Description
Claims (18)
- 柔軟性の高い部分と、柔軟性の低い部分と、を有する支持体を備え、
前記柔軟性の低い部分が、ターボ機械内部における歯車減速構造の軸方向の移動を制限するストッパを含み、
前記柔軟性の高い部分および前記柔軟性の低い部分が、単一の一体構造の支持体の一部である、ターボ機械歯車減速構造支持アセンブリ。 - 前記ストッパが、前記歯車減速構造に直接連結された支持部材の一部を越えてそれぞれ半径方向に延在する複数の突起部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のターボ機械歯車減速構造支持アセンブリ。
- 前記複数の突起部が、前記軸を中心として周方向に分散されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のターボ機械歯車減速構造支持アセンブリ。
- 前記支持部材が、剛性部材であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のターボ機械歯車減速構造支持アセンブリ。
- 前記柔軟性の低い部分が、環形であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のターボ機械歯車減速構造支持アセンブリ。
- 前記柔軟性の高い部分が、前記ターボ機械の運転時の、該ターボ機械のその他の部分に関する前記歯車減速構造のある程度の移動を許容することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のターボ機械歯車減速構造支持アセンブリ。
- 前記柔軟性の低い部分が、前記歯車減速構造を前記ターボ機械のケース構造に連結することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のターボ機械歯車減速構造支持アセンブリ。
- 前記柔軟性の低い部分が、前記ケース構造に直接連結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のターボ機械歯車減速構造支持アセンブリ。
- ターボ機械エンジンケースに関して固定された柔軟性の低い部分と、
前記ターボ機械エンジンケースおよび歯車減速構造に関して固定された柔軟性の高い部分と、
を備え、
前記柔軟性の低い部分が、前記エンジンケースに関する前記歯車減速構造の軸方向の移動を制限するストッパを含み、
前記柔軟性の低い部分および前記柔軟性の高い部分が、前記ターボ機械を通流する流れの方向に関して前記歯車減速構造の軸方向後方にある、ターボ機械歯車減速構造支持アセンブリ。 - 前記柔軟性の低い部分が、前記ターボ機械の軸を中心として周方向に分散された複数の独立した部分を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のターボ機械歯車減速構造支持アセンブリ。
- 前記独立した部分の各々が、前記歯車減速構造とともに移動する部材を越えて、半径方向に延在するように構成された径方向延在部を含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のターボ機械歯車減速構造支持アセンブリ。
- 前記径方向延在部が、前記独立した部分の軸方向延在部から延在することを特徴とする請求項11に記載のターボ機械歯車減速構造支持アセンブリ。
- 前記独立した部分の軸方向延在部が、前記径方向延在部よりもさらに周方向に延在することを特徴とする請求項11に記載のターボ機械歯車減速構造支持アセンブリ。
- 前記柔軟性の高い部分が、環形であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のターボ機械歯車減速構造支持アセンブリ。
- 前記柔軟性の高い部分が、歯車減速構造の支持部材に直接固定されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のターボ機械歯車減速構造支持アセンブリ。
- ターボ機械における他の部分に関する歯車減速構造の移動を許容するように、相対的に柔軟な支持アームを使用し、
前記歯車減速構造の軸方向の移動を制限するように、相対的に剛体の支持アームを使用する、
ことを備え、
前記相対的に柔軟な支持アームおよび前記相対的に剛体の支持アームが、同じ一体構造の支持アセンブリの一部であることを特徴とする、ターボ機械の歯車減速構造の支持方法。 - 前記相対的に柔軟な支持アームおよび前記相対的に剛体の支持アームが、前記ターボ機械を通流する流れの方向に関して前記ターボ機械の軸方向後方にあることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の支持方法。
- 前記相対的に剛体の支持アームが、極端な状況時の移動を制限することを特徴とする請求項16に記載の支持方法。
