本发明涉及无线通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种组通信中组优先级通知方法、设备及系统。
背景技术
设备到设备(英文:device to device,缩写:D2D)通信是一种在系统的控制下,允许用户设备之间通过复用小区资源直接进行通信的新型技术;其中,它的一个最重要的应用场景是组通信(group communication)。在组通信中,用户设备(英文:user equipment,缩写:UE)可以和与该UE处于同一群组内的其他多个UE通过一对多(one-to-many)的D2D通信方式进行数据传输。
在实际应用中,当UE在一群组内进行组通信之前,需要基站(英文:base station,缩写:BS)根据所述群组的组优先级,为UE事先分配用于组通信的相应资源(如时频资源)。但是,由于基站自身事先并未存储有群组的组优先级,因此,如何使基站获得群组的组优先级成为组通信中的关键问题。
发明内容
本发明的实施例提供一种组通信中组优先级通知方法、设备及系统,以解决如何将群组的组优先级通知给基站的问题。

所述组优先级可以为所述应用服务器根据所述群组的当前属性、与所述当前属性对应的属性值以及预设的优先级等级划分关系动态确定的,用于表示所述群组在通信系统中的级别,以保证确定出的组优先级符合群组通信的需求;通常情况下,组优先级可以分为高、中、低三级。
其中,所述当前属性包含静态属性和/或动态属性;所述静态属性为所述群组自身固有的属性,不会随着群组的变化而变化,包含但不限于所述群组的类型、所述群组的运行时间、所述群组的默认最小优先级中的一种或多种;
所述动态属性为随着群组内所发生的事情的变化而变化的属性,包含但不限于所述群组内发生的事件类型、所述事件的严重性中的一种或多种。
优选的,ProSe Function可以通过PC2接口接收应用服务器发送的第一消息。
202、ProSe Function根据接收到的所述第一消息,向基站发送通知消息;所述通知消息包含:所述用户设备的第二用户标识、所述群组的第二组标识以及所述群组的组优先级。
其中,所述第二用户标识也用于标识所述用户设备,可以为3GPP系统定义的一种内部标识,如:国际移动用户识别码(英文:international mobile subscriber identification number,缩写:IMSI)。

需要说明的是,在实际的组通信过程中,应用服务器在初次确定群组的优先级时,会根据群组的静态属性进行确定,而后,则会根据群组的动态属性不断更新群组的优先级,以使得群组的组优先级与群组的动态属性相符合,保证基站根据群组的当前优先级为用户设备的群组分配合理的通信资源。
例如,下表1存储有应用服务器所在部门内各群组、各群组的组标识以及各群组的静态属性的对应关系;表2为预设的优先级等级划分关系表,则可知群组1的组优先级为中优先级;此时,若群组1内的用户设备接收到火灾报警,且事件比较严重等动态属性,则应用服务器更新群组1的组优先级为高优先级。

其中,所述第一用户标识用于标识所述用户设备,可以为:3GPP定义的一种外部标识,如:MSISDN。
所述群组可以为用户设备签约的多个群组中的任一群组;所述用户设备可以为所述群组中组通信的发起者;第一组标识可以为应用层组标识,用于标识所述群组在行业或部门中的小组名称;例如,一消防部门中的某一用户同时签约有群组1(紧急小组),群组2(领导小组),群组3(服务小组)等,则当该群组为服务小组时,第一组标识为消防部门-群组3。
所述组优先级可以为所述应用服务器根据所述群组的当前属性、与所述当前属性对应的属性值以及预设的优先级等级划分关系确定的,用于表示所述群组在通信系统中的级别;通常情况下,组优先级可以分为高、中、低三级。
其中,所述第二用户标识也用于标识所述用户设备,可以为3GPP系统定义的一种内部标识,如:IMSI。
所述第二组标识可以为网络层组地址,如:层2(Layer 2)地址,用于标识用户设备进行组通信的目的地址。
进一步的,所述通信单元2001,具体可以用于:
通过Sh接口接收应用服务器发送的第一消息。
进一步的,所述通信单元2001,具体可以用于:
先通过S6a接口向MME发送所述通知消息,再由所述MME通过S1接口向所述基站发送所述通知消息。
需要说明的是,MME向基站转发的通知消息中可以增加除所述用户设备的第二用户标识、所述群组的第二组标识以及所述群组的组优先级之外的其他一些信息,本发明实施例对此不进行限定,但在转发过程中,该通知消息必须要包含所述群组的组优先级,以保证基站能够接收到群组的组优先级。
由上可知,本发明实施例提供一种HSS,当HSS接收到应用服 务器发送的包含:用户设备的第一用户标识、所述用户设备所处群组的第一组标识以及所述群组的组优先级的第一消息后,根据接收到的所述第一消息,向基站发送包含:所述用户设备的第二用户标识、所述群组的第二组标识以及所述群组的组优先级的通知消息,以使得基站根据组优先级为组通信分配相应的通信资源。如此,通过HSS将群组的组优先级通知给基站,解决了组通信中如何将群组的组优先级通知给基站的问题,为用户设备进行组通信打下基础;并且,由于该组优先级是应用服务器根据群组的当前属性动态确定的,使得基站可以根据该群组优先级为群组分配能够满足群组当前通信需求的通信资源。
实施例二十
参见图21,为本发明实施例提供的一种PCRF 210,如图21所示,该PCRF 210可以包括:通信单元2101、处理器2102、存储器2103、至少一个通信总线2104,用于实现这些装置之间的连接和相互通信;
通信单元2101,用于与外部网元之间进行数据传输。
处理器2102可能是一个中央处理器(英文:central processing unit,简称为CPU);
存储器2103,可以是易失性存储器(英文:volatile memory),例如随机存取存储器(英文:random-access memory,缩写:RAM);或者非易失性存储器(英文:non-volatile memory),例如只读存储器(英文:read-only memory,缩写:ROM),快闪存储器(英文:flash memory),硬盘(英文:hard disk drive,缩写:HDD)或固态硬盘(英文:solid-state drive,缩写:SSD);或者上述种类的存储器的组合,并向处理器2102提供指令和数据;

其中,所述第一用户标识用于标识所述用户设备,可以为:3GPP定义的一种外部标识,如MSISDN。

先向PGW发送所述通知消息,所述PGW向MME发送所述通知消息,再由所述MME通过S1接口向所述基站发送所述通知消息。
需要说明的是,PGW向MME转发的通知消息、以及MME向基站转发的通知消息中可以增加除所述用户设备的第二用户标识、所述群组的第二组标识以及所述群组的组优先级之外的其他一些信息,本发明实施例对此不进行限定,但在转发过程中,该通知消息必须要包含所述群组的组优先级,以保证基站能够接收到群组的组优先级。
由上可知,本发明实施例提供一种PCRF,当PCRF接收到应用服务器发送的包含:用户设备的第一用户标识、所述用户设备所处群组的第一组标识以及所述群组的组优先级的第一消息后,根据接收到的所述第一消息,向基站发送包含:所述用户设备的第二用户标识、所述群组的第二组标识以及所述群组的组优先级的通知消息,以使得基站根据组优先级为组通信分配相应的通信资源。如此,通过PCRF将群组的组优先级通知给基站,解决了组通信中如何将群组的组优先级通知给基站的问题,为用户设备进行组通信打下基础;并且,由于该组优先级是应用服务器根据群组的当前属性动态确定的,使得基站可以根据该群组优先级为群组分配能够满足群组当前通信需求的通信资源。
实施例二十一
图22为本发明实施例提供的一种组通信中组优先级通知系统的结构图,如图22所示,该系统可以包括:用户设备、基站、ProSe Fuction 180以及应用服务器190;
其中,ProSe Fuction 180与实施例十七中所述ProSe Fuction的功能相同;应用服务器190与实施例十八中所述应用服务器的功能相同,在此不再赘述。
由上可知,本发明实施例提供一种组通信中组优先级通知系统,应用服务器接收ProSe Function发送的包含:所述用户设备的第一用户标识和所述群组的第一组标识的第三消息,根据所述群组的当前属性、与所述当前属性对应的属性值以及预设的优先级等级划分关系确定所述群组的组优先级后,向ProSe Function发送包含:用户设备的第一用户标识、所述用户设备所处群组的第一组标识以及所述群组的组优先级的消息,由ProSe Function将包含所述群组的组优先级的消息通过其他设备通知给基站。如此,通过ProSe Function将群组的组优先级通知给基站,解决了组通信中如何将群组的组优先级通知给基站的问题,为用户设备进行组通信打下基础。
实施例二十二
图23为本发明实施例提供的一种组通信中组优先级通知系统的结构图,如图23所示,该系统可以包括:用户设备、基站、HSS200以及应用服务器190;
其中,HSS200与实施例十九中所述HSS的功能相同;应用服务器190与实施例十八中所述应用服务器的功能相同,在此不再赘述。
由上可知,本发明实施例提供一种组通信中组优先级通知系统,应用服务器接收用户设备发送的包含:所述用户设备的第一用户标识和所述群组的第一组标识的消息,根据所述群组的当前属性、与所述当前属性对应的属性值以及预设的优先级等级划分关系确定所述群组的组优先级,并为群组分配第二组标识后,向HSS发送包含:用户设备的第一用户标识、所述用户设备所处群组的第一组标识以及所述群组的组优先级的消息,由HSS将包含所述群组的组优先级的消息通过其他设备通知给基站;或者向用户设备发送包含所述群组的第二组标识以及所述群组的组优先级的消息,由用户设备将包含组优先级的消息通知给基站。如此,通过HSS或者用户设备将群组的组优先级通知给基站,解决了组通信中如何将群组的组优先级通知给基站的问题,为用户设备进行组通信打下基础;并且,由于该组优先级是应用服务器根据群组的当前属性动态确定的,使得基站可以根据该群组优先级为群组分配能够满足群组当前通信需求的通信资源。
实施例二十三
图24为本发明实施例提供的一种组通信中组优先级通知系统的结构图,如图24所示,该系统可以包括:用户设备、基站、PCRF210以及应用服务器190;
其中,PCRF210与实施例二十中所述PCRF的功能相同;应用服务器190与实施例十八中所述应用服务器的功能相同,在此不再赘述。
由上可知,本发明实施例提供一种组通信中组优先级通知系统, 应用服务器接收用户设备发送的包含:所述用户设备的第一用户标识和所述群组的第一组标识的消息,根据所述群组的当前属性、与所述当前属性对应的属性值以及预设的优先级等级划分关系确定所述群组的组优先级,并为群组分配第二组标识后,向PCRF发送包含:用户设备的第一用户标识、所述用户设备所处群组的第一组标识以及所述群组的组优先级的消息,由PCRF将包含所述群组的组优先级的消息通过其他设备通知给基站;或者向用户设备发送包含所述群组的第二组标识以及所述群组的组优先级的消息,由用户设备将包含组优先级的消息通知给基站。如此,通过PCRF或者用户设备将群组的组优先级通知给基站,解决了组通信中如何将群组的组优先级通知给基站的问题,为用户设备进行组通信打下基础;并且,由于该组优先级是应用服务器根据群组的当前属性动态确定的,使得基站可以根据该群组优先级为群组分配能够满足群组当前通信需求的通信资源。

上述以软件功能单元的形式实现的集成的单元,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。上述软件功能单元存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,简称ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,简称RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的各种方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件(例如处理器)来完成,该程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,存储介质可以包括:只读存储器、随机存储器、磁盘或光盘等。

Claims (31)

  1. 一种组通信中组优先级通知方法,其特征在于,应用于近距离业务功能实体ProSe Function,所述方法包括:
    所述ProSe Function接收应用服务器发送的第一消息;其中,所述第一消息包含:用户设备的第一用户标识、所述用户设备所处群组的第一组标识以及所述群组的组优先级;
    所述ProSe Function根据接收到的所述第一消息,向基站发送通知消息;其中,所述通知消息包含:所述用户设备的第二用户标识、所述群组的第二组标识以及所述群组的组优先级。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述ProSe Function向基站发送通知消息包括:
    所述ProSe Function向归属签约服务器HSS发送所述通知消息,所述HSS向移动性管理实体MME发送所述通知消息,由所述MME向所述基站发送所述通知消息;
    或者,所述ProSe Function向MME发送所述通知消息,由所述MME向所述基站发送所述通知消息。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述ProSe Function接收应用服务器发送的第一消息之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述ProSe Function接收所述用户设备发送的第二消息;所述第二消息包含:所述用户设备的第二用户标识、所述群组的第一组标识以及应用标识;
    所述ProSe Function根据所述应用标识,向所述应用服务器发送第三消息,所述应用服务器在确定所述群组的组优先级后,向所述ProSe Function发送所述第一消息;所述第三消息包含所述用户设备的第一用户标识、所述群组的第一组标识。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二消息和所述第三消息还包括:所述群组的当前属性及与所述当前属性对应的属性值。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述ProSe  Function在接收到应用服务器发送的第一消息之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述ProSe Function根据所述第一组标识,为所述群组分配相应的第二组标识,并建立所述第二组标识和所述群组的组优先级之间的对应关系。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述ProSe Function为所述群组分配第二组标识后,所述方法还包括:
    所述ProSe Function向所述应用服务器发送所述群组的第二组标识。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述ProSe Function在接收到应用服务器发送的第一消息之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述ProSe Function向所述用户设备发送第四消息,所述第四消息包含所述第二组标识和所述群组的组优先级。
  8. 一种组通信中组优先级通知方法,其特征在于,应用于应用服务器,所述方法包括:
    所述应用服务器确定用户设备所处群组的组优先级;
    所述应用服务器向近距离业务功能实体ProSe Function发送第一消息,其中,所述第一消息包含:所述用户设备的第一用户标识、所述用户设备所处群组的第一组标识以及所述群组的组优先级。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述应用服务器确定用户设备所处群组的组优先级包括:
    所述应用服务器根据所述群组的当前属性及与所述当前属性对应的属性值,确定所述群组的组优先级。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述应用服务器在确定用户设备所处群组的组优先级之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述应用服务器接收所述ProSe Function发送的第二消息,所述第二消息包含所述用户设备的第一用户标识、所述群组的第一组标识。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二消息还包含:所述群组的当前属性及与所述当前属性对应的属性值。
  12. 根据权利要求8-11任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述应用服务器向所述用户设备发送第三消息,所述第三消息包含所述群组的第二组标识和所述群组的组优先级。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述应用服务器向所述用户设备发送第三消息之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述应用服务器根据所述第一组标识,为所述群组分配所述第二组标识,并建立所述第二组标识和所述群组的组优先级之间的对应关系。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述EPC网络设备为ProSe Function时,在所述应用服务器向所述用户设备发送第三消息之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述应用服务器接收所述ProSe Function发送的第四消息;其中,所述第四消息包含所述群组的第二组标识。
  15. 根据权利要求8-14任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述EPC网络设备向归属签约服务器HSS或者策略与计费规则功能单元PCRF发送所述第一消息。
  16. 一种近距离业务功能实体ProSe Function,其特征在于,所述ProSe Function包括:
    接收单元,用于接收应用服务器发送的第一消息;其中,所述第一消息包含:用户设备的第一用户标识、所述用户设备所处群组的第一组标识以及所述群组的组优先级;
    发送单元,用于根据所述接收单元接收到的所述第一消息,向基站发送通知消息;其中,所述通知消息包含:所述用户设备的第二用户标识、所述群组的第二组标识以及所述群组的组优先级。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的ProSe Function,其特征在于,所述 发送单元,具体用于:
    向归属签约服务器HSS发送所述通知消息,所述HSS向移动性管理实体MME发送所述通知消息,由所述MME向所述基站发送所述通知消息;
    或者,向MME发送所述通知消息,由所述MME向所述基站发送所述通知消息。
  18. 根据权利要求16或17所述的ProSe Function,其特征在于,
    所述接收单元,还用于在所述接收单元接收应用服务器发送的第一消息之前,接收所述用户设备发送的第二消息;所述第二消息包含:所述用户设备的第二用户标识、所述群组的第一组标识以及应用标识;
    所述发送单元,还用于向所述应用服务器发送第三消息,所述应用服务器在确定所述群组的组优先级后,向所述ProSe Function发送所述第一消息;所述第三消息包含所述用户设备的第一用户标识、所述群组的第一组标识。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的ProSe Function,其特征在于,
    所述第二消息和所述第三消息还包括:所述群组的当前属性及与所述当前属性对应的属性值。
  20. 根据权利要求16-19任一项所述的ProSe Function,其特征在于,所述ProSe Function还包括:
    分配单元,用于在所述接收单元接收到应用服务器发送的第一消息之后,根据所述第一组标识,为所述群组分配相应的第二组标识,并建立所述第二组标识和所述群组的组优先级之间的对应关系。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的ProSe Function,其特征在于,
    所述发送单元,还用于在所述分配单元为所述群组分配第二组标识后,向所述应用服务器发送所述群组的第二组标识。
  22. 根据权利要求16-21任一项所述的ProSe Function,其特征在于,
    所述发送单元,还用于在所述接收单元接收到应用服务器发送的 第一消息之后,向所述用户设备发送第四消息,所述第四消息包含所述第二组标识和所述群组的组优先级。
  23. 一种应用服务器,其特征在于,包括:
    确定单元,用于确定用户设备所处群组的组优先级;
    发送单元,用于向演进分组核心EPC网络设备发送第一消息,其中,所述第一消息包含:用户设备的第一用户标识、所述用户设备所处群组的第一组标识以及所述确定单元确定的群组的组优先级。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的应用服务器,其特征在于,所述确定单元,具体用于:
    根据所述群组的当前属性及与所述当前属性对应的属性值,确定所述群组的组优先级。
  25. 根据权利要求23或24所述的应用服务器,其特征在于,所述应用服务器还包括:
    第一接收单元,用于在所述确定单元确定群组的组优先级之前,接收所述ProSe Function发送的第二消息,所述第二消息包含所述用户设备的第一用户标识、所述群组的第一组标识。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的应用服务器,其特征在于,所述第二消息还包含:所述群组的当前属性及与所述当前属性对应的属性值。
  27. 根据权利要求23-26任一项所述的应用服务器,其特征在于,
    所述发送单元,还用于向所述用户设备发送第三消息,所述第三消息包含所述群组的第二组标识和所述群组的组优先级。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的应用服务器,其特征在于,所述应用服务器,还包括:
    分配单元,用于在所述发送单元向所述用户设备发送第三消息之前,根据所述第一组标识,为所述群组分配相应的第二组标识,并建立所述第二组标识和所述群组的组优先级之间的对应关系。
  29. 根据权利要求27所述的应用服务器,其特征在于,所述应用服务器还包括:
    第二接收单元,用于在所述发送单元向所述用户设备发送第三消息之前,接收所述ProSe Function发送的第四消息;其中,所述第三消息包含所述群组的第二组标识。
  30. 根据权利要求23-29任一项所述的应用服务器,其特征在于,
    所述发送单元,还用于向归属签约服务器HSS,或者策略与计费规则功能单元PCRF发送所述第一消息。
  31. 一种组通信中组优先级通知系统,其特征在于,包括基站、如权利要求16-22任一项所述的ProSe Function,以及如权利要求23-30任一项所述的应用服务器。
