ジステアリルデカグリセリンを1.0質量%になる量で水に添加し、撹拌しながら80℃に加熱し、更に80℃で30分間に亘り撹拌した後、室温で一晩静置することで、ジステアリルデカグリセリン粒子が分散した液(粒子分散液)を調製した。これに、前述の油剤を添加し混合することで、O/W型エマルションを調製した。
界面活性剤であるSDSを3.0質量%になる量で水に溶解した。これに、前述の油剤を添加し混合することで、O/W型エマルションを調製した。
界面活性剤であるC12(EO)8を3.0質量%になる量で水に溶解した。これに、前述の油剤を添加し混合することで、O/W型エマルションを調製した。
上記のO/W型エマルションが適用される表面として、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリプロピレン(PP)、アクリレート(AL)、プレパラート用ガラス(GL)を用いた。接触角測定装置「FACE, Drop Master 100」(協和界面科学社製)を用い、Auto dispenser AD−31で液滴を形成し、各表面に着滴させた。解析ソフトはFAMASを用い、液滴の形状をCCDカメラで撮像し、θ/2法で±1.0°で接触角を求めた。具体的には、滴定開始時間0.5秒、測定間隔1.0秒、測定回数121回、測定時間120.5秒で、一系列の測定を行い、これを5〜10回繰り返し、接触角の平均値を求めた。
Claims (8)
- 自発的に閉鎖小胞体を形成する両親媒性物質の閉鎖小胞体、又は糖ポリマー粒子を含み、前記閉鎖小胞体又は前記糖ポリマー粒子は、平均粒径8nm〜500nmであり、O/W型エマルションの疎水性表面に対する濡れ性低減又は親水性表面に対する濡れ性増加に用いられる製剤。
- 自発的に閉鎖小胞体を形成する両親媒性物質の閉鎖小胞体、又は糖ポリマー粒子を含み、前記閉鎖小胞体又は前記糖ポリマー粒子は、平均粒径8nm〜500nmであり、O/W型エマルションの親水性表面に対する濡れ性増加に用いられる製剤であって、
前記親水性表面は親水性プラスチック又は金属である製剤。 - 自発的に閉鎖小胞体を形成する両親媒性物質の閉鎖小胞体、又は糖ポリマー粒子を含み、前記閉鎖小胞体又は前記糖ポリマー粒子は、平均粒径8nm〜500nmであり、O/W型エマルションの疎水性表面に対する濡れ性低減に用いられる製剤。
- 前記閉鎖小胞体又は前記糖ポリマー粒子は、油相及び水相の界面に介在するように用いられる請求項1から3のいずれか記載の製剤。
- O/W型エマルションの成分として、自発的に閉鎖小胞体を形成する両親媒性物質の閉鎖小胞体、又は糖ポリマー粒子であって、平均粒径8nm〜500nmである閉鎖小胞体又は糖ポリマー粒子を含めることで、前記O/W型エマルションの疎水性表面に対する濡れ性を低減させ又は親水性表面に対する濡れ性を増加させる方法。
- O/W型エマルションの成分として、自発的に閉鎖小胞体を形成する両親媒性物質の閉鎖小胞体、又は糖ポリマー粒子であって、平均粒径8nm〜500nmである閉鎖小胞体又は糖ポリマー粒子を含めることで、前記O/W型エマルションの親水性表面に対する濡れ性を増加させる方法であって、
前記親水性表面は親水性プラスチック又は金属である方法。 - O/W型エマルションの成分として、自発的に閉鎖小胞体を形成する両親媒性物質の閉鎖小胞体、又は糖ポリマー粒子であって、平均粒径8nm〜500nmである閉鎖小胞体又は糖ポリマー粒子を含めることで、前記O/W型エマルションの疎水性表面に対する濡れ性を低減させる方法。
- 前記閉鎖小胞体又は前記糖ポリマー粒子は、油相及び水相の界面に介在する請求項5から7のいずれか記載の方法。
