Claims (15)
- 患者の歯の咬合面に押し当たるように構成され、複数の隆起したディンプルをその上に含むマウスピースであって、それぞれの隆起したディンプルが、前記咬合面のいくつか又はすべての中心にほぼ位置合わせされるような間隔で配置された、マウスピースと、
前記マウスピースに結合したモータであって、前記マウスピースが前記咬合面に軸方向の振動力を加えるように、60Hzと130Hzの間の周波数、並びに0.035Gと0.100Gの間の加速度で前記マウスピースを振動させるように構成されたモータと
を備える歯科装置。 - 患者の歯の咬合面に押し当たるように構成され、複数の隆起したディンプルをその上に含むマウスピースであって、それぞれのディンプルが、歯の50%より小さな表面積に圧力を加えるように、対応する歯の表面積の50%より小さい表面積の先端を有する、マウスピースと、
前記マウスピースに結合したモータであって、前記マウスピースが前記咬合面に軸方向の振動力を加えるように、60Hzと130Hzの間の周波数、並びに0.035Gと0.100Gの間の加速度で前記マウスピースを振動させるように構成されたモータと
を備える歯科装置。 - それぞれの隆起したディンプルが、それぞれの歯の50%より小さい面積に圧力を加えるような寸法にすることができる、請求項1に記載の歯科装置。
- 前記周波数が100Hzと120Hzの間である、請求項1又は2に記載の歯科装置。
- 前記加速度が0.05Gと0.06Gの間である、請求項1又は2に記載の歯科装置。
- 前記モータが、複数の周波数及び加速度の間で振動するように構成される、請求項1又は2に記載の歯科装置。
- 前記モータが、4つの特定の設定の間で振動するように構成され、前記4つの特定の設定が、0.035Gにおいて60Hz、0.06Gにおいて60Hz、0.035Gにおいて120Hz、及び0.06Gにおいて120Hzである、請求項6に記載の歯科装置。
- 前記マウスピースが前記患者の歯に合わせるようにカスタマイズされる、請求項1又は2に記載の歯科装置。
- 前記マウスピースが、患者の歯の咬合面に押し当たるように構成されたバイトプレートと、ベースに結合するように構成された伸長部とを含み、前記モータが、前記伸長部の長手方向の軸に実質的に一致するカウンタウェイト付きモータである、請求項1又は2に記載の歯科装置。
- 前記モータがパンケーキ・モータである、請求項1又は2に記載の歯科装置。
- 前記マウスピースが、患者の歯のすべてにわたって延在するようにU字形を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の歯科装置。
- 前記マウスピースが、患者の前歯の6本にわたってだけ延在するように構成される、請求項1又は2に記載の歯科装置。
- 前記マウスピースが、患者の臼歯にわたってだけ延在するように構成される、請求項1又は2に記載の歯科装置。
- 前記患者の歯の前記咬合面に近接する前記振動を検出するように構成されたセンサをさらに備える請求項1又は2に記載の歯科装置。
- 前記検出された振動に基づいて前記モータの設定を調節するように構成されたコントローラをさらに備える請求項14に記載の歯科装置。
