Description
特定帯域幅を有する入力信号を、該入力信号のほぼ全帯域幅を夫々含む複数の分配信号に分配するスプリッタと、
複数の上記分配信号の中の関連する1つの分配信号を関連する高調波信号と混合し、関連する混合信号を夫々生成する複数の高調波ミキサと、
複数の上記高調波ミキサの中の関連する1つの高調波ミキサの混合信号を夫々デジタル化するよう構成される複数のデジタイザとを具え、
複数の上記高調波ミキサに関連する高調波信号の少なくとも1つの1次高調波が、複数の上記デジタイザの少なくとも1つの有効サンプル・レートと異なっていることを特徴としている。
特定帯域幅を有する入力信号を、該入力信号のほぼ全帯域幅を夫々含む複数の分配信号に分配することと、
上記分配信号の夫々を関連する高調波信号と混合し、関連する混合信号を生成することと、
上記混合信号の夫々をデジタル化することとを具え、
複数の上記分配信号に関連する上記高調波信号の少なくとも1つの1次高調波が、上記混合信号のデジタル化で使用した有効サンプル・レートと異なることを特徴としている。
上記高調波信号はアナログ高調波信号であり、上記フィルタ処理デジタル化混合信号の夫々を上記デジタル高調波信号と混合することには、上記デジタル高調波信号の振幅及び位相を調整することによって、上記アナログ高調波信号中の位相及び振幅エラーを補償することを含むことを特徴としている。

Claims (5)
- 特定帯域幅を有する入力信号を、該入力信号のほぼ全帯域幅を夫々含む複数の分配信号に分配するスプリッタと、
複数の上記分配信号の中の関連する1つの分配信号を互いに位相が180度異なる関連する高調波信号と混合し、関連する混合信号を夫々生成する複数の高調波ミキサと、
複数の上記高調波ミキサの中の関連する1つの高調波ミキサの混合信号を夫々デジタル化するよう構成される複数のデジタイザとを具え、
複数の上記高調波ミキサに関連する高調波信号の少なくとも1つの1次高調波の周波数が、複数の上記デジタイザの少なくとも1つの有効サンプル・レートの周波数と異なっていることを特徴とする試験測定装置。 - 複数のデジタル・フィルタを更に具え、該デジタル・フィルタの夫々は、関連するデジタル化混合信号をフィルタ処理することで、上記デジタル化混合信号に関連する周波数応答が、関連する上記高調波信号の上記1次高調波の周波数の半分を中心にして相補的になるよう構成される請求項1の試験測定装置。
- 複数のデジタル高調波ミキサを更に具え、該デジタル高調波ミキサの夫々が、上記デジタル化混合信号と関連する上記高調波信号と周波数及び位相に関して同じデジタル高調波信号と、関連するフィルタ処理デジタル化混合信号とを混合し、関連する再混合信号を生成するよう構成される請求項2の試験測定装置。
- 複数の上記デジタル高調波ミキサに関連する上記再混合信号を結合し、再構成入力信号にするよう構成される結合器を更に具える請求項3の試験測定装置。
- 特定帯域幅を有する入力信号を、該入力信号のほぼ全帯域幅を夫々含む複数の分配信号に分配する処理と、
上記分配信号の夫々を互いに位相が180度異なる関連する高調波信号と混合し、関連する混合信号を生成する処理と、
上記混合信号の夫々をデジタル化する処理とを具え、
複数の上記分配信号に関連する上記高調波信号の少なくとも1つの1次高調波の周波数が、上記混合信号のデジタル化で使用した有効サンプル・レートの周波数と異なることを特徴とする信号デジタル化方法。
