Description
The present invention relates to a vehicle seat seat routing structure that routes wiring to a vehicle seat having a seat cushion that can be opened forward.
There are cases where an electronic device such as a load sensor or a heater for detecting whether or not an occupant is seated is incorporated in a seat cushion of a vehicle seat. In order to supply signals and electric power to these electronic devices, it is necessary to draw out the wiring extending from the electronic device from the lower surface of the seat cushion and connect it to the wiring coming from the vehicle body side such as the vehicle floor (for example, Patent Document 1). ).
By the way, when the seat cushion on which the occupant is seated is a type that can lift the rear portion and open forward, the space under the seat cushion exposed by opening the seat cushion forward is used as the storage space. be able to. It is also possible to tilt the seat back forward and use the seat back as a table, or as an extension of the luggage compartment when carrying a long object.
In the case of a seat having only a slide rail for moving the seat back and forth as in Patent Document 1, it is only necessary to route a wiring having a sufficient length in consideration of only the back and forth movement of the seat. However, in the case of a seat with an openable seat cushion as described above, it is necessary to route the wiring so that it can follow the movement of the seat cushion.
In order to follow the opening and closing movement of the seat cushion, it is effective to arrange the wiring with a long wiring and a margin. However, if the wiring is lengthened unplanned, the wiring naturally becomes loose. Then, when opening and closing the seat cushion, there is a concern that the wiring becomes an obstacle and the opening and closing operation of the seat cushion becomes difficult, and the operability is deteriorated. Further, if the wiring is loosened, the wiring may be caught between the seat cushion and other components or may be caught, which may easily cause disconnection or breakage.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle seat seat routing structure that maintains the opening / closing operability of the seat cushion of the vehicle seat and does not cause the disconnection / breakage of the wiring. .
In order to solve the above-described problems, a representative configuration of the present invention performs routing on a vehicle seat having a seat cushion on which an occupant sits and which can be lifted and opened forward. In the seat arrangement structure for a vehicle seat, the bracket disposed along the side edge of the lower surface of the seat cushion and the bracket and the front portion of the seat cushion are connected to each other so that the seat cushion is moved forward by being rotatably supported by the bracket. A hinge that is pivoted to open, an electronic device wiring that is pulled out from the lower surface of the seat cushion and routed forward along the lower surface, and an electronic device provided at the same height behind the rotation center of the hinge of the bracket A first fixing portion for fixing the wiring for the device, and the wiring for the electronic device has at least a hinge as a seat cushion in a side view of the vehicle. Extends from the lower surface of the seat cushion to the rotation center of the hinge after being routed forward to a position reached, further characterized in that it is fixed to the bracket by the first fixing unit is routed to the rear of the vehicle.
According to the above configuration, the wiring of the electronic device wiring is first routed forward to a position where the hinge reaches the seat cushion, extends from there toward the rotation center of the hinge, and further behind the rotation center of the hinge. It fixes to the 1st fixing | fixed part provided in the same height. As a result, the wiring for electronic equipment is routed so as to pass near the rotation center of the hinge. Therefore, when the rear part of the seat cushion is lifted and opened forward and rotated (rotated) around the rotation center of the hinge, the portion of the wiring for the electronic device that is directed to the rotation center of the hinge follows the movement of the hinge. Moving. Therefore, the opening / closing operability of the seat is not impaired. Further, the electronic device wiring is directed from the lower surface of the seat cushion, that is, from the position not protruding from the front end of the seat cushion, toward the rotation center of the hinge. Therefore, the wiring for electronic devices does not loosen excessively, and disconnection or the like is not caused by being caught or caught between the seat cushion and other parts.
The vehicle seat seat routing structure may further include a second fixing portion that is disposed at a position on the lower surface of the seat cushion where the hinge reaches the seat cushion in a side view of the vehicle, and holds the wiring for the electronic device. According to such a configuration, it is possible to further suppress loosening of the wiring for the electronic device below the lower surface of the seat cushion, so that it is possible to prevent the seat from being caught on other parts when the seat for the seat is slid in the front-rear direction. Is possible. In addition, since the wiring for the electronic device is held at the two locations of the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion, the electronic device wiring is prevented from being damaged when a load is applied in a direction in which the wiring is pulled. Can do.
The vehicle seat seat routing structure further includes a slide rail that is disposed below the bracket and slides the bracket in the vehicle front-rear direction, and the first fixing portion is located closer to the slide rail than the lower surface of the seat cushion. It should be arranged. Thereby, the interference with the seat cushion of the wiring for electronic devices at the time of opening and closing operation of the seat cushion can be prevented. Also, the electronic device wiring is held by the first fixing portion at a lower position near the slide rail, that is, below the seat cushion, so that the space below the seat cushion can be used more efficiently.
In order to solve the above-described problem, another configuration of the present invention is a vehicle in which a seat cushion on which a passenger is seated, the vehicle seating having a seat cushion that can be lifted rearward and opened forward. In the seat arrangement structure for seats, the seat cushion is opened forward by connecting the bracket disposed along the side edge of the lower surface of the seat cushion and the bracket and the front portion of the seat cushion so as to be rotatably supported by the bracket. Hinges to be rotated in such a manner, wiring for electronic equipment drawn out from the lower surface of the seat cushion and routed forward along the lower surface, and electronic equipment provided at the same height behind the rotation center of the hinge of the bracket A first fixing portion for fixing the wiring for the electronic device and a third fixing portion provided on the hinge for fixing the wiring for the electronic device. In front view, at least the hinge is routed forward to the position where it reaches the seat cushion, and then extends from the lower surface of the seat cushion toward the center of rotation of the hinge. And is fixed to the bracket by the first fixing portion.
Even with such a configuration, the electronic device wiring moves following the movement of the hinge, so that the same effect as described above can be obtained. Further, since the third fixing portion is provided on the hinge, it is possible to prevent the wiring for the electronic device from entering below the seat cushion and to secure more space below the seat cushion.
The third fixing portion may hold the electronic device wiring over a predetermined length in the vertical direction. Accordingly, since the electronic device wiring is held in a wide range in the vertical direction, it is possible to reliably prevent the electronic device wiring from jumping out forward of the seat cushion.
The vehicle seat seat routing structure further includes a buckle wiring that is disposed in the vicinity of the lower surface of the seat cushion and connected to a buckle of the seat belt, and the electronic device wiring is fixed to the first fixing portion. It is preferable that the electronic device wiring branched into two in the vertical direction and connected upward is connected to the buckle wiring. Thereby, since the buckle wiring does not get in the way during the wiring work of the electronic device wiring branched downward, the workability at the time of wiring can be improved.
The vehicle seat seat routing structure may further include a cover that is disposed on the lower surface of the seat cushion and that urges the wiring for electronic equipment drawn out from the lower surface forward. Thereby, the slack of the electronic device wiring on the lower surface of the seat cushion can be prevented, and the electronic device wiring can be suitably routed forward.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the opening / closing operativity of the seat cushion of a vehicle seat can be maintained, and the vehicle seat seat routing structure which does not produce the disconnection and damage of wiring can be provided.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an entire first embodiment of a vehicle seat seat routing structure according to the present invention. 1A shows a state in which a
As shown in FIG. 1B, the

The
FIG. 3 is an enlarged perspective view of the seat cushion shown in FIG. 1 observed from above. FIG. 3 shows a state in which the inside of the
FIG. 4 is a bottom view of the
FIG. 5 is a view of the
As shown in FIG. 5, the
6 is a view showing a state in which the
Thus, the
By disposing the
In the present embodiment, the
Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 5, the
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the
Further, according to the above configuration, the
As shown in FIG. 2, in the present embodiment, a
(Second Embodiment)
FIG. 7 is a diagram showing a second embodiment of the vehicle seat seat routing structure according to the present invention, and shows a state in which the
The feature of this embodiment is that a
As in this embodiment, the
In particular, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7, the
