Claims (14)
- 患者をモニタリングするための医療システムであって、該医療システムは:
前記患者についての患者データであって、バイタルサイン測定値及び臨床検査結果を含む患者データを受信し;
前記受信したバイタルサイン測定値から、前記患者の生理状態に関するバイタルサイン不安定性インデックス(VIX)を計算し;
前記受信した臨床検査結果から、前記生理状態に関する臨床検査不安定性インデックス(LIX)を計算し;
前記VIXと前記LIXを患者の悪化の指標へ統合する;
ようにプログラムされる、少なくとも1つのプロセッサを備え、前記の統合は:
前記VIX及び前記LIXを使用して、有病率に対するVIXの表において有病率値を検索することであって、前記有病率値は、異なるVIX範囲及びLIXバンドについて、学習母集団における不安定性VIXセグメントの有病率を示し、前記VIX範囲は、所定のインクリメントにおいて前記VIXについて可能性のある値の範囲に及んでおり、前記LIXバンドは、前記生理状態でのリスクの異なる度合いを表し、前記LIXについて可能性のある値の範囲を含み、前記学習母集団の前記VIXセグメントは、所定時間にわたるVIXトレンドに対応することと;
前記有病率値を線形的に調節することにより、前記有病率値を前記指標の値にマップして、これにより、前記有病率に対するVIXの表における有病率値の範囲にわたってスケールすることと;
を含む、医療システム。 - 前記LIXが、前記生理状態の不安定性と前記受信した臨床検査結果に対応する臨床検査との間の関係をモデリングするモデルを使用して計算される、請求項1に記載の医療システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサが:
上側ベースライン及び下側ベースラインを使用して、前記VIXをフィルタして範囲外の値を除外するように更にプログラムされ、上側ベースライン値は、前の時間にわたる最大VIX値であり、下側ベースライン値は、前の時間にわたる最小VIX値である、
請求項1又は2に記載の医療システム。 - VIX値は、対応する上側ベースライン値の所定の画分を超えるか、対応する下側ベースライン値の所定の画分より小さい場合に抑制される、
請求項3に記載の医療システム。 - 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサが:
前記指標を、テキスト、色分け及びバーチャートのうちの1つ以上を使用して表示するように更にプログラムされ、前記色分けは、患者の悪化のリスクの異なる度合いを識別する、
請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の医療システム。 - 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサが:
前記VIXを使用して重症患者の悪化の検出に応答して、前記指標とは独立して、前記指標の前記表示を強調する、
ように更にプログラムされる、請求項5に記載の医療システム。 - 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサが:
前記指標の選択可能な値のトレンド線を表示し;
前記選択可能な値の1つの選択があると、バイタルサイン測定値と、臨床検査結果と前記選択された値についての他の関連データとのうちの1つ以上を含むツールチップを表示する;
ように更にプログラムされる、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の医療システム。 - 患者をモニタリングするための医療方法であって、該医療方法は、少なくとも1つのプロセッサによって実行され:
前記患者についての患者データであって、バイタルサイン測定値及び臨床検査結果を含む患者データを受信するステップと;
前記受信したバイタルサイン測定値から、前記患者の生理状態に関するバイタルサイン不安定性インデックス(VIX)を計算するステップと;
前記受信した臨床検査結果から、前記生理状態に関する臨床検査不安定性インデックス(LIX)を計算するステップと;
前記VIXと前記LIXを患者の悪化の指標へ統合するステップと;
を具備し、前記の統合するステップは:
前記VIX及び前記LIXを使用して、有病率に対するVIXの表において有病率値を検索することであって、前記有病率値は、異なるVIX範囲及びLIXバンドについて、学習母集団における不安定性VIXセグメントの有病率を示し、前記VIX範囲は、所定のインクリメントにおいて前記VIXについて可能性のある値の範囲に及んでおり、前記LIXバンドは、前記生理状態でのリスクの異なる度合いを表し、前記LIXについて可能性のある値の範囲を含み、前記学習母集団の前記VIXセグメントは、所定時間にわたるVIXトレンドに対応することと;
