Claims (7)
- 移動通信システムにおける端末のセル再選択方法であって、
セル再選択に対する第1優先順位情報を含むシステム情報を受信する段階と、
専用シグナリングで第2優先順位情報を受信すると、前記システム情報で提供された第1優先順位情報を無視する段階と、
前記端末が前記端末に対する接続が許容されたCSG(Closed Subscribed Group)セルにキャンプ(camp)している間は、前記第1優先順位情報及び前記第2優先順位情報にも関わらず、現在の周波数をセル再選択に対する最上位優先順位周波数として見なす段階と、
セル再選択のための優先順位に対する情報がない前記CSGセルにキャンプした後、前記CSGセルではなくセル再選択のための優先順位情報が存在する他のセルへの再選択の際、予め設定された時間が経過したか判断する段階と、
予め設定された時間が経過しなかった場合、前記セル再選択のための優先順位情報が存在するセルへのセル再選択を行ったにも関わらず、前記CSGセルに相応する周波数を最上位優先順位周波数と見なす段階と、
予め設定された時間が経過した場合、前記CSGセルに相応する周波数を最下位優先順位周波数と見なす段階と、
前記端末が無線資源制御連結(radio resource control connected)状態に進入する、またはタイマーが満了する、またはNAS(non access strantum)要請によりPLMN(public land mobile network)選択過程が実行されると、前記専用シグナリングで受信された前記第2優先順位情報を削除する段階と、を含み、
前記CSGセルの識別子の長さは、27ビットである
ことを特徴とするセル再選択方法。 - 前記端末が前記端末に一般的なサービスを提供できるセルにキャンプ(camp)しない状態であれば、前記システム情報を通じて受信した前記第1優先順位情報によるセル再選択段階をさらに含む
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のセル再選択方法。 - 前記CSGセルを除いた他のセルへの再選択の際、予め設定された時間の間は前記CSGセルに対する周波数をセル再選択に対する最上位優先順位で維持する段階をさらに含む
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のセル再選択方法。 - 移動通信システムでセル再選択を実行する端末であって、
基地局と信号又はデータを送受信する送受信部と、
セル再選択に対する第1優先順位情報を含むシステム情報を受信し、専用シグナリングで第2優先順位情報を受信すると、前記システム情報で提供された第1優先順位情報を無視し、前記端末が前記端末に対する接続が許容されたCSG(Closed Subscribed Group)セルにキャンプ(camp)している間は、前記第1優先順位情報及び前記第2優先順位情報にも関わらず、現在の周波数をセル再選択に対する最上位優先順位周波数として見なすように制御し、セル再選択のための優先順位に対する情報がない前記CSGセルにキャンプした後、前記CSGセルではなくセル再選択のための優先順位情報が存在する他のセルへの再選択の際、予め設定された時間が経過したか判断し、予め設定された時間が経過しなかった場合、前記セル再選択のための優先順位情報が存在するセルへのセル再選択を行ったにも関わらず、前記CSGセルに相応する周波数を最上位優先順位周波数と見なし、予め設定された時間が経過した場合、前記CSGセルに相応する周波数を最下位優先順位周波数と見なし、前記端末が無線資源制御連結(radio resource control connected)状態に進入する、またはタイマーが満了する、またはNAS(non access strantum)要請によりPLMN(public land mobile network)選択過程が実行されると、前記専用シグナリングで受信された前記第2優先順位情報を削除するように制御する制御部と、を含み、
前記CSGセルの識別子の長さは、27ビットである
ことを特徴とする端末。 - 前記制御部は、
前記端末が前記端末に一般的なサービスを提供できるセルにキャンプ(camp)しない状態であれば、前記システム情報を通じて受信した前記第1優先順位情報によるセル再選択段階を実行するように制御する
ことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の端末。 - 前記制御部は、
前記CSGセルを除いた他のセルへの再選択の際、前記CSGセルに対する周波数をセル再選択に対する最下位優先順位で割り当てるように制御する
ことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の端末。 - 前記制御部は、
前記CSGセルを除いた他のセルへの再選択の際、予め設定された時間の間は前記CSGセルに対する周波数をセル再選択に対する最上位優先順位で維持するように制御する
ことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の端末。
