Claims (20)
- 繊維複合材プリフォームを作る方法であって、
第1の層間隔だけ互いに離隔された第1の材料層と第2の材料層を互いに整列させるステップを含み、
第1の中間層補強材を前記第1及び前記第2の材料層中に挿入するステップを含み、
少なくとも第3の材料層を少なくとも前記第1及び前記第2の材料層と整列させるステップを含み、
第2の中間層補強材を少なくとも前記第2及び前記第3の材料層中に挿入するステップを含み、前記第1の層間隔により、前記第2の中間層補強材を挿入中、操作することができ、
前記第1の層間隔を閉じて前記第1の材料層と前記第2の材料層を接触させるステップを含む、方法。 - 前記材料層のうちの少なくとも1つは、織物を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記織物は、織布を含む、請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記織布は、目の荒い織物組織を含む、請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記材料層のうちの少なくとも1つは、マトリックス材料を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記第1及び前記第2の中間層補強材は、繊維補強材を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記第1及び前記第2の中間層補強材のうちの少なくとも一方は、炭素繊維を含む、請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記第1及び前記第2の中間層補強材のうちの少なくとも一方は、ガラス繊維を含む、請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記第1の中間層補強材を挿入する前記ステップは、前記第1の中間層補強材を前記第1及び前記第2の材料層中に織成するステップを含む、請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記第1の中間層補強材を挿入する前記ステップは、前記第1の中間層補強材を繊維張力調整システム内に固定するステップを含み、
前記第1の層間隔を閉じる前記ステップは、前記繊維張力調整システムを用いて前記第1の中間層補強材を張力調整するステップを含む、請求項6記載の方法。 - 前記材料層のうちの少なくとも1つは、前記第1及び前記第2の中間層補強材のうちの少なくとも一方の通過を可能にする開口部を有する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記開口部は、前記第2の材料層に設けられた第1の開口部を含み、
前記第1の中間層補強材を挿入する前記ステップは、前記第1の中間層補強材を前記第2の材料層の前記第1の開口部の第1の部分中に挿入するステップを含み、
前記第2の中間層補強材を挿入する前記ステップは、前記第2の中間層補強材を前記第2の材料層の前記第1の開口部の第2の部分中に挿入するステップを含む、請求項11記載の方法。 - 前記開口部は、前記第3の材料層に設けられた第2の開口部を含み、
前記第2の中間層補強材を挿入する前記ステップは、前記第2の中間層補強材を前記第3の材料層の前記第2の開口部の第1の部分中に挿入するステップを含む、請求項12記載の方法。 - 前記第2の中間層補強材は、前記第2の材料層と前記第3の材料層との間で少なくとも1つの追加の材料層中に挿入される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 追加の中間層補強材が前記第2の材料層と前記第3の材料層との間で前記少なくとも1つの追加の材料層中に挿入され、前記第2の中間層補強材は、前記追加の中間層補強材に対して間隔を置いて挿入され、前記間隔は、前記追加の補強材の数に基づいている、請求項14記載の方法。
- 少なくとも前記第3の材料層を少なくとも前記第1及び前記第2の材料層と整列させる前記ステップは、前記第2の材料層と前記第3の材料層を第2の層間隔により離隔させるステップを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記材料層は、三次元モデルの少なくとも一部分の断面を表し、前記材料層のうちの少なくとも2つは、互いに異なる断面形状を有する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記材料層のうちの少なくとも1つは、少なくとも2つの互いに別個独立した断面を含む、請求項17記載の方法。
