Claims (3)
- 熱交換用の流体を収容する金属製の容器と、該容器に形成の第1貫通孔を貫通して該第1貫通孔に溶接により固定され液化ガスを該容器内へ導入するための金属製の導入パイプ部と、該導入パイプ部からの液化ガスを前記流体との接触により気化させながら案内するための伝熱管部と、該伝熱管部からの液化ガスを前記容器に形成の第2貫通孔を貫通して該容器外へ導出するための導出パイプ部と、を備えている気化器であって、
前記導入パイプ部に供給される液化ガスの全量を該導入パイプ部の溶接部の内側面に隙間を開けた状態で前記伝熱管部側へ案内するための案内パイプを該導入パイプ部内に配置し、
前記導入パイプ部へ液化ガスを供給するための供給管を備え、該供給管の供給方向下手側端部と前記導入パイプ部の供給方向上手側端部とがフランジ連結され、前記案内パイプが、前記導入パイプ部のフランジ部と前記供給管のフランジ部との間に挟み込んだ状態で固定される固定用フランジ部と、該固定用フランジ部の内側縁部から前記導入パイプ部の溶接部を越えて前記容器内に突出する筒部と、を備えていることを特徴とする気化器。 - 前記案内パイプの筒部の外側面の周方向複数箇所に、径方向外側に突出して該筒部の外側面が前記導入パイプ部の溶接部の内側面に当接することを阻止する位置決め部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の気化器。
- 前記位置決め部は、前記導入パイプ部の溶接部から離れた位置に備えていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の気化器。
