Claims (23)
- 多成分血液サンプルを受け入れるように構成された生物学的流体移送デバイスであって、
入口ポートおよび移送ポートを有し、前記入口ポートおよび前記移送ポートが流体連通しているハウジングと、
前記入口ポートおよび前記移送ポートと流体連通し、かつ、前記多成分血液サンプルとサンプル安定剤との混合を促進するように成形された混合チャネルと、
前記入口ポートと前記移送ポートとの間に配置された血液分離要素であって、前記多成分血液サンプルの第1の成分を制止しかつ前記多成分血液サンプルの第2の成分がそれを通過することを可能にするように構成された血液分離要素と
を備え、前記混合チャネルは、前記サンプル安定剤を含むことを特徴とする生物学的流体移送デバイス。 - 前記第1の成分は、前記多成分血液サンプルの細胞部分であり、前記第2の成分は前記多成分血液サンプルの血漿部分であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生物学的流体移送デバイス。
- 前記入口ポートは、血液採取セットへの接続を介して前記多成分血液サンプルを受け入れるように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生物学的流体移送デバイス。
- 前記入口ポートは、毛管デバイスへの接続を介して前記多成分血液サンプルを受け入れるように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生物学的流体移送デバイス。
- 前記入口ポートは、針デバイスへの接続を介して前記多成分血液サンプルを受け入れるように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生物学的流体移送デバイス。
- 前記入口ポートは、静脈内ラインへの接続を介して前記多成分血液サンプルを受け入れるように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生物学的流体移送デバイス。
- 開口部を画定する底面と、前記開口部に隣接して設けられ、前記多成分血液サンプルを当該開口部を通して前記生物学的流体移送デバイス内に引き入れるように構成されたウィッキング膜をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生物学的流体移送デバイス。
- 前記移送ポートは、蛇腹、および、閉鎖された位置と開いた位置との間で移行可能な隔壁を含み、
前記蛇腹の圧縮が、前記隔壁を前記閉鎖された位置から前記開いた位置へ作動させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生物学的流体移送デバイス。 - 前記生物学的流体移送デバイスは、血漿調製カートリッジであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生物学的流体移送デバイス。
- 多成分血液サンプルを受け入れるように構成された生物学的流体移送デバイスであって、
入口ポートおよび移送ポートを有し、前記入口ポートおよび前記移送ポートが流体連通しているハウジング、
前記入口ポートおよび前記移送ポートと流体連通し、かつ、前記血液サンプルとサンプル安定剤との混合を促進するように成形された混合チャネル、ならびに
前記入口ポートと前記移送ポートとの間に配置された膜であって、前記多成分血液サンプルの第1の成分を制止しかつ前記多成分血液サンプルの第2の成分がそれを通過することを可能にするように構成された膜
を備える生物学的流体移送デバイスと、
前記生物学的流体移送デバイスに取り外し可能に接続可能な第1のインタフェースであって、第1の生物学的流体採取デバイスへ接続するように構成された第1のインタフェースと、
前記生物学的流体移送デバイスに取り外し可能に接続可能な第2のインタフェースであって、第2の生物学的流体採取デバイスへ接続するように構成された第2のインタフェースと、
前記生物学的流体移送デバイス、前記第1のインタフェース、および前記第2のインタフェースをその中に受け入れるための寸法ならびに構成となされた区画を有する包装部材と
を備え、前記混合チャネルは、前記サンプル安定剤を含むことを特徴とする生物学的流体サンプリングシステム。 - 前記第1の成分は、前記多成分血液サンプルの細胞部分であり、前記第2の成分は、前記多成分血液サンプルの血漿部分であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の生物学的流体サンプリングシステム。
- 前記第1のインタフェースが前記生物学的流体移送デバイスに接続された場合に、前記入口ポートは、血液採取セットを介して前記多成分血液サンプルを受け入れるように構成されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の生物学的流体サンプリングシステム。
- 前記第1のインタフェースが前記生物学的流体移送デバイスに接続された場合に、前記入口ポートは、静脈内ラインを介して前記多成分血液サンプルを受け入れるように構成されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の生物学的流体サンプリングシステム。
- 前記第2のインタフェースが前記生物学的流体移送デバイスに接続された場合に、前記入口ポートは、毛管デバイスを介して前記多成分血液サンプルを受け入れるように構成されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の生物学的流体サンプリングシステム。
- 前記入口ポートは、針デバイスへの接続を介して前記多成分血液サンプルを受け入れるように構成されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の生物学的流体サンプリングシステム。
- 前記生物学的流体移送デバイスは、開口部を画定する底面と、前記開口部に隣接して設けられ、前記多成分血液サンプルを当該開口部を通して前記生物学的流体移送デバイス内に引き入れるように構成されたウィッキング膜をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の生物学的流体サンプリングシステム。

- 前記第2のインタフェースは、毛管インタフェースを含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の生物学的流体サンプリングシステム。
- 前記包装部材は、ブリスターパッケージを含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の生物学的流体サンプリングシステム。
- 多成分血液サンプルのための生物学的流体分離および検査システムであって、
前記多成分血液サンプルを受け入れるように構成された生物学的流体サンプリング移送デバイスであって、
入口ポートおよび移送ポートを有し、前記入口ポートおよび前記移送ポートが流体連通しているハウジング、
前記入口ポートおよび前記移送ポートと流体連通し、かつ、前記血液サンプルとサンプル安定剤との混合を促進するように成形された混合チャネル、ならびに
前記入口ポートと前記移送ポートとの間に配置された膜であって、前記多成分血液サンプルの第1の成分を制止しかつ前記多成分血液サンプルの第2の成分がそれを通過することを可能にするように構成された膜
を備える生物学的流体サンプリング移送デバイスと、
前記生物学的流体サンプリング移送デバイスから血液検査デバイスへの前記第2の成分の少なくとも一部分の閉鎖された移送のために前記生物学的流体サンプリング移送デバイスの前記移送ポートを受け入れるように構成された受入ポートを有する血液検査デバイスと
を備え、前記混合チャネルは、前記サンプル安定剤を含むことを特徴とする生物学的流体分離および検査システム。 - 前記第1の成分は、前記多成分血液サンプルの細胞部分であり、前記第2の成分は、前記多成分血液サンプルの血漿部分であることを特徴とする請求項22に記載の生物学的流体分離および検査システム。
