Description

The present invention relates to a connecting structure of rod-shaped members such as columns and horizontal members in various wooden structures including a wooden building.

In various wooden structures such as wooden construction, a skeleton is often constructed by combining rod-shaped members such as columns and horizontal members. The location where these members are connected is extremely important for maintaining the strength of the structure, and fitting techniques such as joints and joints have been introduced for a long time. However, joints and joints have problems such as complicated processing of members, and in recent years, members are often connected using various hardware.

Regarding the connection between members, various techniques have been proposed to date, and examples thereof are shown in the following patent documents. Patent Document 1 discloses a shaft assembling method using a fitting for connection as an alternative to a joint or joint. A hole is formed in wood, a bolt is embedded therein, and the bolt is fixed to the wood with a caulking material. doing. Moreover, in order to insert the bolt which protrudes from a timber, the hollow connection metal fitting is used. Then, when a projecting bolt is inserted into the connecting metal fitting and a nut is screwed to the tip thereof and tightened, a plurality of woods can be connected via the connecting metal fitting.

Patent Document 2 discloses a drift pin used at a joint portion such as a column and a beam in a wooden frame structure. This drift pin has a double structure comprising a cylindrical main body and a thin rod-like engagement member inserted therein. Therefore, even after construction, a reaction force is generated in the expansion direction, and loosening of the drift pin due to aging of the member can be prevented. And in FIG. 1 etc. of this literature, the connection metal fitting is embedded so that the boundary of the two members to be joined may be straddled. The connection fitting is a thin box-like shape, is embedded in a hole or a recess processed at the center of the boundary between the two members, and is further fixed by a drift pin inserted from a side surface of the column or beam.

It is important for wooden architecture to create a natural atmosphere derived from trees so that it becomes a healing space for people. Therefore, even when various hardware is used for connecting members, consideration is often given at the design and construction stage so that no hardware can be seen from the room. In addition, metal materials are significantly different in thermal conductivity from wood and cause condensation, and also have problems such as being easily weakened by heat during a fire. These points can be solved by embedding hardware in the wood and avoiding exposure to the outside as much as possible, but in order to achieve this, it is necessary to consider various factors such as workability, strength, and cost.

The fitting for connection disclosed in Patent Document 1 is sandwiched between the boundaries of two members, and the presence of the fitting can be easily recognized from the outside. In addition, the connection fitting disclosed in Patent Document 2 is embedded in a hole or a recess processed into a member, and its side surface is completely obscured, but the upper and lower surfaces are exposed to the outside, and both ends of the drift pin are exposed. Are also exposed to the outside. As described above, some of the currently used hardware is exposed to the outside.

The present invention was developed on the basis of such circumstances, and in various wooden structures including wooden construction, almost all of the hardware can be embedded in the member, and the connecting structure of members excellent in aesthetics and the like The purpose is to provide.

The invention according to claim 1 for solving the above-mentioned problems is a connecting structure of one rod-like material and the other material, and is arranged so as to straddle the contact surface between the one material and the other material. And a hollow connecting pipe and a fixing means such as a bolt for integrating the connecting pipe with the one material and the other material, and the contact surface of the other material is an end face of the member, and The one material and the other material are arranged so as to sandwich the side surface of the connecting pipe, and the fixing means has a function of pulling the one material and the other material to the side surface of the connecting pipe, In order to accommodate the whole connecting pipe, the other material is formed with an upright groove facing the contact surface and extending in the vertical direction, and a fixing means such as the bolt is inserted into the side face of the connecting pipe. Side holes are provided, and each of the upright grooves is the one material. Preliminary wherein is interrupted without reaching the lower surface of the other material, the bottom of the upright groove is a coupling structure, characterized in that the upward surface for mounting the connecting pipe.

The present invention is for connecting rod-shaped members to each other in various wooden structures such as wooden buildings. For convenience, the one closer to the foundation is referred to as one material among a plurality of connected members. The one that is supported imaginarily is called the other material. Moreover, the connection part of one material and the other material presupposes that both carry out surface contact directly. However, the arrangement of the members is free, in addition to the case where the side surface of one material and the end surface of the other material are brought into contact with each other to construct an L-shaped or T-shaped connecting portion, both end surfaces are brought into contact with each other to form a straight line It may be connected to. Furthermore, it is also possible to construct a cross-shaped connecting portion by bringing the end faces of the other material into contact with both side surfaces of the one material.

The connecting pipe bears the connection between the one material and the other material, and is used in a posture in which a square steel pipe or the like cut to a predetermined length is upright. In the present invention, it is necessary to place bolts and nuts in the connecting pipe and tighten them, and the connecting pipe needs to have a certain size. In addition, “arranged so as to straddle the contact surface between the one material and the other material” means that both the one material side and the other material side have the connecting pipe biting into the interior beyond the contact surface of both materials. Means that.

The upright groove is a groove that is processed into both the one material and the other material in order to accommodate the connecting pipe, and is assumed to extend linearly. Furthermore, the upright groove plays a role of covering the entire side surface of the accommodated connecting pipe. Therefore, the depth of the upright groove (distance from the contact surface) is ensured so that the connecting pipe can be accommodated in the state where the one material and the other material are in contact with each other and the upright grooves are opposed to each other. However, the depth of the upright groove may be different between the one material side and the other material side. In addition, when the one material and the other material are in contact and the connecting pipe is accommodated in the upright groove, the end face of the other material is in contact with the surface of the one material, and the one material and the other material are the side surfaces of the connecting pipe. Will be lined up so as to sandwich.

The fixing means is for fixing the connecting pipe to one material or the other material, and is constituted by a lag screw or the like embedded in the back surface of the upright groove, and a bolt or nut screwed to this. When constructing a cross-shaped connecting part in which the other material sandwiches the side surface of one material, a stud bolt that penetrates both side surfaces of the one material and nuts that are screwed to both ends are used as fixing means. You can also. And a side hole is provided in the side surface of a connecting pipe in order to insert these bolts, and is arrange | positioned in the surface facing the inner surface of an upright groove | channel. In this way, by using some fixing means, the one material and the other material are attracted to the side surface of the connecting pipe, and the one material and the other material are connected via the connecting pipe.

The upright groove extends in the vertical direction, but neither the one material nor the other material should reach the lower surface of the member, and it is assumed that the material is interrupted before that. As a result, the connecting pipe cannot be seen at all from below. And the bottom of an upright groove shall be called an upward surface. By placing the connecting pipe on the upward surface, it is possible to transfer the vertical load between the connecting pipe and the member. In order to reduce the pressure acting on the upward surface, the lower surface of the connecting pipe may be blocked. In addition, from the viewpoint of securing the rigidity of the connecting portion, it is preferable that the upright grooves and the horizontal widths of the connecting pipes are the same.

In this way, by fitting the connecting pipe into the upright groove and further using the fixing means, the connecting pipe is integrated with the one material and the other material, so that the members can be connected to each other via the connecting pipe. Since it does not reach the lower surface of the member, metal parts cannot be seen at all from the side or the lower side of the connecting portion, and a natural atmosphere of wood is created. The upper part of the upright groove cannot be covered. However, since a floor board is laid on this surface, the whole is eventually covered.

Further, the connecting pipe is excellent in rigidity against torsion and bending because of its shape, and the rigidity of the connecting portion between the one material and the other material is inevitably improved. In particular, the effect can be maximized by fitting the connecting pipe into the upright groove without any gap. In addition, the posture of one material or the other material after construction is free, and depending on the construction location, the upright groove may not extend in the vertical direction.

The invention according to claim 2 shows a specific example of the fixing means, and the fixing means includes an embedded shaft embedded in a prepared hole formed in the inner surface of the upright groove, and a bolt inserted into a side hole. A female screw for screwing the bolt is provided on the end surface of the shaft.

The embedded shaft is a metal rod-like material embedded in a member, such as a lag screw or a deformed steel bar, and is inserted into a prepared hole formed in the back surface of the upright groove. The back surface of the upright groove is a surface that is located in the back of the upright groove and develops substantially parallel to the contact surface. The deformed steel bar is integrated with the member via an adhesive. Furthermore, a female screw is provided on the end surface of the embedded shaft (exposed to the outside) so that a bolt can be screwed together.

At the time of construction, first, the upright groove and the pilot hole are processed, and the embedded shaft is embedded and fixed in the pilot hole. Next, the connecting pipe is fitted into the upright groove of the other material, and then a bolt is inserted into the connecting pipe, and the tip is inserted into the side hole and screwed into the female screw and tightened. Thus, by providing the female screw on the end surface of the embedded shaft and screwing the bolt into this, the entire embedded shaft can be embedded in the prepared hole. Therefore, there are few restrictions at the time of making one material and the other material contact during construction, and after installing one material, both materials can be arranged in a regular position only by gradually lowering the other material lifted.

The invention according to claim 3 limits the shape of the upright groove, and the upright groove is formed so as to cut out the surface of one material or the other material, and the upper portion of the upright groove is opposed to the upper surface of the connecting pipe. A downward surface is provided. The upright groove extends in the vertical direction as described above, and its uppermost part often reaches the upper surface of the member in consideration of processing and construction. However, as in the present invention, it is possible to discontinue without reaching the upper surface of the member and to provide a downward surface.

The downward surface inevitably faces the upward surface, and the connecting pipe is sandwiched between the downward surface and the upward surface. The downward surface and the upper surface of the connecting pipe can be brought into contact with each other, but a certain amount of gap may be provided in consideration of workability and the like. In addition, the upper part of the upright groove becomes a work space when a fixing means such as a bolt is incorporated. Therefore, the entire upper portion of the upright groove straddling the one material and the other material cannot be blocked, and the range in which the downward surface is provided is limited to a part of the upright groove. However, the specific method of forming the downward surface is free.

As an example of the method of forming the downward surface, there is a method in which an upright groove is cut so as to cut out the surface of the member, and one of the inner surfaces is a downward surface. In addition, there is a difference in the cutting depth of the upper part of the upright groove, and the upright groove reaches the upper surface of the member in the vicinity of the surface of the member. A downward surface can also be provided. Further, the downward surface is not limited to one of the one material and the other material, and may be provided on both. By bringing the upper surface of the connecting pipe into contact with the downward surface, part of the vertical load acting between the one material and the other material is transmitted through this contact surface, reducing the burden on bolts, etc. It becomes more advantageous in terms of sex.

As in the first aspect of the present invention, the connecting pipe is fitted into the upright groove, and the connecting pipe is integrated with the one member and the other member using the fixing means, thereby connecting the members through the connecting pipe. be able to. Moreover, the upright groove is interrupted without reaching the lower surface of the member, and the whole fixing means is embedded in the member or the connecting pipe. Therefore, no metal parts can be seen from the side or the lower side of the connecting portion, and a natural atmosphere of wood is created in the room.

In addition, by closing the upper part of the upright groove with a floor plate or the like, the entire connecting pipe and the fixing means are embedded in the member, and can be completely isolated from the outside air. Therefore, it is possible to prevent dew condensation due to the difference in heat transfer properties, to mitigate the rise in temperature during a fire, and to improve the reliability of the connecting part. Further, since the connecting pipe is mounted on the upward surface of the bottom of the upright groove, a vertical load can be transmitted through this portion, the load on the fixing means is reduced, and the strength of the connecting portion is also improved. .

According to a second aspect of the present invention, the fixing means is composed of an embedded shaft provided with an internal thread on the end surface and a bolt that is screwed into the internal thread, so that the entire embedded shaft is contained in the member. Can be embedded. Therefore, there are few restrictions when contacting one material and the other material at the time of construction. As a specific example, after installing one material and attaching a connecting pipe to the other material, simply lowering the other material that has been lifted, the two materials can be aligned at their normal positions. The work of pulling the material and bringing it into close contact can be omitted.

By providing a downward surface on the upper part of the upright groove as in the third aspect of the invention, the upper part of the connecting pipe can be covered with the member, and the aesthetics and fire resistance become more advantageous. Further, since the vertical load is transmitted between the upper surface and the downward surface of the connecting pipe, the load on the bolts is reduced, and the strength and reliability are further improved.

FIG. 25 is a perspective view and a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the one material and the other material in FIG. 24 are connected.

FIG. 1 shows a specific example of a connecting structure according to the present invention, and an L-shaped connecting portion is constructed by bringing the side surface of one material 41 into contact with the end surface of the other material 51. Each of the one material 41 and the other material 51 is a rod-shaped timber containing a laminated material and has a uniform height, and the one material 41 supports the other material 51 in an aerial manner. The portions where the one material 41 and the other material 51 are actually in contact are referred to as contact surfaces 43 and 53. The contact surface 53 of the other material 51 serves as an end surface thereof, and the contact surface 43 of the one material 41 on the other side is a range in contact with the other material 51 on the side surface. And the connection pipe 11 and the fixing means bear the connection of the one material 41 and the other material 51.

The connecting pipe 11 is a general-purpose steel pipe cut out, and its lateral width is narrower than that of the other material 51. In order to accommodate the connecting pipe 11, the upright grooves 44 and 54 are processed in both the one material 41 and the other material 51. The upright grooves 44 and 54 are cut into a rectangular shape up to a predetermined depth with the contact surfaces 43 and 53 as base points, and the upper part is open to the outside, while the lower part is the one material 41 or the other. The material 51 is interrupted without reaching the lower surface. Therefore, upward surfaces 45 and 55 extending in the horizontal direction are formed at the bottoms of the upright grooves 44 and 54.

The heights (vertical direction) of the upright grooves 44 and 54 shall be able to accommodate the entire connecting pipe 11 standing upright. Further, the depth (depth with respect to the contact surfaces 43 and 53) and the width of the upright grooves 44 and 54 are adjusted so that the connecting pipe 11 can be accommodated without gap when the one material 41 and the other material 51 are brought into contact with each other. is there.

The fixing means is for integrating the connecting pipe 11 with the one member 41 and the other member 51, and is constituted by an embedded shaft 21 using a lag screw and a bolt 31 screwed into the embedded shaft 21. The embedded shaft 21 has a cylindrical shape, and has a spirally extending ridge 26 formed on the side peripheral surface thereof, and a head 25 for hooking a tool and a bolt 31 on one end surface thereof. A female screw 27 is formed. In this figure, each of the one material 41 and the other material 51 embeds two upper and lower embedded shafts 21, and correspondingly, the one material 41 and the other material 51 are previously machined with pilot holes 46 and 56, respectively. It is. When the embedded shaft 21 is embedded in the pilot holes 46 and 56, the ridges 26 bite into the peripheral surfaces of the pilot holes 46 and 56, and the embedded shaft 21 is fixed.

In addition, in this figure, both the one material 41 and the other material 51 have the shaft 28 embedded between the upper and lower embedded shafts 21. The shaft 28 has a simple columnar shape and carries the load in the vertical direction, and is embedded in pre-processed pilot holes 46 and 56 like the embedded shaft 21. Of course, the pilot holes 46 and 56 have an inner diameter that can accommodate the shaft 28 without a gap. The shaft 28 also has a head 25 and a female screw 27 formed on one end surface.

After the embedded shaft 21 and the shaft 28 are embedded in the one member 41 and the other member 51, the connecting pipe 11 is fitted into the upright grooves 44 and 54, and the bolt 31 is inserted from the connecting pipe 11 toward the female screw 27. The one material 41 and the other material 51 are connected via the tube 11. A side hole 38 is provided on the side surface of the connecting pipe 11 for inserting the bolt 31. The position of the side hole 38 is adjusted so as to be concentric with the embedded shaft 21 and the shaft 28. However, the bolt 31 to be screwed into the lower embedded shaft 21 is fitted into a side groove 37 serving as an alternative to the side hole 38 in consideration of construction work.

FIG. 2 shows a stage in the middle of connecting the one material 41 and the other material 51 of FIG. As illustrated in the upper left of this figure, two upper and lower embedded shafts 21 and one shaft 28 are embedded in a prepared hole 56 extending from the inner surface of the upright groove 54 of the other member 51. Both the embedded shaft 21 and the shaft 28 have their end surfaces aligned with the back surface of the upright groove 54 without a step. On the other hand, the upper and lower embedded shafts 21 and the single shaft 28 are embedded in the prepared hole 46 as shown in the lower part of the figure.

After the embedded shaft 21 and the shaft 28 are embedded in the other material 51, the connecting pipe 11 is fitted into the upright groove 54 and the lower part thereof is placed on the upward surface 55, so that the side hole 38 is embedded in the embedded shaft 21 and shaft 28. Are aligned concentrically with the female screw 27. Next, when the bolt 31 is disposed in the connecting pipe 11, and the tip thereof is inserted into the side hole 38 or the side groove 37 and screwed into the female screw 27 and tightened, the connecting pipe 11 and the other member 51 are integrated. . For tightening the bolt 31, there may be a case where a hexagon wrench B is inserted into the connecting pipe 11 as shown in the drawing and rotation is applied little by little.

In addition to integrating the connecting tube 11 and the other material 51, the bolt 31 is screwed onto the buried shaft 21 below the one material 41. However, at this stage, tightening is not performed, but the head of the bolt 31 is intentionally floated, and a clearance for fitting the side groove 37 is secured. Then, the other material 51 is lifted, and the position of the other material 51 is adjusted so that the connecting pipe 11 is aligned right above the upright groove 44 of the one material 41. Thereafter, when the other material 51 is gradually lowered, the connecting pipe 11 enters the upright groove 44 and eventually the shaft portion of the bolt 31 enters the side groove 37, so that the one material 41 and the other material 51 cannot be separated. Further, after all of the bolts 31 are tightened after the connecting pipe 11 contacts the upward surface 45 of the one material 41, the connection of the one material 41 and the other material 51 is completed.

The operation of integrating the connecting pipe 11 and the other material 51 can be performed even at the lumbering stage, and the amount of work at the site can be reduced. Further, the connecting pipe 11 protrudes from the end surface of the other material 51 and does not protrude at all in the side surface direction. Therefore, even when the connecting pipe 11 and the other material 51 are integrated at the lumbering stage, the other material 51 can be stacked in the same manner as a normal square material during storage and transportation, and is excellent in terms of cost and safety.

FIG. 3 shows a state in which the one material 41 and the other material 51 of FIG. 1 are connected. Thus, when the side surface of the one material 41 and the end surface of the other material 51 are brought into contact with each other, an L-shaped connecting portion is constructed, and the entire connecting pipe 11 is embedded in the upright grooves 44 and 54. Each side surface of the connecting pipe 11 is in full contact with the one material 41 and the other material 51 so that the rigidity of the connecting portion can be improved. However, the upper surface of the connecting pipe 11 is slightly lower than the upper surfaces of the one material 41 and the other material 51. Therefore, the floor board F contacts the upper surface of the one material 41 or the other material 51 without a gap. By placing the floor board F, the connecting pipe 11 is completely covered and is excellent in terms of condensation and fire. In addition, the connecting pipe 11 is in contact with the upward surfaces 45 and 55, and the downward load acting on the other material 51 is also received by the upward surface 45 of the one material 41, and the load on the embedded shaft 21 and the shaft 28. Has been reduced.

FIG. 4 shows a cross-shaped connecting structure in which the side surface of one material 41 is sandwiched between two other materials 51 and viewed from above. The connecting pipe 11 used here is exactly the same as that of FIG. 1, and each of the two other members 51 is further processed with an upright groove 54 on the end face and embedded shaft 21 on the back face thereof. The point that the shaft 28 is embedded is exactly the same. However, with respect to the one material 41, the upright grooves 44 are processed back to back on the side surfaces, and the upper and lower three prepared holes 46 penetrate both sides. The embedded shaft 22 and the shaft 29 embedded in the one material 41 are both formed with female threads 27 on both end faces, and the entire length is matched with the pilot hole 46.

FIG. 5 shows a state where one material 41 and the other material 51 of FIG. 4 are connected. Thus, the cross member is constructed by pulling the other member 51 to both side surfaces of the one member 41, but the connecting pipe 11, the embedded shafts 21, 22 and the bolts 31 are all embedded inside. No metal can be seen from the side or below. Further, as depicted in the BB cross section, the embedded shaft 22 and the shaft 29 embedded in the one material 41 have bolts 31 screwed to both end surfaces thereof, and the left and right other materials 51 are drawn.

FIG. 6 shows a connection structure in which the other material 51 extends in the oblique direction from the side surface of the one material 41. In this case as well, as in the case of the first material 41 and the second material 51, the upright grooves 44 and 54 and the prepared holes 46 and 56 are processed, and the embedded shaft 21 is embedded in the prepared holes 46 and 56. Will not change. However, the upright groove 54 of the other material 51 extends in the longitudinal direction of the other material 51, and the end surface of the other material 51 and the back surface of the upright groove 54 are not aligned in parallel. Therefore, the connecting pipe 12 is a polygon bent in the middle so as not to create a gap between the two upright grooves 44 and 54. If the crossing angle between the one material 41 and the other material 51 is different, the connecting pipe 12 cannot be used.

In this figure, both materials have pilot holes 46 and 56 arranged in two rows, and the shaft 28 as shown in FIG. 1 is not used, and the side groove 37 is not provided in the connecting pipe 12. Thus, the present invention is characterized in that the upright grooves 44 and 54 that do not reach the lower surface of either the one material 41 or the other material 51 are processed, and the connecting pipe 12 is accommodated therein, and the embedded shaft 21 Whether or not the shaft 28 is used and the number of the shafts 28 may be freely determined.

FIG. 7 shows a connection structure in which the other material 51 extends obliquely from the side surface of the one material 41 as in FIG. 6. However, the connection tube 13 can be made cylindrical to follow the change in the intersection angle. The side hole 39 of the connecting pipe 13 is a long hole extending sideways. Therefore, even when the crossing angle of the one member 41 and the other member 51 is different, the bolt 31 can be inserted without hindrance and can be used without depending on the crossing angle.

Furthermore, a dedicated washer 35 is used to stabilize the head of the bolt 31. One surface of the washer 35 is curved so as to be in close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the connecting pipe 13. In addition, the connecting pipe 13 and the upright grooves 44 and 54 cannot make surface contact as in the past. However, by adjusting the dimensions of each part so that the connecting pipe 13 is sandwiched between the upright grooves 44 and 54, a certain rigidity can be ensured.

FIG. 8 shows a connection structure in which the other material 51 is inclined downward in the roof portion or the like. Here, the one material 41 is laid in the horizontal direction, and the other material 51 protrudes obliquely downward from the side surface. Even in this case, the upright groove 44 is processed on the side surface of the one material 41 as before, but the upright groove 54 and the pilot hole 56 of the other material 51 are processed with reference to the longitudinal direction of the other material 51. It is. Therefore, the end surface of the other material 51 and the back surface of the upright groove 54 are not aligned in parallel.

The connecting pipe 14 used here has a concave shape when viewed from the side, and both the one material 41 side and the other material 51 side can be in close contact with the back surfaces of the upright grooves 44 and 54. . Furthermore, the upper end of the connecting pipe 14 is a slope so as not to protrude above the upright grooves 44, 54. Contrary to this figure, even when the other material 51 is inclined upward, the present invention can be introduced without difficulty by adjusting the shape of the connecting pipe or the like.

FIG. 9 shows a connection structure in which the end of the other material 51 is placed on the one material 41 in addition to placing the connection tube 15 on the upward surfaces 45 and 55 of both materials. As the aging of each part progresses after construction, a slight gap may occur between the one material 41 and the other material 51. Even in that case, there is no problem in strength, but this slight gap may become a problem in appearance. Therefore, as shown in this figure, the height of the other material 51 is suppressed more than that of the one material 41, and further, the outer groove 47 is processed in the side surface of the one material 41, and the upright groove 44 is processed in the inside. As a structure, the stacking surface 48 can be provided one step below the upward surface 45.

The outer groove 47 is sized so that the end portion of the other material 51 can be fitted with no gap. When the both sides are actually fitted, the upward surfaces 45 and 55 are arranged without any step. In addition, two embedded shafts 21 are embedded in each of the one material 41 and the other material 51, and the connecting pipe 15 is provided with side holes 38 in the vertical direction corresponding thereto.

FIG. 10 shows a process of connecting the one material 41 and the other material 51 of FIG. The embedded shaft 21 is embedded in each of the one material 41 and the other material 51, and the connecting pipe 15 is fixed to the upright groove 54 of the other material 51. Next, when the connecting pipe 15 protruding from the other material 51 is fitted into the upright groove 44 of the one material 41 and the bolt 31 is tightened, the connection is completed. The end of the other material 51 is fitted into the outer groove 47 of the one material 41, and the lower surface of the other material 51 is received by the stacking surface 48. Therefore, the downward load acting on the other material 51 is reliably transmitted to the one material 41. Further, even if the one material 41 and the other material 51 are slightly separated after the construction, there is no change in appearance as long as the other material 51 is fitted in the outer groove 47.

FIG. 11 shows a connection structure in which the end surfaces of the one material 41 and the other material 51 are brought into contact with each other and connected in a straight line. Here, upright grooves 44 and 54 are processed on both end faces of the one material 41 and the other material 51. Further, wood screws 32 are used as means for fixing the connecting pipe 16 and the other material 51. Two wood screws 32 are used on the top and bottom, and the inner diameter of one side of the side hole 38 of the connecting pipe 16 is increased accordingly. In addition, an embedded shaft 23 obtained by cutting out a deformed steel bar is used as a fixing means for the connection pipe 16 and the one member 41. The embedded shaft 23 has a rib 24 formed on the side peripheral surface and a female screw 27 formed on one end surface. After applying the adhesive A, a pilot hole processed in the back surface of the upright groove 44 Embedded in 46.

The lower surface of the connecting pipe 16 is closed with a bottom plate 36 except for the vicinity of the side groove 37. Thereby, a contact area with the upward surfaces 45 and 55 increases, and it contributes to dispersion | distribution of a load. In addition, when connecting the one material 41 and the other material 51 of this figure, the connection pipe 16 is first fitted in the upright groove 54 of the other material 51, and both are integrated by the wood screw 32. FIG. Next, the embedded shaft 23 is fixed to the prepared hole 46 of the one material 41 with the adhesive A, and the bolt 31 fitted into the side groove 37 is screwed onto the embedded shaft 23 below. Finally, when the connecting pipe 16 protruding from the suspended other material 51 is placed on the one material 41 and the bolt 31 on the one material 41 side is tightened, the operation is completed. Thus, various things such as bolts 31, lag screws, wood screws 32, and deformed steel bars can be used as the fixing means.

FIG. 12 shows a connection structure in which two other members 51 are arranged radially on the side surface of one member 41. In general bracing and truss, a plurality of members are often connected at one place, but the present invention can cope with such a situation. In this figure, two other members 51 are connected to the side surface of one member 41, and two connecting pipes 17 a and 17 b that are trapezoidal according to the intersection angle of the other member 51 are used. Further, the upright groove 54 to be processed into the other material 51 is open only on one side surface side (the side in contact with the adjacent other material 51). However, the point that the embedded shaft 21 is embedded in the prepared hole 56 on the back surface of the upright groove 54 is the same as before.

The connecting pipe 17a drawn on the upper left is fixed to the upright groove 54 of the other member 51 on the left side, and the connecting pipe 17b drawn on the upper right is fixed to the upright groove 54 of the other member 51 on the right side. , 17b are fitted into the upright grooves 44 of the one member 41, the side surfaces of the two connecting pipes 17a, 17b are brought into close contact with each other. A close-up hole 63 is provided on the close contact side surface, and the two connecting pipes 17a and 17b can be integrated. In each of the two other members 51, the pilot hole 56 extends in the longitudinal direction of the member, and the back surface of the upright groove 54 is orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the member.

FIG. 13 shows a state where one material 41 and the other material 51 of FIG. 12 are connected. As described above, the vicinity of the end portions of the two other members 51 are in contact with each other, so that the lower surfaces and side surfaces of the two connecting pipes 17a and 17b are completely covered. At the time of construction, connecting pipes 17a and 17b are attached to each other material 51, and thereafter, the other material 51 is connected to one material 41 one by one. At that time, the two connecting pipes 17a and 17b are in close contact with each other. Then, after the other material 51 is connected, when the approach bolt 61 is inserted into the approach hole 63 and the nut 62 is screwed to the tip thereof and tightened, the connection pipes 17a and 17b are integrated to improve the strength of the connection portion.

FIG. 14 shows a cross-shaped connection structure in which the side surface of the upright one member 41 is sandwiched between two other members 51 and the vertical member 71 is connected to the one member 41. The two other members 51 are arranged so as to face each other with the one member 41 as a center, and the vertical member 71 is connected to the one member 41 through a hozo pipe 64. At the time of construction, first, two embedded shafts 21 and one shaft 28 are embedded in each other material 51, and the connecting pipe 11 is fixed to the upright groove 54. Next, the two other materials 51 facing each other are drawn to the one material 41 by using a fixing means including a stud bolt 34 and a nut 33 screwed to both ends thereof.

On the other hand, an upright groove 44 for accommodating the connecting pipe 11 and a prepared hole 46 for inserting the stud bolt 34 are processed in the material 41. The upright grooves 44 are provided on both the left and right sides, and the pilot holes 46 penetrate both sides. In addition, the vertical member 71 is connected to the one member 41 via the hozo pipe 64. Therefore, a core hole 49 into which the one material 41 is inserted is processed at the center of the upper surface. The core hole 49 intersects with the pilot hole 46, and the stud bolt 64 and the one material 41 are integrated by inserting the stud bolt 34 into the hozo pipe 64. Similarly, a core hole 74 is machined in the center of the lower surface of the vertical member 71, and after inserting the hozo pipe 64 into this, both are integrated by a fixing pin 66. In order to insert the fixing pin 66, a pin hole 72 is processed on the side surface of the vertical member 71, and a round hole 65 is provided on the side peripheral surface of the hozo pipe 64 to insert the stud bolt 34 and the fixing pin 66. It is.

FIG. 15 shows a state in which the one material 41, the other material 51, and the vertical material 71 of FIG. In this manner, the two other members 51 are attracted to the side surface of the one member 41 by the stud bolt 34 and the nuts 33 at both ends thereof. Of course, the lower surface and side surfaces of the connecting pipe 11 are completely covered. Further, the one material 41 and the vertical material 71 are integrated by a hozo pipe 64, a stud bolt 34, and a fixing pin 66. On the other hand, the material 41 and the vertical material 71 are arranged in the same cross-sectional shape without a step and substantially function as one column.

FIG. 16 shows a cross-shaped connection structure as seen from above, with the other material 51 protruding horizontally from each side of the upright one material 41. In this figure, two embedded shafts 21 are embedded in each other member 51, and the connecting pipe 18 is fixed to the upright groove 54 thereof. Further, the two other members 51 opposed to each other with the one member 41 interposed therebetween are attracted by the stud bolt 34 and the nut 33 screwed to both ends thereof. Therefore, a pilot hole 46 penetrating both sides is processed in the back surface of the upright groove 44 of the one material 41. The stud bolt 34 is inserted in two orthogonal directions, but the height of the pilot hole 46 is changed depending on the direction so that they can be three-dimensionally crossed inside. In addition, in order to ensure versatility, the connecting pipe 18 is provided with a side hole 38 on each side surface, and the height is changed on the adjacent side surface.

FIG. 17 shows a state in which the other material 51 is connected to each side surface of the one material 41 in FIG. 16. Thus, although the lower surface and side surface of the connecting pipe 18 are completely covered, the upper surface is exposed to the outside. If it is desired to cover and conceal the upper surface of the connecting pipe 18, a closing plate P that fits into the upright grooves 44 and 54 is used. By aligning the material of the closing plate P with the one material 41 and the other material 51, it is possible to cover the presence of the connecting pipe 18 and the upright grooves 44 and 54 after construction.

FIG. 18 shows a connection structure in which the other material 51 is attached to two adjacent surfaces among the four side surfaces of the one material 41 and the vertical material 71 is connected on the one material 41. On the other hand, upright grooves 44 and pilot holes 46 are machined on the left and right sides of the material 41, but the pilot holes 46 are bottomed and have different heights on the left and right. The connecting pipe 19 has the same shape on both the left and right sides, and four side holes 38 are provided in the upper and lower sides on the surface facing the one member 41 among the side surfaces. In addition, the height of the upright groove 44 exceeds the height of the other material 51, and only the one material 41 protrudes upward.

On the other hand, the material 41 and the vertical material 71 are connected by a stud bolt 77. A core hole 49 is machined in the center of the upper surface of the one material 41 in order to screw the lower lag screw 76. Further, a female screw is formed on the upper end surface of the lower lag screw 76, and the lower portion of the stud bolt 77 can be screwed together. Further, a core hole 74 is processed at the center of the lower surface of the vertical member 71, and a rectangular side window 73 connected to the core hole 74 is processed on the side surface of the vertical member 71.

FIG. 19 shows a process of connecting the vertical member 71 after connecting the one member 41 and the other member 51 of FIG. The two other members 51 are arranged at right angles, and both are connected to the side surface of the one member 41. In addition, a lower lag screw 76 is screwed into the core hole 49 of the one member 41, and a stud bolt 77 is screwed thereto.

An upper lag screw 78 is screwed into the core hole 74 of the vertical member 71. The upper lag screw 78 is hollow, and a stud bolt 77 protruding from the one material 41 can be inserted therethrough. When the vertical member 71 is placed right above the one member 41, the upper end of the stud bolt 77 penetrates the upper lag screw 78 and reaches the side window 73. Thereafter, when a nut 79 and a washer 75 are inserted from the side window 73 and the nut 79 is screwed into the stud bolt 77 and tightened, the vertical member 71 is drawn to the one member 41, and all the connections are completed.

FIG. 20 is a perspective view showing a connecting structure in which there are steps on the upward surfaces 45 and 55 of the upright grooves 44 and 54 on the one material 41 side and the other material 51 side. As shown in this figure, when the heights of the one material 41 and the other material 51 are different and there are steps on the upward surfaces 45 and 55 of both, the same material 41 is provided at the lower part of the connecting pipe 20, Measures will be taken so that both the side and the other material 51 side can contact. In this connection structure, the lower part of the upright groove 54 on the other material 51 side is exposed to the outside. However, this can be masked by incorporating a pillar indicated by a two-dot chain line. In addition, as shown in FIG. 8 and the like, even in a connection structure in which the one member 41 and the other member 51 are inclined in the vertical direction, a step may be formed on the upward surfaces 45 and 55 due to the shape restriction. In that case, a step is provided in the lower part of the connecting pipe 20 as shown in this figure.

FIG. 21 shows an L-shaped connection structure in which the side surface of one material 41 and the end surface of the other material 51 are in contact with each other as in FIG. 1, but a downward surface 52 is provided in the upright groove 54 of the other material 51. It is. The one material 41 and the other material 51 are drawn by cutting along the center line of the pilot holes 46 and 56. In addition, both the one material 41 and the other material 51 are machined with pilot holes 46 and 56 at three locations in the upper and lower portions on the back surface of the upright grooves 44 and 54, and the embedded shaft 21 is embedded at the two upper and lower locations, A shaft 28 is embedded at one central location. In addition, the upright grooves 44 and 54 are processed on the side surface of the one material 41 and the end surface of the other material 51. The upright groove 44 of the one material 41 has the same form as in the drawings so far, but the upright groove 54 of the other material 51 is formed with an upper jaw 80 that closes the upper half of the upper surface 55 in addition to the upward face 55 so far. Yes.

The upper jaw 80 is formed by adjusting the cutting range when machining the upright groove 54, and the lower surface thereof is defined as the downward surface 52. The downward surface 52 faces the upward surface 55, and the dimensions are adjusted so that the connecting pipe 10 can be sandwiched therebetween. The connecting pipe 10 uses a general-purpose steel pipe, and a side hole 38 and a side groove 37 are provided on the side surface thereof. Further, a part of the upper surface of the connecting pipe 10 is closed with a top plate 67. The top plate 67 is for contacting the downward surface 52 of the other material 51, but has a size that does not hinder the fastening of the bolt 31.

FIG. 22 shows a stage in the middle of connecting the one material 41 and the other material 51 of FIG. As depicted in the upper part of this figure, the upper and lower two embedded shafts 21 and one shaft 28 are embedded in the prepared holes 56 of the other material 51. On the other hand, the lower hole 46 of the one material 41 is also embedded with two upper and lower embedded shafts 21 and one shaft 28 as depicted in the lower part of the figure.

When the connecting shaft 10 is fitted into the upright groove 54 after the embedded shaft 21 and the shaft 28 are embedded in the other material 51, the lower surface of the connecting tube 10 comes into contact with the upward surface 55, and the upper surface (top plate) of the connecting tube 10. 67) is in contact with the downward surface 52. Next, when the bolt 31 is arranged in the connecting pipe 10 and the tip thereof is inserted into the side hole 38 or the side groove 37 and screwed into the female screw 27 and tightened, the connecting pipe 10 and the other member 51 are integrated. . In addition to the top plate 67 of the connecting pipe 10, the shape and size of the upper jaw 80 of the other member 51 are taken into consideration so as not to hinder the fastening of the bolt 31.

Thereafter, only the tip end portion of the bolt 31 is screwed into the buried shaft 21 below the one member 41, and when the other member 51 that is lifted is gradually lowered, the connecting pipe 10 becomes the upright groove 44 of the one member 41. The shaft portion of the bolt 31 enters the side groove 37 and eventually the connecting pipe 10 comes into contact with the upward surface 45 of the one member 41. Subsequently, when all the bolts 31 are tightened from the connecting pipe 10, the connection of the one material 41 and the other material 51 is completed.

FIG. 23 shows a state where the one material 41 and the other material 51 of FIG. 21 are connected. Thus, when the side surface of the one material 41 and the end surface of the other material 51 are brought into contact with each other, an L-shaped connecting portion is constructed, and the entire connecting pipe 10 is embedded in the upright grooves 44 and 54. Further, the upper surface of the connecting pipe 10 including the top plate 67 is in contact with the downward surface 52 of the other material 51. Therefore, the downward load acting on the other material 51 is transmitted to the connecting pipe 10 through this contact surface, the load on the embedded shaft 21 and the shaft 28 is reduced, and the reliability is further improved. However, in consideration of workability and the like, the connecting pipe 10 and the downward surface 52 may intentionally provide a gap. In this figure, the upper jaw 80 is located behind the end surface of the other material 51 in order to secure a work space. However, if the upright groove 44 of the one material 41 can be processed deeper, the upper jaw 80 can be extended to the end surface of the other material 51 to block the entire upper portion of the upright groove 54.

FIG. 24 shows a T-shaped connection structure in which the end surface of the other material 51 is in contact with the side surface of the one material 41 standing upright. The one material 41 and the other material 51 are drawn by cutting along the center line of the pilot holes 46 and 56. Further, in both the one material 41 and the other material 51, the lower holes 46 and 56 are machined in the upper and lower three places on the inner surface of the upright grooves 44 and 54, and the buried shaft 21 is buried in the upper and lower two places, A shaft 28 is embedded at one central location. In addition, the upright groove 44 of the one member 41 is processed so as to partially cut out the side surface thereof, so as to form a facing downward surface 42 and an upward surface 45, and the connecting pipe 11 is fitted therebetween. The connecting pipe 11 has the same shape as that shown in FIG.

FIG. 25 shows a stage in the middle of connecting the one material 41 and the other material 51 of FIG. As depicted in the upper left of this figure, the upper and lower two embedded shafts 21 and one shaft 28 are embedded in the prepared hole 56 of the other material 51. On the other hand, the lower hole 46 of the one material 41 is also embedded with two upper and lower embedded shafts 21 and one shaft 28 as depicted in the lower right part of the figure. Further, the connecting pipe 11 is fitted into the upright groove 54 of the other material 51 and fixed with the bolt 31. Then, the other material 51 integrated with the connecting pipe 11 is lifted, moved in the horizontal direction, the connecting pipe 11 is fitted into the upright groove 44 of the one material 41, and the bolt 31 is tightened from the connecting pipe 11. The connection between the material 41 and the other material 51 is completed.

FIG. 26 shows a state where the one material 41 and the other material 51 of FIG. 24 are connected. Thus, when the end surface of the other material 51 is brought into contact with the side surface of the one material 41, a T-shaped connection portion is constructed, and the entire connection pipe 11 is embedded in the upright grooves 44 and 54. Note that the upper jaw 80 and the downward surface 52 can also be provided for the other material 51 drawn here, as in FIG. In this case, however, the size of the upper jaw 80 is taken into consideration so as not to hinder bolt tightening. In addition, the construction procedure is not limited to those shown in the drawings so far, and an optimum method may be selected according to the situation.
