Description
本願は、米国特許法第119条に基づき、参照によってその全体が本願に援用される2014年6月9日に出願された米国仮特許出願第62/009,587号の優先権を主張する米国特許出願である。
Claims (19)
- 遠位側から順次に留置するために複数の基準マーカを保持する基準マーカ留置針と、
前記基準マーカ留置のための推進機構であって、
中心縦軸とハンドルルーメンを画定する長尺状ハンドル部材と、
前記ハンドル部材に前記中心縦軸を中心に回転可能に取り付けられ、螺旋筐体ねじ山を有する内壁を画定する長尺状回転可能筐体部材と、
前記回転可能筐体部材の中に配置され、前記螺旋筐体ねじ山とねじ係合する螺旋状のねじ山を有する外壁を画定するねじ部材と、
前記留置針の中に縦方向に配置され、前記ハンドルルーメンと、前記回転可能筐体部材の少なくとも一部を通って近位方向に延びるスタイレットであって、前記ねじ部材に取り付けられたスタイレットと、
前記ねじ部材に取り付けられ、前記ハンドル部材の少なくとも一部を通って近位方向に延びるガイドバーと、
を含む推進機構と、
を含む基準マーカ留置システムのためのねじ駆動式ハンドル。 - 前記ねじ部材が前記回転可能筐体部材の筐体ルーメンの中で縦方向に移動可能である、請求項1に記載のハンドル。
- 前記筐体部材に回転力が加えられると、前記ねじ部材が前記筐体ルーメンの中で、縦方向に前進または後退する、請求項2に記載のハンドル。
- 前記筐体部材が丸1回転することにより、前記スタイレットが、所定の数の前記複数の基準マーカの針遠位端からの留置に対応する距離だけ遠位方向に移動する、請求項3に記載のハンドル。
- 前記ハンドル部材の近位端に形成されたコネクタプレートをさらに含む、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のハンドル。
- 前記留置針が前記コネクタプレートに取り付けられている、請求項5に記載のハンドル。
- 前記回転可能筐体部材がさらに、前記内壁上に形成された凹部を画定する、請求項5に記載のハンドル。
- 前記コネクタプレートは、前記回転可能筐体部材の前記内壁に形成された前記凹部によって所定の位置に保持される、請求項7に記載のハンドル。
- 前記ハンドル部材が、前記回転可能筐体部材の少なくとも一部を通って縦方向に延びる、請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載のハンドル。
- 前記ハンドル部材がさらに、前記ハンドル部材の近位端において横方向に突出するハンドル部分を画定する、請求項1に記載のハンドル。
- 前記留置針が前記横方向に突出するハンドル部分に取り付けられている、請求項10に記載のハンドル。
- 前記筐体部材はさらに、前記筐体部材の前記遠位端に横方向に突出する筐体部分を画定する、請求項10または11に記載のハンドル。
- 前記筐体部材は、前記横方向に突出する筐体部分が前記横方向に突出するハンドル部分と係合することによって前記ハンドル部材と回転可能に係合する、請求項12に記載のハンドル。
- 縦方向のハンドルルーメンを画定する長尺状ハンドル本体と、
前記ハンドル本体の近位端部分に直接または間接的に取り付けられた長尺状カニューレであって、前記ハンドルルーメンを通り遠位方向に延び、縦方向のカニューレルーメンを画定するカニューレと、
前記ハンドル本体に回転可能に取り付けられ、縦方向の筐体ルーメンを画定する長尺状筐体本体と、
前記筐体ルーメン内に配置されたねじ山付ねじ部材と、
スタイレットであって、前記ねじ部材から前記カニューレルーメンの中へと遠位方向に延び、前記筐体部材を前記ハンドル本体に対して相対的に回転させると、前記ねじ部材とともに前記縦方向の筐体ルーメンに対して縦方向に移動するように構成されたスタイレットと、
前記ねじ部材に取り付けられ、前記ハンドル部材の少なくとも一部を通って近位方向に延びるガイドバーと、
を含む、基準マーカ針等のカニューレを通してスタイレットの長さ方向の前進を制御するように構成された医療機器のためのハンドル。 - 前記筐体本体が360度回転することが、前記スタイレットを、前記基準マーカ針の前記遠位端からの所定の数の基準マーカの留置に対応する所定の増分だけ遠位方向に移動させるのに有効である、請求項14に記載の医療機器のためのハンドル。
- 前記ハンドル本体の前記近位端に形成されたコネクタ部分をさらに含む、請求項14または15に記載の医療機器のためのハンドル。
- 前記カニューレは前記コネクタ部分に取り付けられる、請求項16に記載の医療機器のためのハンドル。
- 前記ハンドル本体はさらに、前記ハンドル本体の一体部分として、縦方向に突出するコネクタ部分を画定する、請求項14に記載の医療機器のためのハンドル。
- 前記カニューレが前記縦方向に突出するコネクタ部分に取り付けられる、請求項18に記載の医療機器のためのハンドル。
