Description
−金属製棒を取込むステップ;
−略垂直面と略水平面を含む少なくとも1つの直径部品を形成するよう棒を倣い旋削加工するステップ;
−棒を研磨して、硬度を高め、表面状態を改善して、それにより金属製の第1部品を得るステップ;
−第1部品の表面を、第2部品の表面に取付けるステップ;
−第2部品の表面に取付けた第1部品の表面を、表面同士を互いに固定するために、レーザ電磁放射によって、溶接するステップを含む時計構成要素の製造方法であって、
研磨ステップにおいて、研磨器を略垂直面から離隔させる際に、略水平面を磨くために、研磨器を、略垂直面に沿って、研磨器が略水平面とも接触状態になるまで、移動させることを特徴とする、方法に関する。
−旋削ステップは、略垂直面と略水平面との間に傾斜壁も形成して、研磨器が、上記略水平面と接触状態になる際にバリを形成させないようにする;
−旋削ステップは、上記略水平面周りに湾曲壁も形成して、研磨器が、上記略水平面と接触状態になる際にバリを形成させないようにする;
−第2部品を、シリコン製又はセラミック製とする;
−第2部品は、金属、酸化ケイ素、窒化ケイ素、炭化ケイ素又は炭素の同素体の部品コーティングも少なくとも含む;
−第1金属ベース部品は、鉄合金、銅合金、ニッケル又はその合金、チタニウム又はその合金、金又はその合金、銀又はその合金、プラチナ又はその合金、ルテニウム又はその合金、ロジウム又はその合金、パラジウム又はその合金を含む。

Claims (6)
- 順に、以下のステップ:
−金属製棒を取込むステップ;
−略垂直面(41、51)と略水平面(43、53)を含む少なくとも1つの直径部品(42、52)を形成するよう前記棒を倣い旋削加工するステップ;
−前記棒を研磨して、硬度を高め、表面状態を改善し、それにより金属製の第1部品(47’、57’)を得るステップ;
−前記第1部品(47’、57’)の表面(41’、45、51’、55)を、第2部品(15)の表面(18、20)に取付けるステップ;
−前記第2部品(15)の前記表面(18、20)に取付けた前記第1部品(47’、57’)の前記表面(41’、45、51’、55)を、前記表面同士を互いに固定するために、レーザ電磁放射によって、溶接するステップを順に行う時計構成要素の製造方法であって、
前記研磨ステップにおいて、前記研磨器(30)を前記略垂直面(41、51)から離隔させる際に、前記略水平面(43、43)を磨くために、前記研磨器(30)を、前記略垂直面(41、51)に沿って、前記研磨器(30)が前記略水平面(43、53)とも接触状態になるまで、移動させることを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記旋削ステップは、前記略垂直面(41、51)と前記略水平面(43、53)との間に傾斜壁(54)も形成して、前記研磨器(30)が、前記略水平面(43、53)と接触状態になる際にバリを形成させないようにすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記旋削ステップは、前記一略水平面(43、53)周りに傾斜壁(54)も形成して、前記研磨器(30)が、前記略水平面(43、53)と接触状態になる際にバリを形成させないようにすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2部品(15)を、シリコン製又はセラミック製とすることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の方法。
- 前記第2部品(15)は、金属、酸化ケイ素、窒化ケイ素、炭化ケイ素又は炭素の同素体の部品コーティングも少なくとも含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 金属製の第1部品(47’、57’)は、鉄合金、銅合金、ニッケル又はその合金、チタニウム又はその合金、金又はその合金、銀又はその合金、プラチナ又はその合金、ルテニウム又はその合金、ロジウム又はその合金、パラジウム又はその合金を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5の何れかに記載の方法。
