であって、前記少なくとも1つの伝導体が、前記少なくとも1つの電極にそれぞれ電気的に接続されている、少なくとも1つの伝導体と、
前記少なくとも1つの伝導体を半径方向に取り囲む高分子製本体であって、前記高分子製本体が前記基端側領域から前記先端側領域まで延び、前記高分子製本体が前記少なくとも1つの伝導体を電気的に絶縁するように構成されている、高分子製本体と、
前記リードの前記中間領域に沿ってのみ前記高分子製本体の外部表面を取り囲むRFシールドと、
を含み、
前記リードは、前記中間領域に沿って1つ以上のループへと巻き取られるように構成されており、前記RFシールドは、前記1つ以上のループに沿った前記少なくとも1つの伝導体へのRF信号結合を低減するように構成されており、
前記RFシールドが前記中間領域上において選択的に移動可能である、
リード。 - 前記RFシールドが、金属フィルム及び金属メッシュの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載のリード。
- 前記RFシールドが、前記1つ以上のループを覆うように構成された金属バッグを含む、請求項1に記載のリード。
- 前記RFシールドが、前記リード上において摺動するように構成されたスリーブを含む、請求項1に記載のリード。
- 前記RFシールドが、前記リードの前記1つ以上のループのみをシールドする、請求項1に記載のリード。
- 前記リードを植込んだままにした状態で、植込み後、前記RFシールドが前記リードから取り外されるように構成されている、請求項1に記載のリード。
- 前記RFシールドが、磁気共鳴条件付き使用を示す遠隔的に読み取り可能な識別タグを含む、請求項1に記載のリード。
- リード本体であって、前記リード本体が1つ以上のループへと巻き取られるように構成されているリード本体と、
少なくとも1つの電極と、
前記リード本体内に延びる少なくとも1つの伝導体であって、前記少なくとも1つの伝導体が、前記少なくとも1つの電極にそれぞれ電気的に接続されている、少なくとも1つの伝導体と、
RFシールドであって、前記RFシールドが前記リード本体上において移動可能及び前記リード本体から取り外し可能であり、前記RFシールドが、前記1つ以上のループを取り囲み、前記1つ以上のループに沿った前記少なくとも1つの伝導体へのRF信号結合を低減するように構成されている、RFシールドと、
を含む、植込みリード。 - 前記RFシールドが、前記リードの前記1つ以上のループのみをシールドする、請求項8に記載のリード。
