Description
まず、第1の実施形態に係る画像処理装置が設置される画像処理システムの構成例について説明する。図1は、第1の実施形態に係る画像処理装置が設置される画像処理システムの構成例を示す図である。
第1の実施形態では、3次元心機能情報及び3次元形状情報から生成した2つのポーラーマップを位置合わせした状態で合成する場合について説明した。第2の実施形態では、3次元心機能情報と3次元形状情報とを合成したデータから合成ポーラーマップを生成する場合について説明する。

Claims (10)
- 被検体の心臓を撮影した第1ボリュームデータ群の中の1つに3次元心機能情報をマッピングすることで得られる3次元データに3次元仮想領域を外挿し、外挿処理後の3次元データに対して、前記心臓を撮影した第2ボリュームデータに含まれる心筋の栄養血管の3次元形状を投影して3次元合成データを生成し、前記3次元合成データを面上に展開した合成画像データを生成する合成画像生成部と、
前記合成画像データを表示部に表示させる制御部と、
を備えたことを特徴とする画像処理装置。 - 前記合成画像生成部は、前記3次元データの心基部レベルの回帰平面を算出し、当該回帰平面を構成する各輪郭構成点から一定距離の位置に新たな輪郭構成点を設定することで、前記3次元仮想領域を外挿することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の画像処理装置。
- 前記合成画像生成部は、前記3次元合成データに、前記栄養血管の解剖学的位置が特定可能な範囲まで前記3次元形状が投影されるまで、前記3次元仮想領域を外挿することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の画像処理装置。
- 前記合成画像生成部は、前記3次元データと、前記3次元形状とを、位置合わせした状態で、前記合成画像データを生成する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の画像処理装置。
- 前記合成画像生成部は、前記第1ボリュームデータ群の中で前記第2ボリュームデータが得られた心時相と略同一の心時相で得られた対象ボリュームデータと、前記第2ボリュームデータとの位置合わせを行ない、当該位置合わせの結果に基づいて、前記合成画像データを生成することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の画像処理装置。
- 前記合成画像生成部は、前記対象ボリュームデータに含まれる心内膜面又は心外膜面に前記3次元心機能情報がマッピングされた3次元データに、前記位置合わせの結果に基づいて、前記3次元形状を投影して3次元合成データを生成することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の画像処理装置。
- 前記合成画像生成部が行なう前記面上への展開処理は、3次元空間を極座標系で示す円状マップへのマッピング処理であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の画像処理装置。
- 前記第1ボリュームデータ群は、超音波ボリュームデータ群であり、
前記3次元心機能情報は、前記超音波ボリュームデータ群を用いた追跡処理により得られた心筋の局所的な運動情報であり、
前記第2ボリュームデータは、X線CTボリュームデータ、又は、MRIボリュームデータであり、
前記3次元形状は、前記X線CTボリュームデータ、又は、前記MRIボリュームデータから抽出された冠状動脈のボリュームデータであることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の画像処理装置。 - 超音波の3次元走査により被検体の心臓を撮影した第1ボリュームデータ群を生成する画像生成部と、
前記第1ボリュームデータ群を用いた追跡処理を含む解析処理により、3次元心機能情報を生成する解析部と、
前記第1ボリュームデータ群の中の1つに前記3次元心機能情報をマッピングすることで得られる3次元データに3次元仮想領域を外挿し、外挿処理後の3次元データに対して、前記心臓を撮影した第2ボリュームデータに含まれる心筋の栄養血管の3次元形状を投影して3次元合成データを生成し、前記3次元合成データを面上に展開した合成画像データを生成する合成画像生成部と、
前記合成画像データを表示部に表示させる制御部と、
を備えたことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 被検体の心臓を撮影した第1ボリュームデータ群の中の1つに3次元心機能情報をマッピングすることで得られる3次元データに3次元仮想領域を外挿し、外挿処理後の3次元データに対して、前記心臓を撮影した第2ボリュームデータに含まれる心筋の栄養血管の3次元形状を投影して3次元合成データを生成し、前記3次元合成データを面上に展開した合成画像データを生成する合成画像生成手順と、
