上部に直径約28mmの取り外し可能な蓋を有する、内径約60mm、高さ約200mmの円筒形状の透明樹脂(ポリエチレンテレフタレート)製容器を筐体として、容器内部上面から60mm下の位置に、直径60mmの円形形状のパルプ製不織布シート(パルプ製不織布、メートル坪量600g/m2、厚さ4mm、王子キノクロス株式会社製)の薬剤保持担体を設置面と平行になるように固定した。更に、該容器の側面に、縦45mm、横7mmの長方形状の開口部(開口上部が容器内部上面から90mm下の位置)を等間隔に、3箇所設けた。
次いで、該薬剤保持担体にクロチアニジン0.1%を含有する、ワイン、醸造酢および水からなる液体12gを含浸させ、本発明の害虫誘引防除装置1を作成した。
Production Example 1

100メッシュナイロンゴースで6面を覆った一辺50cmの立方体のケージを準備し、該ケージの床面の中央に、上記の害虫誘引防除装置1を1個設置した。更に、害虫誘引防除装置1の横に5%砂糖水20mLを含浸させた脱脂綿を入れた蓋無し容器を設置した。
該ケージ内に、キイロショウジョウバエ110頭を放ち、44時間後に害虫誘引防除装置1の内部に誘引されて死骸溜部にて致死した虫数を数えた。その結果、放った虫数に対して、約85%の虫が死骸溜部にて致死していた。

Claims (2)

筐体と、薬剤担持部材とを有し、前記薬剤担持部材には誘引剤と殺虫剤とが担持され、前記筐体には天井面を有する飛翔害虫の飛翔空間と、飛翔害虫が前記飛翔空間に侵入可能な飛翔害虫導入開口が有り、
前記薬剤担持部材はその一部が前記飛翔空間の天井面側にあってその一部が前記飛翔空間に露出し、
前記薬剤担持部材の真下の位置に飛翔害虫の死骸を溜める死骸溜部が設けられており、
殺虫剤は、飛翔害虫が食することによって飛翔害虫を致死又は麻痺させる効果を有するものであり、前記殺虫剤は前記誘引剤と混合された状態で薬剤担持部材に担持されており、
筐体内には飛翔空間の天井面を形成する仕切り部材が設けられていて内部が上下に仕切られ、仕切り部材の上部と筐体の外郭との間には密閉可能な収容空間があり、仕切り部材には露出用開口が設けられ、前記収容空間に薬剤担持部材が設置され、仕切り部材の露出用開口から薬剤担持部材の一部が前記飛翔空間に露出し、筐体には収容空間と外部とを連通し且つ閉止可能な開口が設けられ、当該開口を通じて薬剤担持部材に誘引剤及び殺虫剤を追加可能であることを特徴とする飛翔害虫誘引駆除装置。
