Description
i)エチレン由来の単位の含量は、0.6重量%〜1.1重量%の範囲であり;
ii)1−ヘキセン由来の単位の含量は、1.1重量%〜2.8重量%の範囲であり;
iii)エチレン由来の単位の含量重量%と1−ヘキセン由来の単位の含量重量%間との比C2/C6が、下記式(I)を満たし;
0.20<C2/C6<0.39(I);
ここで、C2はエチレン由来の単位重量%であり、C6は1−ヘキセン由来の単位重量%であり;
iv)ISO 1133、230℃、2.16kgに従って測定されたメルトフローレイトMFRは、30〜64g/10分の範囲である、容器、好ましくは食品用容器である。
i)エチレン由来の単位の含量は、0.6重量%〜1.1重量%の範囲であり;好ましくは0.6重量%〜0.9重量%の範囲であり;
ii)1−ヘキセン由来の単位の含量は、1.1重量%〜2.8重量%の範囲であり;好ましくは1.3重量%〜2.6重量%の範囲であり;より好ましくは1.6重量%〜2.4重量%の範囲であり;
iii)エチレン由来の単位の含量重量%と1−ヘキセン由来の単位の含量重量%間との比C2/C6が、下記式(I)を満たし;
0.20<C2/C6<0.39(I);
好ましくは、式(I)は0.20<C2/C6<0.38であり;より好ましくは0.20<C2/C6<0.37であり;
この際、C2はエチレン由来の単位重量%であり、C6は1−ヘキセン由来の単位重量%であり;
iv)ISO 1133、230℃、2.16kgによって測定されたメルトフローレイトMFRは、30〜64g/10分の範囲であり;好ましくは35〜54g/10分の範囲であり;より好ましくは41〜44g/10分の範囲である、容器、好ましくは食品用容器である。
下記実施例では本発明の好ましい実施形態を立証するために含まれる。下記実施例で開示された技術が本発明の実施でよく機能するもので、本発明者らによって発見された技術を表し、従って、その実施のための好ましい方式を構成するものと見なすことができることは当業者に理解され得るものである。しかし、当業者であれば、本開示に照らしたところ、本発明の精神及び範囲から免れることなく、開示された特定の実施形態から多くの変化が成され得、既に同様又は類似した結果が消え得ることを認識することができる。
実施例
特性究明の方法
溶融温度及び結晶化温度:
示差走査熱量計(DSC)によって決定する。6±1mgを秤量し20℃/分の速度で220±1℃に加熱し、窒素ストリームで2分間220±1℃に維持した後、20℃/分の速度で40±2℃に冷却し、2分間この温度を維持してサンプルを結晶化した。続いて、サンプルを再び20℃/分の温度上昇速度で220℃±1まで溶融させる。溶融スキャンを記録し、温度記録度を取得し、これから溶融温度及び結晶化温度を判読する。
方法ISO 1133(230℃、5kg)に従って決定する。
キシレンでの溶解度:
重合体2.5g及びキシレン250mLを冷却機と磁気攪拌機を具備したガラスフラスコに導入する。温度を溶媒の沸点まで30分間上昇させる。このようにして得られた清い溶液をさらに30分間還流及び攪拌下で維持する。続いて密閉フラスコを氷水浴槽で30分間、そしてさらに25℃の恒温の水槽で30分間維持する。そのようにして形成された固体を迅速にろ過紙上にろ過する。ろ過した液体100mLを予め秤量したアルミニウム容器に注ぎ、これを窒素ストリーム下、加熱プレートで加熱し、蒸発によって溶媒を除去する。続いて容器を一定の重量が得られるまで真空下、80℃のオーブンで維持する。その後、室温で、キシレンで可溶性の重合体の重量パーセントを計算する。
三元重合体から13C−NMR分光法によって決定する。
NMR分析。120℃でフーリエ変換(Fourier transform)モードにおいて150.91MHzで作動するAV−600分光計より13C−NMRスペクトルを獲得する。プロピレンCHのピークを28.83で内部基準として使用した。13C−NMRスペクトルは、下記パラメータを利用して獲得する:

デカップリング順番(Decoupling sequence) WALTZ65_64pl

使用された方法に従い、5×5cmの試料を1mm厚さの切断成形プラークで、ヘイズ値はG.E.1209ランプとフィルターCが装着されたヘイズメータUX−10を具備したガードナー光度計を使用して測定する。装備の較正は、サンプルの不在下にて測定(0%ヘイズ)及び遮光された光線(100%ヘイズ)にて測定を行って成される。
試験するプラークは、下記方法によって作製する。75×75×2mmプラークを下記加工条件下でGBF Plastiniector G235/90射出成形機、90トンを用いて成形する:
軸の回転速度: 120rpm
背圧: 10bar
溶融温度: 260℃
射出時間: 5sec
保持圧力に転換: 50bar
第1段階の保持圧力: 30bar
第2段階の圧力: 20bar
保持圧力のプロファイル: 第1段階5sec
第2段階10sec
冷却時間: 20sec
モルド水温: 40℃
プラークを50%の相対湿度と23℃の温度で12〜48時間慣らせる。
容器のヘイズは、容器壁から5×5cm試料を切断し、ヘイズ(2mmプラーク上で)に対する前記と同様の手順を利用して測定した。
23℃及び50%の相対湿度で少なくとも70-時間コンディショニングした後、ビンを検力計の2つのプレートの間に置き、10mm/分のプレートの応力速度で圧縮した。
試験は二軸衝撃試験であり、容器を底が上を向くようして容器と同様の寸法を有するサンプルホルダーに置いた。
試験される容器は、下記の仕様を有する射出成形機械を利用して生産される:
射出成形単位のパラメータ:
射出軸ストローク: 1200kN
軸直径: 32mm
注入体積: 102.9cm3
軸比L/D: 20
最大射出圧力: 2151bar
体積: 250cc
表面処理: 研磨される。
ISO 180/1Aに従って決定される。サンプルは、ISO 294−2に従って取得した。
FDA21 77:1520に従って測定される。
三元重合体は、欧州特許第1012195号に開示された重合装置を含むプラントで連続条件下、触媒存在下にてプロピレン、エチレン及びヘキセン−1を重合して製造する。
Claims (5)
- プロピレン、エチレン、1−ヘキセン三元重合体を含む容器であって、前記三元重合体において:
i)エチレン由来の単位の含量は、0.6重量%〜1.1重量%の範囲であり;
ii)1−ヘキセン由来の単位の含量は、1.1重量%〜2.8重量%の範囲であり;
iii)エチレン由来の単位の含量と1−ヘキセン由来の単位の含量間との比C2/C
6が下記式(I)を満たし;
0.20<C2/C6<0.39;
C2はエチレン由来の単位の含量重量%であり、C6は1−ヘキセン由来の単位の含量重量%であり;
iv)ISO 1133、230℃、2.16kgに従って測定されたメルトフローレイトMFRは、32〜64g/10分の範囲であり、
前記容器が、射出成形容器又は熱成形容器である、容器。 - 1−ヘキセン由来の単位の含量が1.3重量%〜2.6重量%の範囲である、請求項1に記載の容器。
- エチレン由来の単位の含量が0.6重量%〜0.9重量%の範囲である、請求項1又は2に記載の容器。
- 式(I)は0.20<C2/C6<0.38である、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の容器。
- ISO 1133、230℃、2.16kgに従って測定されたメルトフローレイトMFRは、35〜54g/10分の範囲である、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の容器。
