Description
Claims (10)
- タービンエンジンから油を含んだ空気を排出するための管(4)を支承し、前記管(4)の周囲に取り付けるための半径方向内側環状部(9、10)を備える支持体(5)であって、支持体は半径方向内側環状部(9、10)から外側に伸びるフィン(11)を含み、前記フィンは半径方向内側環状部(9、10)の軸方向(A)および半径方向面に対して傾斜し、それぞれのフィン(11)の半径方向外周部(12)はタービンエンジンの排気コーン(1)に締結するためにあることを特徴とする、支持体(5)。
- 半径方向内側環状部が、円錐台形環状カップ(10)が半径方向外側に伸びる円筒状内側リング(9)を備え、それぞれのフィン(11)は前記カップ(10)に沿って外側に伸びることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の支持体(5)。
- 円筒状内側リング(9)の長さが、内径の0.4倍以下であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の支持体(5)。
- それぞれのフィン(11)が、半径方向内側環状部(9、10)に接続される内周部と、排気コーン(1)に締結するための締結領域(12)を含み、フィン(11)の残りの部分に対して角度を成す外周部とを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3のうちのいずれか一項に記載の支持体(5)。
- それぞれの締結領域(12)が、コーンの一部の形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の支持体(5)。
- フィン(11)および半径方向内側環状部(9、10)が、例えば、インコネル625もしくはインコネル718のようなニッケル基超合金製であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項5のうちのいずれか一項に記載の支持体(5)。
- フィン(11)の数が3〜14であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項6のうちのいずれか一項に記載の支持体(5)。
- タービンエンジンから油を含んだ空気を排出するための管(4)を有するタービンエンジン用アセンブリであって、前記管(4)は回転可能な上流側部分と回転しない下流側部分(4a)とを備え、前記下流側部分(4a)は、排気コーン(1)を通過して前記排気コーン(1)の軸(A)に沿って伸び、前記下流側部分(4a)は、請求項1〜請求項7のうちのいずれか一項に記載の支持体(5)の半径方向内側環状部(9、10)によって取り囲まれており、前記半径方向内側環状部(9、10)は、自由に軸方向に並進運動かつ回転運動できるように前記下流側部分(4a)に取り付けられ、支持体(5)のフィン(11)も外周部(12)で排気コーン(1)に締結される、アセンブリ。
- 排気コーンが、少なくとも1つの環状補強材(13)を含み、それぞれのフィン(11)の外周部(12)は補強材(13)に締結されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のアセンブリ。
- 請求項8または請求項9に記載のアセンブリを含むことを特徴とする、タービンエンジン。
